Probably, this was a good hotel once, but now it is in dire need of renovation. The economy room has almost no windows, it is not comfortable to be in it at all. The territory is cleaned, but everything is very outdated. The beach is clean, the staff makes sure that each guest likes everything, but the beach boys do not give anyone a break! All day long you just fight them off, you can not rest and relax at all. Moreover, all the Kendwa touts are usually concentrated on the Kendwa Rocks beach. The food in the restaurant is average, in the neighboring hotel Sunset Kendwa there is a restaurant, it is much more pleasant to be there and the food is tastier and cheaper. I will definitely not return to this hotel

Although the Kasha Hotel is not big overall, there are some, the rooms and infinity pools are very good, the hotel butler is very good, and the price is only 1700 for one night. Sangdao and Seychelles are really cheaper than it is.

The hotel is in good condition and clean. I stayed for one night and wanted to rest after a long trip. I checked in late around 2000hrs and stayed in what looked to be like a new block that was still unfinished. This block did not have power until after 2300hrs. Apart from that, the staff are friendly and restaurant service is good. Only minimal amenities are provided in the room.

This hotel is a mixed bag. Let me start with the areas that need improvement: 1/ The front desk had a bad attitude and no sense of service. The sea view room I booked was arranged on the first floor with no view. The communication with the front desk was fruitless and I encountered a strong argument. They claimed that the price of this room type was the same as the one I booked. When the sun shines through the gap, it is possible to see a ”first-line” view. After complaining by email in the middle of the night, I was able to upgrade to a new room the next day. When I checked in, there was no need for briefing except throwing a room card. I even downloaded the hotel service app from XHS and didn't know what number to dial to call the front desk! 2/ The hotel does not have hotel limo. If you need to travel, you need to find a taxi by yourself. 3/ The hotel has 4 restaurants, but the barbecue and Asian restaurants cannot be booked using the hotel app. I can only ask the customer relationship manager for help to book them. The good aspects are as follows: 1/ The hotel is in a unique location with a beautiful beach. 2/ The hotel implements an all-inclusive price. The food in each restaurant is rich, the product is good, the service attitude is good, and the bar and dessert house are also very convenient. The restaurant's business hours are also reasonably arranged. 3/High cost performance. The hotel has just turned one year old and is currently undergoing the second phase of construction. It is quite popular. 4/After a written real-name email complaint, a person in charge followed up and handled it. 5/There are many water activities, such as chasing dolphins, feeding turtles, picking up starfish, and the sunset on the sea is not far away, which is convenient to arrange.

Very good hotel. Except for the bad road when driving in, everything else is great. They prepared cakes when they knew it was our birthday and sang happy birthday during dinner. Breakfast and dinner were both good. The car battery was dead when we left on the third morning. The electricity was turned on, and the hotel helped to connect it. Thank you very much!

The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring I had the best night’s sleep, and the staff were so attentive and helpful, always going above and beyond to make my stay truly special. The food was top-notch, with every dish prepared to perfection, and the night entertainment was amazing, adding a lively yet elegant touch to the evenings. The rooftop bar, with its stunning panoramic views of the ocean, was an absolute highlight – a sight to behold and the perfect place to unwind. Nungwi Dreams by Mantis is a serene oasis away from the busyness of Nungwi, offering both relaxation and unforgettable experiences. I can’t wait to return to this little slice of paradise!

We had an amazing stay at this hotel, clean neat and cozy room with complimentary water, delicious breakfast you will be spoiled for choice, good location as it is on the beach with sun beds for your relaxation after swimming in the ocean. Assorted wines and drinks for your refreshment, excellent customer service Neema went over and beyoud to show us around the hotel. If you are looking for a quite and intimate holiday destination for you to rewind, recharge and bond with your loved one this is a place for you.

The hotel is located on one of the best beaches in the north of the island, approximately 1.20 hours from the airport. The property was very well maintained and well-maintained. There was security at both the main entrance and the beach area, so I never felt unsafe. The internet worked perfectly throughout the hotel, so I had a signal even on the beach, except for the last day when it didn't work properly for a short while. The room was quite large, as was the bathroom, and everything was in good condition. All the outlets had USB ports and could also connect different types of cables, so there was no need for adapters. They also provided complimentary water every day. Absolutely all the staff, including reception, security, the restaurant, etc., were very friendly throughout. The breakfast was very complete and lacked nothing. The lunch and dinner menus at the buffet restaurant were generally good as well, with daily variations. It also has an à la carte restaurant where the food was good and reasonably priced. The only negative thing to mention was that there could have been more lounge chairs around the pool, as there was room for more, certainly at least eight or ten. Also, the all-inclusive package had several restrictions, such as excluding premium drinks. However, some drinks shouldn't have been considered premium; brands like Absolut, JB, Bacardi, etc., should be the minimum. Finally, there were a few power outages that lasted no more than a few seconds, but that seemed to be more a problem with the area than the hotel itself, and it didn't cause any major inconveniences either. In short, everything was excellent, with some minor issues that were easily resolved, but if I returned to Zanzibar, I would probably stay at the same hotel.

Amazing stay! I wished I had found this place before my previous booking. A mistake in my arrival date forced me to look around the area to find another hotel when I found Amaan hotels. Best choice ever! Great service, location right by the beach, breakfast buffet was a feast and the rooms have all you need after a day by the beach and pool. I would definitely choose this hotel again!! Perfect for all types of travellers!!
