Room was very nice for a stop over hotel. I didn't need cash for my 24 hour stay as I could Uber and the staff at hotel take orders via credit card for delivery from a local restaurant and there is also a vending machine that takes card in the lobby.
Uber was £12 from the airport and took 20 minutes (had more luck booking one from the airport metro station than the terminal). If you factor the transfer price in, it's still a good deal as I got the stay for £23 with Trip.com

Booked this hotel because it's a short walk to Chora Church and Tekfur Palace, and indeed, both were easily accessible on foot. My room was on the first floor facing the street. While the windows were of good quality, the noise from pedestrians and traffic didn't quiet down until late into the night. The service was excellent; even though there was no elevator to my floor, my luggage was still carried for me. The breakfast quality was also satisfying. You can take the tram from the road facing the river by purchasing tickets from the self-service machine.
This hotel was recommended by a friend. I booked two more days because I had a good experience on the first day! The service is comparable to that of a five-star hotel.
It is a branch behind the main building, quiet and comfortable. The pillows are especially comfortable to sleep on, not as high as those in ordinary hotels.
I didn’t expect much from this hotel, but it exceeded all my expectations. A big spotless room, very comfortable bed with 5-star (really!) bedclothes, good bathroom with decent shower, tea/coffee amenities, even a small fridge, friendly English-speaking receptionists. Yes, it was quite noisy from the window, but the hotel is in a busy street. It was not perfectly dark in the room, but I used earplugs and a sleeping mask, so I slept like a baby. Next time between Sabiha airport flights I’ll definitely stay in that hotel again.
The location is a bit out of the way, not near the bustling Hagia Sophia or Istiklal Avenue. The main issue was that we arrived at 3 AM. During check-in, we confirmed with the front desk that we needed a smoking room. However, after the lobby boy led us to the room, he told us smoking wasn't allowed. We had to call the front desk again to clarify, wasting another 15 minutes in back-and-forth communication. Ultimately, we had to compromise and switch rooms. Plus, my parents' room wasn't even on the same floor as mine.
However, I'm very grateful for the bellhop's help and detailed explanations. It's a shame we arrived at the airport too late that day and didn't have cash for a tip.
had a very positive experience at here . The hotel is gorgeous with some of the finer luxuries you will not receive elsewhere. I will come back for sure. So amazing

A wonderful hotel right in the heart of Istanbul. I was worried there weren't many reviews, but my worries were unfounded. The hotel is brand new, located in a beautifully restored historic building. The rooms are stunning.
The staff deserves a perfect 10/10; they are incredibly attentive, always ready to help with any issue, and truly make you feel cared for.
The only downside is the noise insulation. You can hear quite a bit of what's happening in the neighboring rooms, so I recommend bringing earplugs.
All the attractions in the European part of the city are within walking distance.
It's a bit of a climb with luggage, but you can take the Tünel and then it's a short downhill walk.
We stayed at this hotel for one night with my family, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Everything was very clean and well maintained, which immediately made us feel comfortable. After a long flight, Mr. Adil kindly helped us get a comfortable room where we could properly rest.
The service was genuinely warm, the dinner was very good, and Mr. Adil went above and beyond by arranging a late check out, offering us coffee on the house, and even organising a private transfer service to the airport. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again.

