We had a wonderful stay at New Balturk Villas Sapanca from March 20–22. Traveling as two families (4 adults and 2 kids), the experience was overall fantastic. The villa’s hilltop location offers stunning views of Sapanca Lake, the surrounding hills, and the nearby teleferik. Although it was foggy most of the time during our stay, we could easily imagine how spectacular the scenery must be on a clear day. One of the highlights was the heated pool—we absolutely loved it. Despite the cold weather and light drizzle, we were able to enjoy the pool even at night while using our personal grill, which made for a memorable experience. The property also features an outdoor BBQ grill, fire pit, and lawn furniture. However, due to the rain, these were wet and unusable. It would be great if the management could store the BBQ setup, fire pit, and cushions indoors during wet weather. In terms of amenities, most things were well taken care of, but we did feel that the number of towels and slippers provided was insufficient for a 3-bedroom villa. Overall, a great stay with beautiful views and excellent facilities—just a few small improvements would make it perfect.

I enjoyed staying 2 night there The bungalow was clean abd the owner or the person who served us was so friendly and welcoming. I like the jacuzzi Breakfast was definitely delicious 😋 I like also the warmer in the pool and bungalow Thanks المكان نظيف وجميل الفطور جدا لذيذ ورائع الشخص المسؤول هناك كان ودود ولطيف جدا بالتعامل وجود الجاكوزي جميل اعجبني ايضا التدفئه بالمكان وتدفئه ماء البركه

Sapanca gölünü gören dubleks bungalovumuzdan memnun kaldık. Restoranı güzeldi, personel güler yüzlü ve yardımcıydı, temiz ve tatlı bir yerdi.

The staff was incredibly great and helpful. The suit was clean and fitted me, my wife, and our two kids perfectly. All our requests were made very quickly. The breakfast was more than good; it was perfect because of the staff’s smiles and helpfulness.

It couldn't be a good accommodation for the night we attended a wedding in Violin Garden nearby. The room we stayed was clean, had enough equipment and was outlooked with the lake, but it was a little small for two people, it was a single seat, there was no cleaning stick in the toilet. The receptionists were very concerned about everything, and helped. The breakfast place on the lake was very beautiful; it was not like it could be finished both in grass and in quantity; but the latte we received was passed in our coffee account as a addition, it could have been a reward. I need to look for such small accounts for the hosts.

We went to read the comments and the outcome was much better than we expected, the location is great, it gives you a feeling of holiday. We went to the family four rooms and Valeria hn helped very much in the reservation, The problems arising from the hotel owners ***meat concerns are quickly dealing with the kitchen only should be a little more optional . There is a limited menu , but live music was great, we had fun, we made a beautifully satisfying holiday to go again . We stayed at night ***we were happy .

這個酒店在土耳其到現在感覺到最舒服的， 服務在土耳其已經算是超級好、環境特別好，工作很辛苦去這個地方待三四天就很舒服了，那邊經理是一個女的叫Samia ，謝謝她了，接待我們很好，酒店做菜也好吃的，按摩的技術還好，不是特別的專業

i dreamed of living in a typical european traditional house accompanied by a chimney heater,and it became true in this hotel at a very cheap price,the owner is also very friendly, there is an apple tree falling and guests are allowed to pick up as much as possible,thank you for the owner village kirkpinar,hope i can come back there some time

The bungalow was great same as the picture, it just need some cleanliness

The hotel staff make you feel unwelcomed during your stay espically when they accuse you and charge you of using something from out of the frig when you sure you didnt. Also charge exrea on a 7 years old child stay at the hotel which i never experience in any other 5 star holtel during my 3 weeks holiday at turkey.
