The airport transfer service was quite convenient. After landing, clearing immigration took only 10 minutes with no issues, and someone was already waiting with a sign upon arrival. The drop-off service, however, might be slightly less frequent. Bruneians seem very warm and welcoming, and the front desk staff were very patient. However, the bed was quite small – my feet were hanging off! But I suppose that's consistent with the price point. On the positive side, the room itself was spacious.

Early Check In before 12pm, few times stay here but this time doesnt need to put deposit ($200) like before. Staff is a boy (frgt to ask the name) is very friendly. Check in process is easy & fast. This time no outside parking coz many events in the hotel, so I park my car in the basement which is free parking till I checked out. Just gv the receiption our car plate no. Satisfied with dis room (529) clean & big room worth the money with free breakfast for 2pax.

Nice hotel in an excellent location (close to the airport and walking to Gadong Night Market plus malls) with very friendly/helpful staff and a comfortable bed. Would happily stay here again should I find myself in Brunei!

A highly anticipated hotel with an excellent location; major attractions are all within walking distance. The service is thoughtful and meticulous, providing convenient amenities for guests. The hotel rooms are cozy and comfortable, and the pool is exceptionally clean and tidy.

There's one of the best locations hotel in Brunei 🇧🇳, shopping mall ( times square) just located in the same building of the hotel as well. Furthermore, also connected to the other 2 shopping mall ( airport mall and city square as well.) breakfast quite nice and room service food also not bad. The Room was clean and spacious too. Will stay again this hotel. Thanks

The interior decoration of the hotel room is still relatively old. It feels like a domestic guest house. The high price is not in line with the actual environment. There are no restaurants and supermarkets near the hotel, so life is inconvenient.

Check in time is strictly at 2pm. Bed a bit hard (For me) Gym quite run down or under renovation. However it's quite convenient as the supermarket is just downstairs.

The two rooms are actually three rooms, the middle one is an open kitchen and living room. The location is not good, except for the supporting commercial area downstairs, you must have a car when you go out. The staff is very nice, the only hotel where there is nothing wrong with the front desk to the room service. There is a free airport shuttle. Later, I heard that I needed to buy medicine, and I specially arranged for someone to drive us out without any cost. There are service points of large car rental companies, and travel services can also be booked with hotels. The commercial facilities are quite complete, and there will be locals eating a work meal at noon.

If you love nature and love to experience staying above a river this is the right place for you . You can spent a whole day here doing fishing, swimming, walking, jogging and enjoying the best scenery . To management please maintain the cleanliness of the surrounding . One of the best spot to visit in brunei . Staff could do better in welcoming the guest . Will definately come back

The location of StarLodge is conveniently located to the place where I worked. The rooms are clean and breakfast is good. More importantly it is very affordable for long stay.
