Pet friendly Hotels in Volgograd Oblast, Russia

The hotel was clean and tidy, with an excellent location. The constant supply of iced water in the corridors was a plus, and the breakfast was good. The main problem was the sheer number of mosquitoes in the city, making it completely unsuitable for a June visit. The mosquitoes were rampant outdoors, but seemed unable to enter the rooms. Additionally, we were told the metro was closed when we tried to go sightseeing; this is the city's only metro line, but we were told it was not operating both times we needed it. Taxi traffic was also extremely congested on the main road between Mamayevsky Prospekt and Lenin Square during rush hour.

Отличный отель в самом центре Волгограда. Из окон, выходящих на центральную часть открывается вид на Собор Александра Невского. Прямо рядом с гостиницей площадь павших борцов. Можно прогуляться до Аллеи Героев, на набережную, где множество различных кафе, летом можно прогуляться на пароходе. Близко к вокзалу. А также к единственному в России метротраму — подземному скоростному трамваю. Отель выполнен в стиле сталинского ампира, в ресторане, на этажах и в номерах сохраняется ощущение прошлой эпохи. Завтраки достойные. Приятный сервис. Швейцар открывает тяжелею дверь, улыбается и желает хорошего дня. Были наверное в 90% отелей Волгограда, Интурист определено рекомендую.

The hotel has a very successful location for those travelling through Volgograd towards Moscow. The pluses can still be noted for the good-welcoming staff. That's all. Repair was done 30 years ago. Since then, dirt has been digging in corners. Smellow smoked carpet and soft furniture. Rusty water from the tap. Fen have not been found. Tea dishes and tea bags are, but no drinking water and electric tea. The old refrigerator includes a compressor every 5 minutes, you can only sleep if you are very-very tired traveler )) Breakfast is simple modest but much and didn't wait. Bed linen is clean new, thank you. Towels are some unspaid. In general, for about the same money we were staying in Volgograd when we were driving the transit in the opposite direction, and the hotel was new with a needle, perfectly clean, with slippers, a large set of hygiene, phenomenon, drinking bottled water. I did not understand where the hotel had such good reviews and high rating.

The rooms are small but sufficient in good condition. Breakfast is quite acceptable for the price level for accommodation in the hotel. In price-quality ratio, a good choice if there is a solution to how to get to the city center.

There is a place to park the car. Welcome staff, disposable slippers were issued. The room at price-quality is good, but was dirty in the shower. The pillows are not comfortable, bedding/towels are clean
