I had a wonderful stay at Residence Inn Trabzon. The hotel is perfectly located with a cozy and welcoming atmosphere that made my visit to Trabzon even more enjoyable. What truly stood out was the outstanding hospitality of the staff. A special thank you to Ahmed for his constant support, attentiveness, and kindness throughout my stay. I also want to sincerely thank Lina, the manager, for her professionalism and warm attitude—she ensured everything was smooth and perfect. Additionally, I want to give a shoutout to the evening shift receptionist (I wish I remembered her name) for her helpfulness and friendly demeanor. She was always welcoming and ready to assist with anything, making my evenings at the hotel even more pleasant. If you’re visiting Trabzon and want a place where you’ll feel genuinely cared for, Residence Inn Trabzon is the perfect choice. The hotel is situated near the central park and street. The hotel corresponds its price. If you need some place to sleep, take a shower and discover Trabzon it's quite a good option.

First thing to begin with is the welcoming crew of the hotel. They were very helpful and friendly. The hotel is very clean and up to your expectations. The room I booked is a 5-star level room, so clean and tidy. The location of the hotel is just at Trabzon medan. I truly recommend this hotel to everyone you care for. Thank you very much.

The hotel rooms are great. We had almost a whole apartment) the location is not so good - you can't walk to the water, Migros is far away. You can get to the beach by your own transport) the prices in the hotel restaurant are more expensive than everywhere else, well, that goes without saying. We stayed here for one night to lie around in a beautiful room - it worked out. The pool, by the way, wasn't working(

Excellent apart hotel. I washed all my things. Two rooms, good view. A day was enough to see the city. There is the Meydan (main square), which smoothly transitions into the market and Forum (large shopping center). On Meydan I exchanged dollars at a rate better than the official one, there are large exchange offices near McDonald's. The view from the window is excellent, the birds are singing. Who needs to cook, there is a lot of everything for this. WiFi is fast enough, it showed about 60 Mbit/s in my room at the moment

Beautiful place. Nice comfy room and warm despite it was 7 and raining outside. Food are excellent! Very close to the national park.

الموقع جداً جداً ممتاز ، الفطور متنوع لكن موجود في كل الفنادق نفسه ، اللي يشيل الشناط اذا ماعطيته بخشيش يعصب ويسوي حاله زعلان ويتكلم ، اذا ماتبي تعطيه قفل الباب بوجهه ، بالنسبة للنظافة الغرفة نظيفه ولكن الاثاث قديم جداً ، المكيفات خربانه من السنة الماضيه ، يعني اذا زيارتك ممكن ان الجو يكون حار انصحك ماتحجز فيه ، الحمام ينقط من السقف ، الشفاط حق الحمام خربان ، صوت الثلاجه مزعج بالليل كأنك راكب سيارة قديمه ، مافيه عزل اذا جارك تحرك تحس فيه وتسمعه ، الموقع خيال فعلاً والمرافق حسب ماجربت فقط الحديقة خيالية وفيها العاب اطفال شوي ، مول جواهر والمطاعم والكوفيهات قريبه من المكان ، موظفة الاستقبال بشوشه وتتكلم عربي .
