Good value for the price. Room faced SouthWest so got quite warm in the afternoon. Breakfast that was included is decent but not outstanding. Good location if you are planning to use public transportation since IT Park is a hub.

We enjoyed our 4 nights stay in savoy, though the rooms are not that spacious, but enough to move around with luggages, the food is also tasty, everyday they have different menus, the amenities and the view, on the 18th floor is wow...you can see the landscape of cebu by day and by night..memorable indeed..we enjoyed our pool and beach time too.. we will definitely come back again, all the staffs are so nice and polite..special thanks to the feont desk Jeremy, we enjoyed our last 2 nights stay because of him.
Stayed at the hotel for three nights, the hotel is very new, although small but the facilities are very good, facing the beach and the sea (although it is black sand beach). Breakfast is delicious, if you don't have time to eat, you can ask the hotel to prepare a sandwich. I have eaten a few meals at the hotel, but it is more expensive than the outside, but it is recommended. The hotel also has a horse to kill the chicken, but there is no special room. It is made on the beach chair by the pool. The price is more expensive than the outside, but the experience is Not bad. The only bad thing is that the hotel location is cheaper. Come in and take a bad road. We were also found on Google Maps. It would be a bit painful to take the baggage. The hotel is 20 kilometers away from the city, it is more troublesome to go out, you can sit on the yellow bus is very cheap. It is recommended that people who like a quiet holiday come, otherwise it is better to live in the city. The chickens in the house next to the hotel like to call in the middle of the night. If the room is close, it will be a bit noisy.

We had a wonderful stay at Seda Hotel Ayala Center Cebu. The room was clean, modern, and comfortable, and the location couldn't be better—direct access to Ayala Center Cebu’s shops and restaurants. The staff were friendly and made check-in a breeze, and the breakfast offered a satisfying variety each morning. Overall, great value and a reliable, comfortable base for exploring the city.

I had a great stay in this hotel. The only concern I had was the shower bec it’s kinda low on pressure. Hindi maganda ang distribution ng tubig so you end up using the faucet underneath it instead. Staff was very accommodating and facilities looks clean too. Thank you!
We had an excellent stay at North Zen Villas. The people are extremely kind and the offered services are superb. The whole resort is very clean. I really do recommend to try their massage, it was excellent.
Surely it’s very nice 5 star hotel, but still one thing you need to consider before booking. The beach is sandy and zones nearby are quite comfortable to stay in and have a rest on the shore. But if you’re snorkeling fan - not a good option for you. On the photo you can see what happens on low tide. Surely you need to wear coral boots (mandatory!!!) and walk a long distance before reaching point where you can swim and snorkel. Still famous aero plane wreckage can be easily accessed and seen underwater. Coral bottom of the sea quite poor on this beach. But you can see a lot of different starfishes.
Spent 3D and 2N at Bohol Beach Club Deluxe Green room, and we had a very relaxing, quiet and enjoyable beach vacation.
The resort is family-friendly, not too crowded unlike the ones in Alona beach. The entire property is big with nice garden and shoreline.
The resort’s cleanliness truly stood out.
The staff was another highlight. From the front desk, restaurant staff, housekeeping to the lifeguards, was incredibly courteous and polite.
Food is okay. I like the BBC burger and pizza.
Airport transfers are also available at a cheaper price than the ones at the airport. They charge 550 pesos per way versus a flat rate of 700. Glad they were able to pick us up in just few minutes after I called them when we just landed at the airport!
As for the beach, it was simply stunning. The sand was soft and powdery white almost same as the ones in Boracay.
Overall, Bohol Beach Club provided the perfect balance of relaxation and fun. If you’re looking for a family-friendly beach destination, this resort should definitely be at the top of your list!
The most amazing hotel . Very stylish rooms and swimming pool area . Fantastic long pool . Service of staff was brilliant . So friendly .
A really lovely hotel and an oasis in the city . Loved it .
The security guard at the main road was particularly lovely please thank him .
The gardens were really beautiful and full of birds
Great cozy hotel with great food in both restaurants, comes with a great service. The only issue i had was the pool seems to have too much chlorine which made me have the harshest eye irritation in my life from the pool water, lastly i wished the sea was a deeper.
Great

