The friends we went to from the airport were very convenient. It would be great if we took a taxi directly. Then the front desk service was very friendly. We stayed in so many hotels and felt that the price performance of the hotel was very high. Recommended
The hotel is located in the park by the river, with a beautiful environment, next to the hot spring hall, within 10 minutes walk to the city center, very convenient; the room is clean, the staff is warm, and the breakfast is very rich.
Overall, it was a pleasant stay for us, and we enjoyed the sunset on our diner with the view of the rhein at their restaurant. Breakfast was fine with lots of variety foods. Evening walk along the Rhein by the hotel make it more romantic. And at the pool, it was warm in the room but still nice to swim.
I used this hotel in the middle of the line down from Mainz to Coblenz. It was a great answer. It is a very cozy hotel with a long-established store. In addition to the dignified internal facilities, there is a sauna and pool. The garden restaurant with a view of the line is also a good atmosphere.
Very well managed hotel! Very friendly and professional staff who are willing to make the extra step required to make the customer feel happy. They arranged an early check in smoothly without hesitation and arranged a small birthday cake. The rooms are in excellent state, the breakfast buffet is highly variable and provide a broad range of choices, and the location is outstanding. Excellent choice for anyone who want to stay one or a few nights in Mainz
The hotel restaurant can overlook the Rhine from multiple angles, which can be said to be invincible. However, the hotel room is actually not in the castle but a villa on the side. The castle is under maintenance and there is nothing to see inside.
The hotel was very clean and the room was very modern. However, a room in the third floor, without lift and then no one carries the luggage up is a point of decline if you are no longer so fit. Rooms in the rooftop, at 32 degrees of outdoor temperature, without air conditioning, lead to an extremely high room temperature that does not serve to relax. A hotel with outdoor terrace, but that is not to be used on Saturday night for hotel guests because it is locked for a closed society, I find it very bad. I had only this one evening there, therefore very annoying.
Otherwise very nice plant with a lot of potential upwards.

AAnonymous UserThe pictures look better than the actual hotel and even though the amenities are quite nice, especially the Spa area the service should definitely be improved when it comes to the ladies at the front desk. The other staff was very helpful but overall management seems to be a little confused.
马马For the company's business travel colleagues, one of the colleagues stayed in Germany, he recommended, ask colleagues feedback is good, the room is clean, convenient transportation, service is not bad
GGottholdHotel with good breakfast and a small sauna area as well as a small pool. After I had the opportunity to switch the room for driving chair noise, I had a quiet and beautiful room with views to the backyard and over the roofs on the top of the church tower from the castle church. I enjoyed the stay and was treated very friendly at the reception and in the friendly breakfast room with view to the park.

KKevinGreat, charming castle hotel with direct location on the Mosel. Rooms upgrades without surcharge will be provided with mosel view 👍 Breakfast from 7 to 11 a.m., so no eye on the standing. Service pre-service, especially at the reception. Check out at 11 but you can use the wellness area until 22h and get a basket with bathroom and pantoffels. Please return ✌️