GGuest UserWe enjoyed our stay at this hotel and liked its location. Staff are friendly and helpful and we appreciated the daily room cleaning and reset. The best feature of the hotel is that it is well situated to explore Istanbul and is about a 10 minute walk to the Sultanahmet Square where you will find many of the main attractions in Istanbul like Hagia Sophia and the Blue Mosque. There is a tram line station very close to the hotel and it is a short walk to Sirkeci metro station. It was a good base for us as we checked out the areas across the water. It is a little far from both airports with each taking about 1.5 hours to get to but we felt the location was worth the time.
The room's decor was a bit aged but charming. The beds were comfy and you can get extra pillows here. The room ran a bit warm during our stay but it was a bit noisy outside with frequent tram trains and restaurants below so we kept the window shut. They do have air conditioning and a radiator but we felt the AC wasn't worth turning on during a cool stay in December. Our neighbours were a bit noisy and it kept my wife up but I had no issues sleeping. It was moderately inconvenient when the restaurant decided to pop their new year's eve decorations at 1 in the morning. The bathroom was good and clean with good shower pressure, soft towels and we appreciated the warming rack for the towels. They provide soap and shampoo in dispensers in the shower.
The breakfast was decent enough to start the day. They had enough to do a Turkish style breakfast and most options were pretty light. They had some hot items like sausage, scrambled eggs and other options that changed daily. They also had an area for cold items like cheese, labneh, yoghurt, vegetables and some cold cuts. They had a limited selection of fruit with some oranges and apples. They also had coffee, tea, juice and water. I had an early check out on my last day and they made me a nice bagged lunch to go to the airport with and have me a big can of juice which was very nice. The hotel provides bottled water for guests as well as lots of tea for in room use.
The hotel has a restaurant on site and a small outdoor patio that is open for lunch, dinner and late dinner. They have some spa and massage treatments that you can book at the front desk. There are quite a few bath, restaurants, shops and other experiences nearby. People in the area are very friendly, welcoming and will invite you into their shop or restaurant...frequently.
RRimelissaOur check-in experience was absolutely dreadful. It was clear the front desk and a staff member were colluding, attempting to downgrade us to a twin room that was barely cleaned, stuffy, and had a foul odor, not to mention being 20 square meters smaller than what we'd reserved. We had to strongly insist before they finally gave us our booked room. All the while, they kept exchanging knowing glances, lying that the hotel was full and ridiculously claiming the inferior room was actually an upgrade. We saw right through their scam and absolutely refused to let them succeed. Only when they realized they couldn't fool us any longer did they reluctantly hand over the keys to our actual room. Thankfully, the barbecue restaurant downstairs was fantastic, and we even found some great dried apricots at the supermarket across the street.
GGuest UserGood hotel. I usually choose the Ibis chain of hotels when I travel. There are some suggestions for improving the condition of the room in terms of freshness of renovation and cleanliness. Overall, good. Excellent view from the window. Excellent service. I recommend!

GGuest UserI booked a room through Ctrip for about 400 RMB. Because we had a child with us, they said they'd upgrade our room and include breakfast, then charged an additional 400 RMB. Checking my booking details, it seemed the room hadn't changed, which was strange. We only stayed one night, and I didn't want it to ruin our mood, so I didn't push the issue.
The location might be typical for the area, it's hilly, and the entrance is small and a bit hard to find, but it's very close to the Galata Tower.
GGuest UserThe hotel is a three-storey house, coupled with a cafe outside (where the tastiest breakfast is served (thanks!)). My room was very nice, thought through, I really liked the oldish appearance of the house itself and the design of the room, wooden furniture and huge windows. Since the room was on the first floor and the windows were facing the cafe, it was a little noisy in the evenings, and I needed to pull down the curtains as well. The room had all the listed appliances (incl. a small fridge and a kettle) but I lacked a table, however I guess the room size does not allow for it. The main advantage for me was the location: I really love that district, walked around it a lot. There are two very pleasant parks that descend to Bosphorus (going down the slope is pretty easy), and there is Üsküdar dock nearby if you want to get to other parts of the city by ferry. The metro station is ±8-10 min away and there are shops and local restaurants around.
YYaniee LeeOur stay was okay. Very near airport and to catch a steal of this place, a big room with one queen and one single (but they gave us another single bed again) plus it comes with a breakfast. The breakfast is prepacked but its okay for us. Will recommend for people who reached late at night in Istanbul or have an early flight to catch up the next day to come stay here. Oh ya, hotel also comes with cute lifts and cute staffs 🥰
WWoshirousongchaorenThe hotel is clean and tidy, and the service staff are very friendly. They even gave me a free late check-out on the last day.
The only drawback is that it is located near an elevated highway and a railway (soundproofing is OK with the windows closed, but very noisy with the windows open), the air conditioning in the room is insufficient, and it is inconvenient to go out to find food (it takes about ten minutes to take a taxi)
Business travel is OK, but for tourism, it is recommended to choose a location that is easy to write about.
