BBianca HengNo regrets choosing this hotel for stockholm. The view right outside the hotel is breathtaking! We were greeted by this spectacular scenery every morning. Wished we could stay more days here. My family room was huge and comfortable. Breakfast was good. All in all, my family had a good time here. One thing to take note, it would be so more easier if you drive as the hotel is located uphill. Though the metro is just nearby, it is going to be difficult i.with a luggage.
GGuest UserThe location is super convenient! I took the train from the airport to the central station, walked across a skybridge, and was at the hotel in just two minutes. The front desk staff were very welcoming, and the room was cleaned promptly every day. I arrived at the hotel at 8:30 AM to check in, and the front desk informed me that my booked room type wasn't available yet. I upgraded to a better room for an extra 300 RMB per night and was able to check in immediately. The room was quite spacious. Breakfast was also plentiful, and on Saturdays, you need to reserve a dining time beforehand, which you can do at the front desk during check-in. The pizza place downstairs is pretty good too!
AAndrew RichardDecor is excellent and the theme of the rooms is cohesive and smart.
Excellent gym but pool was an additional cost, unless you have a suite. This was a disappointment and gives the place a cheap feeling.
There were lots of additional events being held at the hotel which gave the place a noisy and overly busy feel. Often large groups of party goers waiting for lifts at night. Corridors are also quite busy and noisy. There is a feel that hotel guests are a necessary afterthought when these events are held.
Staff ranged from very nice to indifferent and sometimes even disdainful.
Overall I wouldn’t describe this hotel as peaceful or a place that makes you feel at ease.
GGuest UserNice hotel and right in front of the hotel there is a tram stop if you plan to take tram 12 to & fro from most sightseeing places .
However I find the room a bit dark and lack of lightings.
We requested for different smaller pillows as those provided in the room were huge to sleep on.
Overall we had a very pleasant experience.
PPandamengmengdaThe scenery is amazing! It is also very comfortable to work overtime in the common lounge at night.
The room is very small and there is no elevator. It is also a very historical hotel. It is warmer and has a swimming pool.
It is recommended to drive there for convenience.
FflynnalpThe hotel is a 10-minute walk from the National Opera House train station, and public transportation is also easily accessible. Perhaps because it's part of the Jinjiang Hotel group, it felt a bit more familiar. The first quad room we were given had a strong renovation smell. After we raised the issue, the hotel quickly moved us to a different room. The new room had a much more practical layout and was more comfortable, even though it wasn't particularly spacious.
GGuest UserA good choice in the morning. The brown cheese is a Norwegian specialty. You can try it. The area is not big, but overall there are many categories to choose from.
But the charging socket is broken. You can choose other hotels at this price.
地地球の旅人Located on Karl Johans Gate, this historic hotel boasts an excellent location within walking distance of the Royal Palace and major tourist attractions. The dignified atmosphere and tranquil rooms made for a comfortable stay in Oslo. The breakfast also offered a wide variety of options, making this a highly satisfying hotel.
YYezimamaThe hotel is a bit older, but the rooms are very well maintained. I was surprised, however, that a double room was equipped with two single duvets – a setup I actually found quite comfortable. The blonde girl with the ponytail at the front desk was very friendly and welcoming. I booked the hotel specifically because reviews raved about the breakfast, and I found it quite good. They even offered hot broccoli and cabbage, which was a nice touch for those with a Chinese palate. The location is excellent. It's right next to a lively commercial street, and you can walk to the Central Station, art gallery, and museum in about ten to fifteen minutes.
