Pet friendly Hotels in Mersin Province, Türkiye

We found this hotel in Mersin, where I was first gone, in a hurry. Firstly, it is in a bad location. When you asked the shop around you could answer ”the rooms are not a dress”. When we went to the hotel, the room left for us wasn't cleaned yet they took us to another room and perhaps one room for one person, then one room was available. inside. The clothes' phone flows without any break, what they put on is shampanya, your hair is cloudy, the box's cover is not closed, etc... We said we would leave them all aside and have a nice breakfast when it's morning, but what is possible . Absolutely disappointment. The cooking in the buffet was cold, very little, something we could eat in that small buffet but impossible was also cleaning tables. If you were to work, you might prefer this place alone than Mersin, but with your family, I say don't stay here with your wife.

I fell in love with these hotels immediately. I love stylish boutique hotels. Decoration in Ottoman style, even rooms have no numbers only names of sultans and sultans. Wood floor, not laminate or tiles, wooden finishes, windows. The most important thing is that the hotel is located in the very centre. I immediately got a map with a tour destined for a tour that is exactly the same as what I intended to visit. I definitely recommend !!

The location of the hotel is a little biased. In the industrial park near the port, you can take the bus No. 12 from the long-distance passenger station. It arrives at 8 am. The front desk will check in in advance. The service attitude is particularly good. Overall, it is very similar to the economic hotel near Guangzhou Airport. Temporary over-reach is still possible

We stayed in the hotel for 3 nights,we loved the hotel and the hotel staff:) A clean, breakfast is enough, a 1 minute off the beach, and a great restaurant called the rain garden on the beach. We saw a great performance by his team, live music was great, we had a great fun;) We thank Mehmet Syrin Beye, the company's owner, for his kindness, interest, warm-blooded conversation and gentleman's personality, we wish you to continue your success.

We felt the hotel was poorly managed. The supposedly 'queen' bed was actually 2 single beds pulled together. The A/C was faulty and it was so loud that it was not possible to have a good night's sleep. The room was not cleaned for the 2 nights that we stayed. Even the thrash wasn't picked up. The beach facilities and sun beds were old and the beach area was not clean. The stairs to the beach needed renovation and made it almost dangerous to walk down to the beach. Most of the services were provided on a 'self-service' basis, but it didn't work as only 3-4 staff were trying to keep up with the servicing of the whole facility. The facility overall was not clean. We did not know who the manager/owner was and the people we saw did not seem to care anyway, although occasionally someone asked if the food served was OK. We couldn't find anybody to ask for water after midnight and the fridge area was locked so we had to go to bed real thirsty. Overall, it was in no way a good value for the money paid, which was really high for this kind of low quality service. It's a shame as the hotel is built at a very nice location. The breakfast was good and the staff were kind but not as attentive as would be expected. The food served at the restaurant was not bad, though overpriced. I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

Начать с того, что я бронировала номер заранее непосредственно через е-мейл отеля, и управляющий сразу откликнулся и все время был на связи через Вотсап. Не все говорят по-английски, но общий язык всегда можно найти! Я очень благодарна всем работникам отеля за их помощь. У отеля есть своя парковка, но туда помещается только 4 (от силы 5) машин. Персонал помогает запарковать / выпарковать твою машину, если вокруг все заставлено. Иногда места не хватало, приходилось парковаться на ближайших улицах, но это не проблема. Номера уютные, чистые. Все, что нужно, есть и исправно работает: душ, кондиционер, телевизор, холодильник (вот только холодильник подключен к общем электросети, которая включается от ключа; если уйти на весь день и унести свой ключ, то и холодильник отключится - поэтому не рекомендую там оставлять что-то скоропортящееся). Кровать широкая, удобная. Убирают хорошо, но, единственное, мне каждый раз приходилось ловить в коридоре уборщицу и просить ее зайти. Если я уезжала на весь день, она просто не приходила. Возможно, это связано с тем, что обычно люди здесь останавливаются на 1-2 ночи, а я жила все две недели. Во всем здании отеля ловит неплохой вай-фай (точки доступа с отдельными паролями на каждом этаже); спокойно подключается и телефон, и компьютер. До пляжа действительно всего полминуты ходьбы! Это общественный пляж, а не собственный пляж отеля, так что надо переходить улицу, но это не ухудшает впечатления! Пляж полностью песчаный, заход тоже песчаный, пологий. Свободного места очень много: лежаки от разных кафе стоят ближе к дороге / парку, и остается пустая широкая полоса ближе к морю. Я была в августе, но людей было не так много. Завтрак вкусный: это шведский стол, всегда есть сыр, овощи (свежие и маринованные), фрукты (разные каждый день), яйца, сухие завтраки; чай заваренный и кипяток (и отдельно сухой шалфей), мед, варенье; часто выпечка; не всегда что-то мясное. Место в столовой всегда есть. Это был отличный отпуск, я рада, что выбрала этот отель!
