Friendly with customers and there own colleagues which was good to see we would stay again when we come back sometime this year for a baptism pool was nice and cold it’s like the uk weather but too cold for a swim but it would have been amazing if it was a little hotter
This is an old castle remodeled. It looks amazing from the outside, but the hotel entrance is very ordinary, and the entrance is almost impossible to find. The other decorations and rooms are ok. It is comfortable but not luxurious. It is easy to access nearby attractions convenient. The terrace of the room faces the sea and there are many yachts.
We booked 2 standard rooms and I asked to update 1 room to deluxe, to get sea view. They said, that I have to update both rooms together and it costs 1000 euros for 5 day and two rooms!!!! And our standard room was witout balcony with view to the jungle (untended garden). Reall disappoitment for paid money. Pool was extreamly cold (ca. 18 degrees and most of guests did not swim).
Room was nice and spacious.
Breakfest was super
Best hotel for sportsmen- a lot of opportunities for trainings.
Nice Spa
Best hotel in Cascais.
Everything is on a high level from the staff's politeness to the hotel's design and its location and the views from the room. Very good breakfast. Highly recommend!
I didn't bother to eat there, though the 24/7coffee machines were great! It was in a great location for the airport, easy taxi. Very modern and sort of spartan approach in monochrome, but clean. Great front desk help! My room smelled like heavy disinfectant, or perhaps varmit control, really terrible and hard on the lungs. Otherwise, great.
The hotel is conveniently located. 5 minutes walk from the Airport. There are signage’s to guide us to the hotel. Check in was speedy and what amazed me was there was continental breakfast from 2 am till 11am. This is brilliant for people checking in late as the queue at the Immigration clearance was long
We had a good nights sleep before checking out the next day to catch the bus from the Airport.
Breakfast was great and I loved the Portugese egg tarts and the butter fruit cakes. The Croissants were soft and buttery. Another favourite was the Fresh cheese.
Check out was speedy and kudos to Daniella Pereira, Kabir and Mr Silva from front desk.
Far above expectations, divine breakfast.
The hotel smelled nice and was comfortable throughout.
All the staff were very attentive.

AAndré De MesquitaGreat location , waking distance from Avenida da Liberdade and principe real . Quite close to Rato , so very central .
Rooms are modern and comfortable , exactly what expected .
Design of the hotel in general is young and Hip.
Staff was very helpful and friendly.
Heads up for the great rooftop and parties with DJ sets and Tuesday in the restaurant with amazing live music .
DDamironkz**First time in Portugal**, and we chose the Hilton hotel as we were confident in their service. Indeed, we were not wrong. Friendly staff explained everything thoroughly. We arrived a bit early, but they prepared the room for us. The location is very convenient: **Lisbon is just a 30–40 minute taxi ride away**, and other attractions are also nearby. The rooms are cozy and clean. **Complimentary water** is provided. Breakfasts are delicious.
AAnonymous User・ Location
- It would be best to find a place to stay between Rossio Station and Cais do Sodré Station, but in terms of cost-performance, I think this hotel near Santos Station is very good.
- I stayed here in June, and the street on the hill side was lively with stalls set up every night.
・ Safety
- The French Embassy is on the street where the hotel is located, so I don't think the safety is bad.
・Accommodation
- There is no sign, but the hotel name is posted on the door and you enter and exit with an electronic key.
Please check the email from the accommodation before checking in.
- There is a small clothesline, hangers, and a fan in the room, so laundry dried well.
- The shared bathroom was clean.
MMathewTBrilliant location and a great place as a base to move around The Avenida metro is super close and you are in the heart of the city ! Chiado, Bairro Alto, Cais Do Sodre etc are all very accessible from here. 20 mins and 8 EUR arrive (Uber) from the airport as well.
Clean hotel and friendly staff! Affordable breakfast at EUR 14 a day but there are plenty of great options around the hotel as well.
GGuest UserThis hotel should not be rated as 5 stars, it is definitely misleading by Trip.com! ! ! Almost 3 stars, 4 stars service. This hotel is not a star on Booking. It can be regarded as a boutique hotel.
The room is really big, the decoration is very beautiful, full of court style. But the main entrance of the hotel is on a small hillside, you need to walk up the steps, and you will pass a whole row of trash cans. (Picture 1-3) Then, there is no elevator in the hotel, all take the stairs, the whole hotel is about 6 or 7 suites. Very small size, not to mention gym and pool facilities.
The service is very good, the waiter will help carry the luggage to your room, breakfast is also prepared by the waiter, one person, there is freshly squeezed juice on the day, a variety of bread, cheese, ham, eggs and yogurt, very delicate, not enough to continue, but not the kind of hotel buffet.
In general, it is not up to the 5-star standard. If you look forward to the supporting facilities and facilities of a 5-star hotel like us, don't choose this one. If you want to experience the court-style room, you can choose.
HHectorTo be honest the moment we arrived to the street it is located we were far from amazed: it looked old, full of graffities and quite poor, but it turn out to be very safe, convenient (full of small food and hygine stores), next to the oldes tram line (one of the city attractions) and just a walk up to the historical part of Lisbon. The hotel itself is what you may expect: small but adequate rooms without air conditioning (truth to be told, the fan was more than enough even in August) and the shared bathrooms were way better than I thought, one per 2-3 rooms, big and very clean. Considering how fxxxx expensive the hotels in Lisbon are, this one is a good option.
