The hotel is located on a hillside, which is very suitable for travelers who drive. The room is large and the kitchen is fully equipped. You can see the city view from the balcony of the room. The hotel service attitude is very good. The hotel front desk prepares cakes every night, which is very warm and thoughtful. The breakfast is also rich and the dining environment is very comfortable.

My experience in this hotel was amazing, very clean, good food and friendly staff.Location is very strategic that in a walking distance you can find any thing.

The location of the hotel is quite good, not too far on foot from the subway (~5 min.), there are convenient service shops around: laundromat, small supermarket, a few restaurants (BRUTI is absolutely the one to recommend, the food is really good, the prices are ok - not cheap but not overpriced compared to the quality you get). The service given by the people working at this IBIS was fantastic! Huge praise to Davi, Isa and Fernando! (If you have the chance to meet them, say hello to them for us ;) About the room, it was a bit of a let-down: quite small, cheap furniture which felt old, no small fridge (although there is room for it, and with the supermarket nearby, it would have been nice to put some of our own purchases in a fridge), ... it could be improved. All in all though, a good stay, but mainly thanks to its personnel.

The location is simply fantastic, everything is easily accessible, and there's plenty to explore. The room is small and doesn't have AC, but the fan was powerful and more than enough. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful.

Originally, this hotel had a perfect score. When I checked out, the front desk insisted that I had not paid the city tax. I had already paid it when I checked in, but he insisted that it had not been paid. Because I was leaving for Spain, I paid it first. On the way, Ctrip helped to communicate and confirm that the city tax had been paid, so the front desk released the deduction! Good review of Ctrip

I didn't bother to eat there, though the 24/7coffee machines were great! It was in a great location for the airport, easy taxi. Very modern and sort of spartan approach in monochrome, but clean. Great front desk help! My room smelled like heavy disinfectant, or perhaps varmit control, really terrible and hard on the lungs. Otherwise, great.

Excellent, location was great and amenities were exactly what we needed. Nothing to complain about.

The hotel location is convenient to reach, it is closed to the train station in walking distance. We are only staying overnight so not much knowing the areas. Draw back is try located restaurant with walking distance but most of the food restaurants are over 15 minutes walks or closed. The rooms size and house keeping are great, and the reception is so nice and helpful. Room has plenty power outlets and USB ports, just bring enough power adapters for your own use.One draw back is missing a formal desk but it has a hanging platform instead.

Far above expectations, divine breakfast. The hotel smelled nice and was comfortable throughout. All the staff were very attentive.
