The service was excellent! 👍 The hotel is located at the entrance of the old street, and even in winter, it wasn't crowded downstairs! The bar staff were very welcoming and attentive!
Cleanliness: Very clean
Environment: Located near the old street
The only downside was that check-out was a bit early, after 3 PM, but there were sofas in the lobby where you could wait. ⌛️

The breakfast was good, and the hotel's location in the Old Town is fantastic – you step right out into various attractions, which is super convenient. It's an easy walk to the riverside to soak in both the ancient and modern vibes of Gdansk. The evening views by the river are beautiful, though it was quite windy and chilly; it would probably be even more pleasant in the summer. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, for this price, staying in the Old Town felt like a great deal. I'd definitely consider coming back if I get the chance! Recommended with four stars.
Stay conditions are good. Everything is in line with the description. Every 2-gi day to change towels and bedding. Check-in for people with little computer experience can cause problems ( when we arrived there was no service in the reception). The problem is also with telephone contact, because the service is only English. I don't know him and I couldn't report a problem that appeared when I arrived at my house and found the lack of keys that I left in the drawer of the 145 room cabinet in Nola Riverside Gdańsk on Siechnica Street. I called a few times on +48 798 886 854 and the machine was speaking English all the time. I think we're in Poland ? . It's good that my wife had the keys and we got to the apartment, but the next one had to change the locks, so because I couldn't contact the hotel my trip increased by 350 PLN because of the purchase of the locks

Very clean and cozy apartment in the very center of Gdansk, literally right behind the Neptune Fountain, close to Długi Targ, quite a short walk to the Main Railway Station and to the Gdansk Śródmieście station. Clean room, bedroom and very comfortable bed. The sofa creaks a little but it is really comfortable. Clean bathroom and washing machine. Fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, microwave, dishes, cutlery and water and coffee. Really worth it. I recommend.
The location of the hotel on the busy road and next to the building market is not the happiest place to rest, but it does not mean that there are no advantages. Especially in terms of access to the hotel. A few hundred meters from the hotel is located a railway station which makes it very easy to get to Sopot, Gdynia or Gdańska. There is no need to move your own transport and spend money on parking. The hotel itself is a very nice place. Clean and well-served. A delicious and diverse breakfast menu. SPA zone, swimming pools and sauces provide full relaxation during unfavourable atmosphere and evening after daily landscape tours.

Pros: Great location, less than 30 seconds on foot to Long Market.
Cons:
- There's some road construction, the Uber we took from the airport to hotel can't find way to hotel therefore he took several rides around, trying to find a way and in the end, we need to carry our luggage for few hundred meters on cobble stone road.
- The checkout time, according to the receptionist, is 11:00, not 12:00 as on Trip.com
- Since Uber driver can't find the right way to hotel, we asked the receptionist to call a taxi. She called a car (not sure if it's a taxi since there's no meter) and when we reached the train station (2 km away), the driver asked 35 zl for a trip on Uber cost 15 zl.
Enjoyed our stay at the Sadova. Handily placed around 10 minutes walk to the centre of Gdansk and had a really nice pool and gym, so facilities were spot on. We stayed In a Classic room which was absolutely fine. If I had one small fault, the room was a little warm and the temperature controls in the room were not working. I assume they turn the aircon off during winter months! Would recommend the hotel though and happily stay again
