I booked this hotel for my mother as she was traveling along. She told me the service was impeccable… they waited for her until she arrived which she arrived very late. They even had the kitchen open in case she was hungry and hungry she was …. They picked her up and dropped her off to the airport and took care of everything’s. She is elderly and truly she depended on the staff.
Great service and the room was big and spacious for what she told me. There is a park next to the hotel with many restaurants n is near the airport.

Stayed here for one night during a long layover. The hotel is a great value. The bathroom in the room was spacious and the rain shower head was very nice. The room had everything necessary and the pool and sauna were well-maintained. I also ate at the restaurant. This was a little bit pricey for the serving size, but the food was good. The hotel itself is a bit far from anything to do in Santa Cruz, but for me it was the perfect spot for just one night.

I was arranged a standard room for a business trip. It has 2 beds and is very large. The room has a 180-degree glass view and is clean and tidy. The small bar has special snacks and fine wines. It is safe and convenient at night.

很老的酒店了，在二環邊上，一定要入住前台附近的背對着馬路的房間。否則住在主樓的話，會非常吵。二環路上車流非常大，而且大量的老舊日本車噪音極大。房間的隔音不太好，所以會很吵。酒店早餐不錯，在當地算是比較不錯的早餐了。服務員的態度很好，很樂於幫忙。

Guest UserThe location was good and I thought the cospa was very good. The corridor of the hotel is automatic lighting, so it is dim and a little uncomfortable when you leave the elevator. Also, it was a pity that there were few amenities the next day. However, considering the price and the size of the room, I am very satisfied.

Hotel is good but they make many tricks , when I check out they charge me 200 bolivariano, because they said I was using their coffee and water , in fact instant coffee is not shown the price on table , at least nobody know that’s not free ! And water on the table they didn’t tell me that’s cost extra money ! This is very bad tricks ! Not good way to charge service cost !
