The staff are all very friendly and helpful. They are very patient to answer all our questions and assist us to book the ticket to the Jungfraujoch. Breakfast was nice. We have our dinner at their restaurant as well. The food was great, we were very much enjoy it. I love the onion soup. Of course, the waitress also very nice. Our room have the balcony, we have a nice Eiger view with just in front of us. Super!

The rooms are good and upgraded. I booked a beautiful room and was put on the 2nd floor with an unobstructed view but the view was good not the best. I found this hotel cleaner than the others we stayed in in Switzerland. The front desk wasn't very helpful I found rude people, also we waited about 20 minutes at the bar before I had to get up and get someone's attention. Well located in front of the train. Overall I would recommend this hotel.

Providing a great online customer service while having the e enquiries before checking in. Hotel room with the extraordinary view facing Jungfrau which highly maximize the experience during stay. However, the location of the hotel is quite up on the hill. Guests with large luggage like me may feel inconvenience.

The hotel is in a very good location, within walking distance to all attractions. Less than 10 minutes' walk from the train station. There is an open-air bar on the top floor of the hotel with a good view. Because I checked in very late, I didn't have time to sit around. The hotel is clean and the stay was satisfactory.

The breakfast is nice but it’s only open at 7am hence it’s quite rush if you have early activity which you have to leave the hotel early e.g to go to Jung frau.

The hotel located really near to the train station. It was a best choice for tourist who never visit Interlaken and need some place that is easy to be found. It also got a great lake and mountain view from the room. The room itself is clean and beautiful. Really recommended place to stay.

Amazing location, which is just opposite to the main entrance to central train station, and city public transportation hub. Only 20 minutes walking to reach the eastern end of Bern old town and the bear's pit. Spacious room, with clean and nice amenity. No air-con, which is very normal in Switzerland. Overall a good hotel.

The view from the room balcony was Mesmerizing and nothing short of a heavenly view… The breakfast was descent, however a little short of vegetarian options. The chocolates at the reception desk were amazing, better than Lindt. I wish I could know where they sourced them from😁 Harder Kulm (Top of Interlaken) entrance is just in front of the hotel. The guestroom was good, very clean & hotel amenities ”Pure Herbs” was very good. Front office staff & Housekeeping was kind to provide a few more additional bottles for our 3 nights stay. Our room was facing the road but we had very quiet & peaceful rest. The view from the window was breathtaking. The staff at the restaurant provide excellent service and took care of us very well during our stay. We will definitely come back to stay again when in Interlaken. The location of the hotel can be access by bus 103 from both Interlaken west & Interlaken ost train stations or a 15 mins walk from Interlaken Ost train station. Very convenient. Easy to locate. However, it will not be the place for the budget conscious. You are in Switzerland anyway, pamper yourself to the high ”quality of life”

Great experience. Freindly staff that speak a wide range of languages. Location is what you make of it, a few steep hills to reach the hostel, but when your there you are rewarded with spectacular views. Breakfast is simple but filling,and a bonus seen as I wasn't expecting any food to be provided. Outside grounds provide a fire pit a Swiss hot tub, table tennis and there is also a games room aswell. Highly recommended as a solo traveller

Our 1st impression of Hotel Krebs was great! Reception was warm & explained in detail the hotel policies. Our room gives us a feel as though we are living in the lap of luxury! The perfect blend of size & style, we are amazed with their spaciousness & exquisite decor. They provide bedroom slippers provided, toothbrush, shaver & cream, cotton pad, safe, hair dryer, etc. These advanced amenities definitely make our stay nothing short of perfect. We enjoyed our stay very much! The location of the hotel was awesome. It's just a few minutes walk to the Interlaken West Station. There's also many different buses u can take to many different beautiful attractions like Lake Brienz. I have seen many reviews about the cheese fondue from their restaurant. We tried it too & was so in love with it. As we brought our 3.5yrs old child along, we can only have cheese fondue without alcohol. We replaced it with apple juice at an additional cost of 5chf. Indeed food was really good! And the waiters were really kind & friendly. They were very kind & patient with our little girl. She was given colouring materials for entertainment. Thanks to the waiters. We had lots of laughter while enjoying our meals. Oh yes, there's a big fluffy black cat who often patronise the hotel & restaurant. It usually sleeps on the first chair near the left of the entrance. Staff of the hotel & restaurant are really nice, loving little animals & taking care of them very well. Overall, it was a very wonderful experience staying here. We would gladly come back again!

