DDahlia1Upon arrival, we were disappointed by the lack of assistance with our luggage, especially as two staff members observed us struggling. The hallway carpets also made navigating with bags quite challenging. However, the rooms themselves were lovely and clean.
A standout experience was the breakfast staff, who were incredibly helpful; despite us arriving late, they still served us and even brought out juice after packing it up.
Their exceptional service truly turned our experience around, and we left feeling happy, though the reception staff could certainly improve.

CC.BeniiI had an amazing stay at Tryp by Wyndham Izmit! Everything from the location, cleanliness, service, to the facilities was excellent. The room was clean and cozy, and the staff were friendly and professional. We especially enjoyed the pool and gym—perfect for relaxing after a long day. I stayed here with friends, and we all had a great time. This hotel truly made our trip unforgettable. I would definitely come back again if I visit this area in the future!

GGuest UserWe stayed for 2 nights. The cleanliness was good, but things like toothpaste and liquid soap were missing. They provided only one pair of slippers for two people; we called and asked for more, but they said it was late and we could come and get them ourselves. Since we weren't the source of the problem, we didn't go down. The restaurant menu was generous considering the accommodation price. We really enjoyed the breakfast. Overall, we were satisfied for the price, but the service could be improved.
