In Southborough, very close to the company, nice and quiet environment
The front desk service was very good. I arrived quite late at night and was given freshly baked cookies, which was very considerate
The room was quite large, the two large beds were very comfortable, the bathroom facilities were also good, and the cloakroom was very convenient
You can watch Netflix and other movies on the TV for a fee, and there is also cable TV
The only drawback is that the coffee machine is very dirty, with dust inside and outside, and needs to be washed before use. The disposable cups and cup lids provided are also covered with dust
I don’t know if this room has not been occupied for a long time
Please check the hygiene of the room before checking in

Everything was great! It's an older hotel, so the twin room bathroom didn't have a wet/dry separation, but otherwise, everything else was perfect. It's right in the city center, and downstairs is a popular trendy street. There's even a connected walkway to two shopping malls. The experience was fantastic!

If you are traveling, it will be more troublesome, because a taxi to the city costs 30 US dollars, and it also costs 30 US dollars to go to Harvard University. There are no slippers and toiletries in the room, which is not found in American hotels, which is very strange. Breakfast is mainly cold meals. Just treat it as an express hotel. Don't compare it with Hilton in China, you will be disappointed.

When we first arrived, the front desk was deserted, and we had to call for someone to come and help us.

Guest UserThis hotel is very cost-effective. There is a free shuttle bus from the airport to the hotel. You can call the hotel and they will pick you up at the airport within ten minutes. The new rooms in the hotel are large and clean. The service provided by the handsome guy at the front desk is super good. The hotel is fully equipped with 3 washing machines and 5 dryers, all of which are free to use. In addition, the buffet breakfast is also very good, with variety and quality exceeding similar hotels. It is worth recommending!
