The scenery is so beautiful, I have nothing to say. The hotel is downstairs to the sea, and the clear water makes people doubt life. The sea is full of wild sea urchins, and small fish can be seen everywhere. The hotel is a typical European hotel with small rooms but complete facilities. The hotel reception is very warm and acclaimed!

The room is nice with an outdoor balcony. The surrounding facilities are good, with a large outdoor swimming pool. Although it is not in the old town, if you want to go to the old town, you can also take bus line 6, which is a good experience.

Regret for staying only 2 nights here. We book a room with balcony and the views are just breathtaking. I could wake up in the morning and seat at the outdoor sofa looking at the sea view for hours. Weather during October was all good. Not too hot and not too cold, perfect weather. Scenic area are much less crowded, restaurants are everywhere. The service staffs were all so nice. We book a spa massage from Orabelle, it was the world best massage i ever encountered. It was this therapist Fanny from Nava Spa. I travelled a lot. From States, Europe, Mediterranean, Southeast Asia and u named it. I frequent massage everywhere i travelled. Fanny has the technique, press skill and determination. I met a amazing masseur at Bali who had almost the same skills but Fanny beat her out. Fanny should had open up a massage training school and share her skill set with the therapist. Awesome experience. Orabelle offered fantastic breakfast. Ala carte breakfast menu, order whatever or whichever u like. They will be more than happy to serve you well. If you wish to order the entire menu. Think they will not hesitate to serve your table full of delicious delicacy. Speechless views, services and breakfast. Told my wife, we will be back next year again. The same period, this time round a few more days. Wanna enjoy the Villa more and chillax. Strongly recommended, if you read my review. The hotel is located in the resort area of ​​the new city, and the scenery is very good! We guys stayed in the garden view room! It's on the first floor, lower than the road. It's okay for a few guys to stay, but if you are a couple, don't stay. Choose a sea view room! The scenery is too different! There is a bus to the old town 5 minutes away from the door! The drive takes about 20 minutes! It's very convenient! The breakfast is first-class! The lobby is simple! The room is clean and comfortable! There are several swimming pools!

We had a pleasant stay overall. The location is good, situated just above the main Adriatic coastal road. Although the road is quite busy, we were pleasantly surprised that there was virtually no traffic noise in our room. The beach is around a 10-minute walk away, which was perfectly manageable. The hotel offers convenient on-site parking and has a small swimming pool at the back, which seemed especially popular with families and children. Our room was spacious, with a generously sized balcony that was great for relaxing. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the shower had excellent water pressure—one of the best we've experienced while travelling. Breakfast was simple but good, with enough choice to start the day. However, vegetarians may find the selection a little limited, so a few more vegetarian options would make it even better. There are a few minor maintenance issues that could do with some attention, but nothing that significantly affected our stay. Overall, it is a good, comfortable place that offers good value. A special mention goes to Badema at reception. She was exceptionally helpful, efficient, and always greeted us with a warm smile. Her friendly and professional attitude made us feel very welcome throughout our stay.

We arrived at the hotel late in the evening, exhausted after a long journey, and were truly delighted to discover that we had been complimentary upgraded to a Presidential Suite. It was such a thoughtful and generous gesture that immediately set the tone for our stay. We spent an absolutely unforgettable day at the hotel, enjoying every moment. The following day, we were kindly invited to use the SPA facilities free of charge, which made our experience even more special and relaxing. The breakfast was exceptional — beautifully presented, with a wide variety of delicious options. I will definitely return to this hotel when I come back to Dubrovnik.

This was a beautiful hotel will nice art work and historic charm. The staff was very kind and gave us good recommendations for our meals. The pool is very big and well surrounded by gardens and a nice hotel bar. It’s a bit further than we though from the old city , we had to take a taxi in/out for a fixed price of 20 euro (so 40 back and forth) but it was nice to come back to Lapad after long hot days visiting the old town and swimming in the sea.

O carrinho de golf que leva você até o centro de Cavtat e para a praia (com estrutura completa) é um charme. Quarto confortável, colchão bom, banho bom. Amenities de qualidade. Café da manhã e jantar (aquele que é possível incluir na diária) são ruins. O jantar serve grandes quantidades de comida sem sabor, sem nada de gostoso. O café da manhã é quase isso também. No geral, é um bom hotel.

A Great place to stay. We were pleasantly suprised by the access to 6 different pools on arrival to our hotel including 1 on the rooftop. The amenities were so good. There was a lovely gym, spa on site also with access to all. Breakfast was great each morning. The location was perfect, right on the bay with great views, and the perfect view of the sunset each night. There was a bus stop just a 2 minute walk away, which was just a €2 trip to Old Town. The staff were friendly, more so those in the Vista Bar who were very helpful than at the reception but nevertheless, still friendly. Rooms were nice and clean, cleaned every morning for us to arrive to fresh bedsheets by each afternoon. Only negatives i can really find was that there were no double beds in the rooms, only 2 single beds joined together to lake a double, I had called and the man at reception said this was the case for the whole hotel. Entertainment at night could have been better also, we found ourselves leaving the hotel each night to find better.

This resort is perfect for families with kids, located about a 20-minute drive from Dubrovnik. We were upgraded to a two-bedroom apartment with a sea view, which offered fantastic scenery and a wide variety of breakfast options. The outdoor facilities include a swimming pool, a children's playground, restaurants, and a supermarket. Indoors, there's a gym, squash courts, basketball, table tennis, a billiards table, and a kids' club.
