Hotek is really old the food wasn’t great and I wouldn’t recommend it if you have children as well

Overall, the cleanliness and convenient location were good, but the price was a bit high. The Wi-Fi was extremely slow and the issue couldn't be effectively resolved. Plus, the air conditioning was broken. Even after staff came to check it, it still needs significant improvement. All equipment should be checked thoroughly in advance.

The hotel's soundproofing is average. Living on the fifth floor, you can hear people talking loudly downstairs. The internet is poor, and what's uncomfortable is that the charging plug is not at the bedside! ! ! But the hotel's breakfast is great, with everything you need. I hope the room facilities can be improved, as they are a bit too old.

Very good location to explore the Colonial area. Close to the park, entrance of the Conde. Safe, not fancy but good. All the essentials are there . A bit dated, but maintained. Roof top pool and roof top breakfast are very nice. Personnel helpful and nice. I'm been here few times and is always my first choice when I need to go in Town.

This hotel was specially booked. The hotel has a long history and a good location. The deluxe bed booked this time, the front desk service is very warm, and the scenery outside the window is the most attractive to us. It is beautiful. Fueron muy diligentes solicite que me hicieran algo especial para el cumpleaños de pareja y me guardaron todo listo! Parqueo accesible, buena ubicación con lugares cerca de recreación El desayuno estuvo bien; la vista de la habitación espectacular 🧡 El único inconveniente fue que el agua caliente no funcionó y solicite cambio de habitación y en la otra habitación tampoco funcionó el agua caliente! Y la claridad de la luz del pasillo entraba por espacio de puerta de la habitación! general

Very good experience, the hotel is clean and the best thing is one of the few hotels in Santo Domingo that have late checkout. The parking can be difficult to find, make sure you enter from the street Fantino Falcon

Rested in February 2025 , next to the hotel casino and left of the hotel there is a supermarket good, liked also the roof pool in general everything is cleanly beautiful and comfortable, Russian staff does not speak

Nice staff, very well located in the Zona Colonial and at walking distance from the bus stop to/from Punta Cana. The couch upstairs was nice to chill out and so was the seating area in the patio. Pancakes and the juice for breakfast were nice too. Only thing to improve would be the cleanlineness. The bathrooms were a bit dirty in the mornings and there was some old dirt next to the bed.

The room is clean, the service is good, and it comes with kitchen utensils so you can cook your own food
