Cuando reservas, es la casa completa. Tiene una terraza amplia, dos habitaciones, salón, cocina y dos baños. También tiene una pequeña piscina para refrescarte los días de calor. Tiene lo necesario para disfrutar de una estancia agradable. Yamil nos ayudó en muchas cosas, una persona maravillosa, muy educada y siempre sonriente. La casa tiene aire y ventilador. El wifi funciona correctamente. Calidad precio es genial. Con nevera, y todo lo necesario para cocinar. Televisión con diferentes plataformas para hacer más amena tu estancia. Agua del tiempo en la ducha, pero como en la mayoría de alojamientos de la ciudad. Situado en una zona tranquila. Muy recomendable. Seguro que volveremos a esta casa que hemos sentido como nuestra durante varios días.

The renovated Seda Centrio were pleasantly alluring and minimalistic. I like the warm Filipino hospitality imbibe into its rooms, amenities, and also the wonderful staff.
Great choices of Breakfast buffet down to their in-house dining. The pool and the gym were renovated as well as the whole building was glammed up to the standards.
Recommended for those who want to stay in CDO and feel the ”Mabuhay!” spirit.

You can access the hotel by local taxi, but it takes a little time.
Each room is independent, so privacy is guaranteed.
The pool attached to the room offers a beautiful night view, and the atmosphere is great, combined with the lava decorations unique to volcanic islands.
The toilets and showers can be used normally, and there is hot water.
The service of the staff was impeccable, and they were always polite when called.
(You could order drinks even outside restaurant hours)

Very nice resort, not far from the airport and restaurant. It is a single-family villa with a lot of space and a separate comfortable lounge. The key is that BOSS is funny and talkative, and he has helped us greatly in our travel planning. The hotel also provides a chartered car or van service.

Not as expected☺️ I ordered the food for the next morning, they said they didn't cook. When I woke up and ordered the food around 10am they said ordering is already closed when in their ads it says breakfast is from 8am-11am. Imagine how hungry I am because I arrived at almost 12 midnight. I didn't have food to eat. Also there was no mirror in the room to look at yourself. I just used my phone then😅Also there was no water in the morning so I left the room didn't took a bath. When the water came, it was so dirty that when I flushed the water the color was brownish. But I salute the receptionist in the evening for letting me borrow her charger and to the madam who let the electric fan faced me to feel cool while waiting for my grab taxi😍
