I think it is the best hotel in the capital. Excellent staff attitude. Breakfast up to 11, wait up to 13. Best breakfast in my life. Here even the station was with coconuts on ice. The choice is huge, even pepper sandwiches and freshly squeezed juices of whatever you wish. A warm pool, a large gym. Free underground parking, several restaurants on the territory. The only disadvantage is that at the hotel restaurants the weddings are celebrated at the weekend, and the guests diverge at night and noise in the corridors – under the door chunk and all the conversations at night will wake you up. You will be in Guatemala, I advise to stop only here - you will not regret.

This is the hotel that we liked the most in Guatemala, it has a colonial touch that we love, large and spacious rooms, luxury details in all areas of the hotel, a fantastic stay, we recommend it and hope to return soon!

With visiting a new country, I was a little uncertain about the right hotel to stay in, but, when I pulled up in the Uber, I was BEYOND grateful that the pictures matched real-life. The entire hotel had an old world, relaxed vibe, that made the wind down easier. I have never traveled to Guatemala before and the friendly service has me considering returning, for a longer, personal trip. Even though I'm not fluent, in the native language, most of the ppl with whom I came in contact, including hotel staff, were VERY helpful and patient. The bed was VERY comfortable, the room smelled like it had been cleaned, recently and it was VERY spacious.

The hotel was spotless. Everyone was very friendly and always asking if I needed anything. The food at the restaurant was incredible. There were many breakfast choices. My reservation came with access to the vip lounge, where employees were very friendly and food choices great. The view from my room was spectacular. I will def consider coming back and staying there. The shuttle to the airport runs every hour to the airport and picks up on the :20 and my driver was telling me stories about local traffic (which btw is insane). 

While the hotel was very clean there was this smell of cheap toilet airspray everywhere. The employees where kind and the meal service was very good. The room was ok. But the bathroom didn't even had an air extractor. Overall all i can say is that is overpriced.

My only regret is that I didn’t have time to use the pool was a short overnight stay in Guatemala City. Hotel is located in zone 10 the gentrified/safe district of the city. I was given a massive suite with two bed rooms.

The environment and space are very good, that is, the price set on the website does not have breakfast, and the price for breakfast is different. The price per time is different in Ctrip. Sometimes it is more than 700, sometimes more than 500.

I used it for a long-term business trip. It is located in the city center, so it is safe and it is in a good location to walk to nearby restaurants and shopping malls. The breakfast does not have a variety of options, but the basic composition is sufficient, so I used it every day. The room condition is clean, and the cleaning is done once every two days, and I left a tip of about 10 quetzals on the table. The shower faucet is a built-in sunflower faucet, so you cannot use travel shower filters, etc., so please refer to it. Laundry service is about USD 1.40 for a T-shirt, and payment can be made in US dollars or quetzals.

The breakfast was very good, especially the rich fruit; the room configuration was also in place, the bed was soft, and it would be more comfortable to sleep if there was no work, but the bathtub was a bit problematic and there was no way to take a bath.

Conqueror Hotel has good service, has patience, and can seriously answer customer questions. The hotel shuttle is very convenient. Hotel facilities in place and good health. The hotel is convenient for foreign currency exchange. It was a pleasant stay. Thank you!