Is a 10 minutes drive from the train station. The location of the hotel was right in the middle of the shopping belt. It is also a five minutes walk to the COOP supermarket where the mineral water and all essential groceries can be found. The staff there are helpful and with the city pass (FREE) you can take bus ride around the whole city to explore freely. End

The room is not big but clean and tidy. Every waiter has a good attitude. Compared with Interlaken West Station, Interlaken East Station is quieter and it is absolutely OK to sleep at night. It takes seven or eight minutes to walk from the hotel to the East Station and five minutes to Herweg Street (the main road of the town). A small part of the hotel is an apartment for the elderly. Every morning at breakfast, you can see octogenarians. Everyone's face is filled with happy expressions. It is really an enviable old age life!

The hotel is in a good location, very close to Interlaken West Station, with many shops and restaurants downstairs. The river is just below the balcony, and the scenery is picturesque. The breakfast is also very rich.

Hotel was located conveniently near the station, just a 10min walk from Interlaken West. Plenty of shops and amenities in the area as well. Even our paragliding activity was located a stone’s throw away so that was extra convenient for us. Service by the staff was excellent too. And there is also the cutest cat in the garden house!

When we first entered the room, we saw corpses of mosquitoes everywhere on the wall, and there were mosquitoes flying everywhere in the room. A few of them were killed and sprayed blood. The bedside table lamp was also broken. Fortunately, after contacting the receptionist, we were allowed to change rooms. It was very convenient. It's hard to imagine how uncomfortable this night would have been if I hadn't changed rooms. After all, I spent nearly 10,000 Taiwan dollars. I shouldn't have come here to suffer. I give the lady at the counter a big thumbs up. The biggest selling point here is the heated swimming pool, which directly faces the Eiger and Grindelwald slopes. It is open from 12 to 21 o'clock. If it were not for the swimming pool, I might not choose this one due to hygiene reasons.

The hotel is in a great location, right next to the train station, with snow-capped mountains visible from the window. The breakfast is a bit monotonous, and it's a bit greasy after staying for a long time. The local food tastes a bit hard to describe 😅, remember to buy a fork separately when eating instant noodles!

This hotel made you feel like home. The room is very cosy and clean, breakfast is delicious and most importantly all the staffs are very helpful and friendly. We stayed for 3 nights and already felt that we are family. When I left on the 4th morning, I hugged goodbye to the gentleman working in the restaurant. I will definitely re-visit this hotel. Great location too. 1 minute to the train station. This hotel is just PERFECT!

Grindelwald Train Station is less than a minute's walk away. The room is very clean and comfortable. You can open three large suitcases (and put them under the bed frame after opening). The windows in the room are large and a small fan is provided, so you don't have to worry about stuffiness when sleeping in summer. Breakfast is a classic continental breakfast, and the food is replenished very quickly. The staff is constantly walking around clearing the tables and checking the supply. Mainly because I don’t feel too happy eating breakfast while looking at the mountain view! The staff is also very friendly and enthusiastically recommends nearby hiking routes. I will still recommend staying here next time I visit. 

It is very close to Grindelwald train station, about five minutes' walk. The room is very clean, the scenery outside the window is beautiful, and the service is also very good. You can buy tickets for all events at the hotel ~ However, there are two shortcomings: the room facilities are relatively old, but it is acceptable, after all, this place is a village; the breakfast items are really too little, and there is basically nothing to eat.
