My 4th trip to Binz, decided to stay here this time. Excellent location. 10-15mins walk from Binz HBF. 5-8mins walk to the beach. Very clean hotel. Towels were changed daily unless requested otherwise. Bedsheet will not be changed as standard of Europe. Very friendly staff. This area they work on minimal staff but they do not compromise or affect standards. Buffet breakfast was good too. Only minor feedback, as it was summer it was rather warm at the breakfast area and I would probably like to have the cold cut selection placed in a cold base instead of just leaving at the counter.

This is one of the most beautiful hotels I've been in. The location of the hotel really captures the ocean and atmosphere of a small beach town. I went in the winter time so not many travelers and it felt like i was in a book. The breakfast could be much better but otherwise cant complain about much else. The bed is super comfortable as well.

The 33rd G8 Summit in 2007 was held at the Heiligendamm Luxury Hotel. The German government chose Heiligendamm as the venue for the G8 Summit and the G8 Dialogue with Developing Countries. It is because of its charming natural scenery and modern reception facilities.

I travel very much, I am around the world about 150 days in hotels. From a 5 star hotel I had expected more . Positive: the location right on the beach, breakfast perfect, staff 1a. I didn't like the equipment of the rooms : facilities ok , electrical facilities outdated ( stood as 20 years ago ) bathroom ok but for 5 stars nothing special, bed .... Well .... You can feel the fences . Kiss and ceiling already habitually needed, chair defect ..... ,. , all in all I would say : 3 stars + but no more . There was no error to book this hotel ( at beautiful weather 😉)

Nice place to stay. For one night they charged us two days for the dog. That was bizarre

The area is a suite with large bathroom / shower bedrooms and living rooms and balcony and good furnishings...very pleasant. Great versatile breakfast. Sauna and swimming pool inside and outside. Very attentive service and reception. Global good price/performance ratio....We're coming back!

Good family hotel with many kids activities

It is a quiet and beautiful four-star hotel. In the suburbs, you need to take three bus stops from the city! About 15 minutes! There is a forest behind the hotel, and the air is fresh and beautiful! The only downside is that the curtains on the windows of the street are only halfway. They can't completely cover the windows, and the privacy is not enough! I don't understand what the Germans think, after the replacement of the room, the front desk helped upgrade to the room facing the woods, there are roller blinds covering the windows, free upgraded rooms, the front desk guys are particularly warm and friendly 😊, impressive!

The location of the hotel is very convenient for excursions and shopping. ( Aldi 2 minutes McDonald's 2 minutes walk). The large shopping centre is also very well accessible and offers all the possibilities from dining to shopping. Unfortunately, many things were known at the departure, which should be informed beforehand. Despite booking for 2 adults with a child 13 we should pay a bed tax at the departure86,-€. To do this we must say we have visited about Trip.Com and here should be more information available to the customer. Despite all this, it was a successful trip to the hotel with super swimming pool. !!!!!!!!!
