Pet Friendly Hotels in Antalya Province, Türkiye

The hotel is located in the cozy and quiet Kasha neighborhood. The grounds are small, but the views are just like those in beautiful Pinterest photos. The staff is friendly and helpful. Everything you need is there: a restaurant, a lounge area, a pool, and more. We loved the food at the hotel; the portions are large, and the food is delicious and fast. Only the main restaurant is open; the bar and Asian restaurant have been closed since last year, and they haven't removed the menus or signs. When we checked in, we waited about 40 minutes for our room, even though we arrived after 4:00 PM, which is also check-in time. It was clear the room had been cleaned just before we arrived. The renovations were very tired and shabby. We were shocked by the synthetic bedding, which was covered in pilling. The rooms are practically never cleaned. We only noticed the beds being made. There were often not enough towels, the balcony windows were dirty, we only received drinking water once upon check-in, and our eyecups weren't washed; they'll stay that way for the rest of our stay. We ordered two glasses of Prosecco to our room, but they only responded an hour later and brought us just glasses. The staff's English is poor. The only girl in the restaurant who spoke Russian was able to help us with a basic order for an omelet for breakfast. The hotel doesn't have its own beach. It's located on the grounds of another hotel and can be reached by foot (about 20 minutes) or by a convenient shuttle (5 minutes), which runs every hour. Be prepared to climb 300 steps up and down to get to the beach after the shuttle. The water is deep and the stairs lead directly into the water, and the water is incredibly clear! The beach itself has beautiful and comfortable beds, but it's still dirty... there are dirty glasses, napkins and bottles scattered about, and the beautiful mattresses on the sun loungers are completely uncleaned. For a Radisson, this is a very poor hotel and service.

It was very very basic but it was very very cheap. It suited us for a one night stay as we arrived onto antalya on a late flight. Basically it was just somewhere to sleep for a few hours and shower. It served its purpose. We would use this hotel again

My partner and I stayed in Kaş. The rooms were very clean, air-conditioned, and in good condition (we also had a balcony, which was very clean). We also received complimentary chilled water in our room every day. The hotel staff were always friendly and helpful with any questions or concerns. The hotel restaurant has excellent homemade pasta, which I highly recommend trying. The hotel's location is truly excellent, just a 2-3 minute walk from the market. One small tip for other guests: there was a bar with live music right next to the hotel, which played until around midnight. This didn't bother us as we were out and about in Kaş anyway. Unfortunately, we didn't manage to experience everything we wanted to in our 5-night stay, such as the spa, but I assume it's also very good. All in all, a truly fantastic hotel, and I would definitely stay here again if I had the chance.

The Casa Sur Antalya Hotel at the entrance of Hadliangmen Old City gave me a big praise. I immediately returned to the treatment of domestic homestays. The whole luggage helped to get the decoration. It was very comfortable. If the Turkish courtyard feels like a courtyard, there is actually no parking space inside. I drove in, and the clerk also helped to leave the key. Said that I needed to move the car, I would help me move the car, and gave a small can of their hotel jam as a gift. The front desk lady was super good and standard English.

How can a hotel with no integrity operate legally? On 20 November 2024, I booked a 3-night stay at Casamax Suites (21–24 April 2025) and paid the full amount of SGD 420.66 on the same day. We arrived at Casamax Suites around 9 PM on 21 April 2025 and proceeded with our check-in. - After presenting our passports and booking confirmation at check-in, the front desk staff notified us that Trip.com had cancelled our reservation. - We were in shock - how could this be? I hadn't received any cancellation notice from Trip.com. To confirm, I double-checked all my booking details with the front desk staff (booking date, payment date, booking number, etc.). Yet the staff still insisted that Trip.com had canceled our reservation. - After such a long journey, we simply needed a resolution that would allow us to check in and get some rest. - The front desk staff demanded we pay €300 before they would allow us to check in for just one night. - Since it was already late, we reluctantly agreed to pay a €300 deposit to check in first, intending to resolve the issue with Trip.com in the morning. I then provided my credit card to the front desk for the deposit payment. - Surprisingly, the hotel refused credit card payments. The staff demanded €300 IN CASH ONLY. - I informed the staff that carrying €300 in cash was impossible since we'd already prepaid our full trip. - Despite our explanation, the staff refused to let us check in unless we handed over €300 in cash. The staff suggested using the ATM at the hotel entrance to withdraw cash with my credit card. - This CASH-ONLY DEMAND raises serious concerns. - We were appalled by the staff’s unprofessional conduct and baseless insistence on cash payment. I formally requested written verification of the alleged cancellation by Trip.com, presenting my payment receipt as proof of the valid booking. - Only after I challenged them did the staff relent, offering to check us in ‘as an exception’ without payment. - I escalated this issue to Trip.com the following day, and they explicitly stated that my reservation was never cancelled. - To avoid further disruption to our travels, we chose to temporarily defer the matter. Despite our decision to prioritize our trip, the hotel’s misconduct must be addressed to prevent future guests from similar experiences. Meanwhile, we strongly demand the hotel provide a reasonable explanation for what happened that night.

This is a serviced apartment with all the necessary facilities and kitchenware. The only downside is the lack of a dryer. The hotel also offers free underground parking. Simply press the phone next to the parking lot to enter, and the front desk will open the gate – very convenient! Elevators go directly to the lobby and guest rooms! The newly opened hotel has a really nice environment!! There's a breakfast area next to the lobby, and you can also have tea or coffee there. While the selection is simple, it has all the essentials. The hotel is just a kilometer walk from the old town, which is quite convenient. There are also many supermarkets and bakeries nearby! The scenery along the Antalya coast is absolutely beautiful; it's definitely worth a visit!

The hotel is located near the sea. It takes 5-10 minutes to walk to the town square, and 10 minutes to walk in the opposite direction to the ancient theater. You can see the sea from the window (but there is a building in front of it). The interior furnishings are clean and retro, and the small balcony is very popular. It is very pleasant to drink black tea in the evening with the sea breeze. There is enough hot water for bathing, and the water flow is also strong. The only thing I care about is that the ventilation window in the bathroom can clearly hear the voices of other residents talking in the bathroom 😂 Other than that, it is still good. The hotel consists of seven nine-story buildings in a modern style. The property is small, yet it accommodates four swimming pools with restrooms and showers, several restaurants, and snack bars. The varied cuisine was a delight; I've never seen Turkish hotel restaurants serve so much fish and seafood. The rooms are a bit tired and in need of renovation, but the staff is friendly, speaks several languages, including Russian, and strives to quickly resolve guest issues. Our room overlooked the pool and stage; it was a bit noisy in the evenings due to the entertainment, but it didn't bother us too much. For those who prioritize sun, air, and sea on vacation, this is a good option; we were comfortable.

I am considering the hotel as an option if necessary to spend the night between flights when flying from Antalya Airport.. Taxi from the airport is $20 for 20 minutes (you can also take bus 511, but only if you have a minimum of luggage). Breakfast 8:00-10:00 continental modest. The room has clean linen, soap, shampoo, slippers, a small bottle of water. TV without Russian channels. In the summer there is a swimming pool outside and sun loungers around.
