we stayed here for 2 nights, the room was very spacious with 2 queen beds. a nice little area outside to sit and chill aswell. The owner was a very very lovely and helpful man and his lovely family. he offers motorbike rentals and help with onward travels. the location is very good aswell, just a 30 second walk off of the main street with restaurants clothe shops etc. for the price you cannot complain and would recommend for those who are on a budget.

A very friendly family runs this small homestay. We felt very comfortable. The room was clean, the beds comfortable, and we thoroughly enjoyed our time there. A delicious breakfast was also provided, and if the weather is warm enough, you can use the pool. Otherwise, it's also pleasant to relax on the sun lounger in front of the pool. Many thanks to the whole family who run this homestay and ensured we had a wonderful stay.

This is a wonderful place to relax! Well-maintained clean territory, privacy with nature, peace and quiet. There is a swimming pool, hammocks, bicycles for rent. The woman at the reception is very friendly, speaks excellent English, helps to make a route to the main attractions of the province. All visitors are given a map with marked points of interest and their prices, which is very convenient! The rooms have everything you need. Our room was well-appointed, which is very rare for hotels in Vietnam. The breakfasts are delicious and the portions are large! We recommend pancakes with bananas and fried noodles with chicken. The resort is located close to all the main places that tourists must visit, there are also shops nearby and many very good cafes. Unfortunately, we only stayed here for one day, because it's time for us to leave this beautiful country, but if we ever visit these areas again, we will definitely come back here.

Absolutely stunning area and hotel, staff were amazing and helpful, hire scooters for 140.000 baht for the day and enjoy the stunning area. Was my sister in laws birthday and we asked one of the staff if she knew somewhere we Could get a cake she said hold on one minute and called somebody and they delivered a cake for 250,000 baht for that night and kept the secret for us. It was a huge cake. We are expecting something small and it was absolutely beautiful. The staff also organised a taxi for us so we could get to our next accommodation. 100% recommend. And Thank you so much to all the amazing staff!! We had a blast!

I didn’t expect much about the place in terms of amenities and cleanliness but the kindness, friendliness and care I received from the staff were superb. I was there for pure nature, serenity and magnificent views, and boy I wasn’t disappointed. It’s a property perched in the middle of the iconic rocky mountains of Ninh Binh, surrounded by lush greenery and a small river that even had a little canoe next to my cabin. You can just stay at this property the whole day without doing anything special yet your mind and heart still end up fulfilled. Sit at their small cafe while having some coffee or a plate of authentic local Vietnamese food. Just stare at the rice fields or admire the beauty of the lotus on their pond. Have a bonfire at night while listening to their good-vibe music or ask the staff to play your own.

Hotel located at a strategic location near the bus station. The owner is very friendly and we rented a motorbike from him. Sound proof is not the best but this was also due to us having a noisy neighbour on the night of stay.

It was okay, there are free bicycles to use. However there are a few things are worth mentioning. There’s no power point beside the bed, so you can’t charge your phone and use it while lying down. There’s also no power point in the bathroom, which means no blow-drying your hair inside. They do have a spot outside for drying hair, but there’s no mirror there, so it’s not practical and I doubt that setup is going to change. The room has no entertainment at all, not even a TV, which may or may not matter depending on the person. One thing that might bother some people is the mirror directly facing the bed. It can be uncomfortable or even considered bad feng shui. Honestly it gave me a bit of a scare at night. Overall fine for a simple stay, but these are things to be aware of.

The hotel in Tam Coc is quite peaceful, around many beautiful rice fields. There are many delicious restaurants and cafes nearby. The minus point is that the room is small, so it is quite stable, the soundproofing is poor, you can hear other people talking outside and the sound of running from other rooms. Overall it's good compared to the price, so I still rate 5 sa

The room isn't very spacious and very simple, needs renovation. It has two windows and a balcony. But only one was glazed, so the balcony and the other window you have to keep shut and no light comes through it. The room is very dark and has little furniture. The host is fine and ready to help. The wi fi is okay. The breakfast options are eggs, pancakes, omelette, noodles and various drinks. Once we tried pancakes and they were not tasty at all. There is no lift but the host helped us with our bags to the 3rd floor. The construction site nearby was quite noisy in the morning.

First off, the location is fantastic. It's right across the street from the Tam Coc boat pier, and there are tons of great restaurants nearby. From the outside, the place is tucked away in an alley, and it might look a bit small and unkempt. But the moment you meet the owner's warm smile and kind heart, and step inside the room, it's incredibly welcoming and spacious, offering a much-needed reprieve for travelers exhausted by the scorching heat. The complimentary drinks and fruit upon arrival were a lovely touch, especially considering the affordable room rate. Even though we didn't share a language, the owner went out of their way to provide incredibly detailed information about Tam Coc, which was a huge help for first-time visitors like us. Inside, the place shows its age a bit, but it's impeccably clean and the spacious room felt very comfortable. Despite the high humidity, there were no strange odors from the bedding or towels, which really speaks to their cleanliness. We rented bicycles for 50,000 VND and a scooter for 100,000 VND, which allowed us to have an amazing, albeit hot and humid, trip to Mua Cave. There's a gas station on the way to Mua Cave where we filled up for 25,000 VND per liter. The air conditioning was effective in the hot and humid weather, but the large fan hanging in front of the bed made it even more comfortable. At night, the music from the main street wasn't too loud with the door closed, and we didn't hear any frogs or toads, which was a plus. The breakfast was modest in both quality and quantity, but it wasn't bad at all (and given the very low room rate, it's best not to have high expectations). The morning coffee, however, was absolutely delicious. Before we left for Hanoi, the owner kindly offered us some cold water, and their thoughtfulness and warmth were truly appreciated.
