We were thrilled to be the very first guests to leave a review for this stunning new resort! The location is fantastic, just a quick 10-minute drive to town, and our room offered breathtaking views of the Shot River, creating a truly relaxing atmosphere. We arrived around 10 PM, and the hotel reception was impeccably prepared, warmly welcoming us and even upgrading our room! It looked exactly like the photos, with a design and interior that perfectly captured the vibe we were seeking. They had welcome drinks waiting for us, and we appreciated that milk was available on request at any time. The breakfast was a delightful a la carte experience, featuring an array of delicious options. The serving staff was not only attentive and kind but also provided excellent recommendations for nearby restaurants! We also indulged in room service, which exceeded our expectations in both taste and punctuality. Although the fitness room and movie room were still under construction, the small maintenance issue we encountered in the bathroom was addressed swiftly by the staff. Our stay has left us eager to return and see the final results of this new gem. I highly recommend this resort to everyone!

Everything was great, especially waking up to the view of Lake Wanaka and the 'Lone Tree' across the lake. The autumn colors were vibrant and beautiful. If it were summer, there's even a swimming pool downstairs. I wish I could have stayed for a whole week! The room was spacious too. Perfect!

The room was spotless and well-equipped, and the bedding was so comfortable I slept like a log. The location is excellent, making it easy to get around, and there are plenty of dining options nearby. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and attentive, and both check-in and check-out were handled efficiently. Great value for money and an overall fantastic experience – I'll definitely choose this place again!

Mainly located by Lake Wakatipu in Queenstown, the scenery is absolutely stunning, and the service is incredibly attentive. They even made sure we had a lake-view room, so we could wake up to beautiful lake and mountain views every morning. It's also only a 30-minute walk from Queenstown town center.

Just a five-minute taxi ride from the airport. You can take a water taxi to the town center, and you can buy a Bee card right at the front desk. The scenery is absolutely beautiful, and a morning stroll by the lake is incredibly refreshing. The room itself is also very spacious.

The hotel environment is great, with a quiet surroundings and beautiful scenery. It's also conveniently located for driving to Lake Wanaka and the city center. The staff were enthusiastic, and my check-in experience was very good. The room itself was clean and comfortable, with most facilities available, although some showed a little wear and tear. Overall, it offers good value for money, making it suitable for self-driving trips and holidays.

In the suburbs of Queenstown, about ten kilometers, near Queenstown Airport, the room is very large, there is a sauna, there is an outdoor pool, there is a cute Lucas kitten like to play next to it, push open the floor-to-ceiling windows is a big lawn, see the master in the distance, there are fruit trees in the yard, The kitchen is very large and advanced, there is a smoking oil machine, the tableware is also very complete, it is convenient to make a rich dinner here, it is very suitable for a few days of vacation to empty the troubles.

The room was spacious and very clean, with a small kitchenette and a fridge. The bathroom was also quite large. We were on the ground floor, and outside there was a big yard with a table and chairs where we could sit, sunbathe, and have tea. It's not far from the city center, and the price, which was a little over 700 RMB, was super value for money. Just one thing: when I booked through Ctrip, the deposit deducted was a bit over 729 RMB, which converted to a little over 181 New Zealand Dollars. However, when I actually paid for the room with my credit card at the hotel, it was charged a bit over 185 NZD, which was about 3 NZD more. This extra charge might have been a service fee, so it's something to be aware of when booking in the future – paying with a credit card at the hotel might incur extra fees.

I arrived late and left my key on the lobby door. I checked in the next day. There are two floors, one upstairs and one downstairs. The lower one has a garage. It takes about ten minutes to drive to the tree in Wanaka.

This was my second time staying here, and it was just as good as the first. The chalet was different from my previous stay, but the quality remained excellent—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The experience was just as enjoyable, proving that this place is consistently reliable. Will definitely return again!