GGuest UserThis is a good place! It has a comfortable bed, powerful air conditioning, and a well-mainaiened pool. It's an excellent combination of price and quality.
During my stay, I noticed that on weekends local people often have fun and sing karaoke here, which adds to the atmosphere. I also rented a bike directly from the owner, which was very convenient
AAnonymous UserWe stayed here for 3 nights. The whole experience staying here was all worth it for less than 2,500php per night you already have a buffet breakfast with complete complimentary items such as slippers, towels, soaps, toothbrush & toothpaste, bottled water, and coffee with sugar, creamer, and mugs of course. Plus the room is spacious with sofa and workspace with strong wifi connection. They will clean the room every afternoon. They have water heater, ref, hair blower, safety box for your valuable items, split type aircon, hot & cold shower, lots of cabinets, and 1 water dispenser per floor outside. They also have gym and swimming pool. And the food in their restaurant? So goood. See photos for your reference. We ordered for room service as it was raining on the first night of our stay and tried their buffet dinner on the last night of our stay for only 705php with steaks, ramen, mostly filipino, japanese, and american food choices. Also, the area is peaceful since its like inside a village away from highway with 7/11 nearby.
We'll surely go back here whenever we visit Cebu again. Thank you so much!!!
Note: You will have to pay a 1K deposit in cash which will returned upon check-out.

KKuailededadadadabaibaicaiA great place to watch the sunset. The room was quite large but the facilities were sparse, not even a sofa. The waiters were friendly, except for one strong, female employee who had a bad attitude. Getting around wasn't particularly convenient; there were no cars at the door, and it was difficult to get a taxi online. Walking to Belfort would be better. The hotel restaurant was a good option for dining, and the food was delicious. There are many restaurants in the Modara Commercial Plaza in front, and there's also a Filipino restaurant next to Belfort. The environment is beautiful, and the beach is nice. Overall, except for that waiter, everything else matched the price.
Mmariel finthe place was so nice and people were accommodating my family very well. i am currently staying in japan and i booked this hotel for my family for there new year vacation and when they got there the confirmation booking was smooth and my mom told me that even the staff there often ask if they're comfortable with the room and if they lack something like knife or basic utensils because they can lend them there's. When my mom ask for a possible motorcycle rent one of the staff did not hesitate to provide solutions and shared amazing spots that must be visit within the area free of charge and provided tips on how to get there. the wifi was never a problem. the room was clean and the towels smell amazing. Overall i would recommend this place specially with its budget friendly prize and the people there are nice. :) leave a like if this helps :D
EEmmanuel SarmientoThe place is quiet, good for people who like relaxation in a tranquil environment. The room is okay, I got a small ne but it was enough for me since I came as a solo. However, I don‘t understand why it was so hard to hail a tricycle going to this place, no matter how near it actually is. Even the tricycles from there won‘t pick you up even when it‘s not yet fully occupied. So far my stay was good. I was able to work in my room, I just wished they have something like a study table where guests who needs to work remotely can work. Also, it would be nice if you know how to drive a motorbike and hold a driver‘s license. Cause going to the places there back in forth can be really hard when commuting only, unlike when you can rent a motorbike, you can go anywhere, anytime without a hassle.
SSheridan Leigh RyanWe had a lovely stay at this hotel. You can walk straight down to the beach. The bakery across the road is also great! The rooms had everything we needed. I would recommend this place ☺️
GGuest UserThe main advantage is the exit to the best beach of Moalbola. The road is complex to the hotel, lots of pits. But the plot itself is small, walking takes no more than 10 minutes. Service is beautiful, people tried .
The negative is an old house, a lot of things don't work. The air conditioner hasn't been cleaned for a long time. But all of it is tiny. We took a two-storey house, the second floor was bad smell. They tried to eliminate it, but it didn't work.
Recommended for beach recreation for several days
