Great Stay – Clean, Comfortable, and Convenient I had a lovely stay at this hotel. The room was clean, and the beds were super comfy. The location was great—close to the airport, not far from the beach, and with easy access to a bus that goes to the city. Free parking was a big perk and made things even more convenient. Breakfast was decent and did the job. The only downside was the noise at night. The road can be busy, and a dog nearby barks throughout the night, so keeping the window open wasn’t an option. It would have also been nice if the room had an iron or steamer. Aside from that, the staff were lovely, and the hotel was very convenient and well-maintained. Would definitely stay again!

This hotel’s location is unbeatable—right next to the tram station and a major department store, making it super convenient. The room was clean, modern, and comfortable, which was a big plus. However, breakfast was disappointing. The selection was limited, and the scrambled eggs were seriously overcooked—almost rubbery. A little more attention to the morning spread would make a huge difference.

Hotel room is new and nicely designed. Housekeeping is a bit challenging, floor was dirty and sticky, carpet was dirty and dusty. Bath towels found stained and holes. Appreciated the prompt response from the reception team and provided us with slippers.

It's too dark in the hotelㅠㅠ There's another hotel across the street, so it's hard to get in It's good for resting, but I wish it was a little brighter when I pack my luggage or look for it,, I moved from a 4-star hotel in Basel, but it doesn't feel like a 4-star hotel..! The whole of Porto is like that, but the building isn't that big, so the lobby is small I'd rather just stay at an Airbnb or find a slightly cheaper place with a good location and a lot of sunlight.

The room is clean and comfortable, the breakfast is good and rich, there is parking space, and it is convenient to go everywhere. The service is also very good. I will stay in this hotel every time I come to Porto. I will come again next time

Business hotel that lack the human touch. Recep was cold and not smiling, which was a pity for such a nice hotel. Phone auto buttons not working and aircon not working too. Had to walk to recep and ask for help. Breakfast was good though

This hotel is in the perfect location for Porto with everything in the city within a 10 minute walk away. The inside of the hotel feels very relaxed and updated, and the reception staff are very helpful should you have any questions! We always stay at NH collection hotels around the world and this was one of the best ones we have stayed at.

First of all, the interior is really amazing. And the view from the special seats. You can see the whole city of Porto. The rooftop is a must see.

Two of us stayed 4 nights. The hotel is exceptionally clean, staff are friendly, location is excellent. We come in Nov 2023, price is very reasonable. We enjoyed so much and would definitely recommend this hotel.
