1. Upon check-in, the hotel allows you to sit down rather than stand and wait, and thoughtfully provides a freshly prepared cocktail.
2. As the hotel features a dispersed room layout, after check-in, the front desk staff will personally escort you to your room, kindly helping you with your luggage along the way.
3. Umbrellas are readily available at every staircase, elevator, under the eaves, and at restaurant entrances, ensuring you're prepared for any rain.
4. The gym not only provides towels, water, and air conditioning, but also thoughtfully offers small bananas for an energy boost whenever you need it.
5. Even regular service staff can communicate with you in fluent English, and housekeeping staff will proactively and warmly greet you whenever they see you.
6. Every day upon returning, the room is impeccably clean and tidy, creating an incredibly comfortable and pleasant atmosphere.
The infinity pool seamlessly connects with the endless beach. I saw many guests lounging there all day.
The overall layout, landscape, and the quality of the rooms at the hotel also provide an indescribable sense of comfort. If there's one regret, it's that the entire hotel is a bit on the small side, as stepping outside the hotel feels like entering a completely different world.

Jjohnny031After staying 2 days in the north, we booked the Best Western in the central region to explore both the central and southern parts. The room condition wasn't bad, and the long pool was fantastic for swimming. The breakfast had a great variety and tasted pretty decent too. If you love swimming, it’s the ultimate spot since the beach is right out front. With a night market and King Kong Mart nearby, it’s definitely worth staying at least once.

FFodejiaolishangyinBefore my trip, I did extensive research and looked at countless hotels, including Marriott and Regent (which are good, of course). Many people commented that Vietnam has a lot of mosquitoes and poor hygiene, and that many hotels discriminate against or are unfriendly towards Chinese tourists. This made me quite uneasy. Among the many hotels, I prioritized cleanliness, hygiene, and warm, attentive service. I ultimately chose Anantara, and it absolutely lived up to my expectations – it's fantastic! It's clean, hygienic, and the staff are almost always smiling and provide enthusiastic service. As one guest review I saw put it, 'All the friendly people are at this hotel.' 😊
My child and I had a very comfortable stay. Although there aren't many entertainment facilities, it's quiet, and my child had a wonderful time in the private pool. I gave it a full five-star rating. Chinese travelers can choose this hotel with confidence! 👍
The hotel offers a shuttle service to the nearby night market and free airport pick-up (though it's a shared shuttle with other guests). For your itinerary, the best option while staying here is to book a boat trip. The hotel is centrally located, about a ten-minute drive from the airport. Everything was excellent. VVkcccI really have to give this hotel 100 points!
I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Phu Quoc who isn't focused on sightseeing. You could absolutely stay at this hotel and not leave at all. Before booking, I mentioned it was for a birthday celebration, and the hotel thoughtfully helped with decorations and a cake. The breakfast was a delightful surprise, very delicious with many varieties. The SPA is a must-try! I went two days in a row! If you don't have enough cash, they do accept credit cards. It's not cheap, but it's definitely worth it.
Taking a Grab, you can reach the Sonasea Night Market near the hotel in 4 minutes. The hotel also has a shuttle bus, but only at one specific time.
I recommend trying the night market stall named 'My Seafood'. It's super crowded, mostly with Koreans, but the food is excellent.
Also, I highly recommend trying the hotel's mango series – you won't want to go home once you're here!😋😋 There's also a private beach perfect for photos.
The service here is truly 100 points, absolutely impeccable ❤️

GGuest UserThere were difficulties with settlement, after booking and when I contacted the placement facility it took an hour when I was answered. I lived in a room like this before, there was cleaner. In the room one TV instead of three. And the glass was broken at the entrance, also lacked the glass in the shower, the owner suggested it to be installed when we were there.

GGuest UserThe apartment has one of the best views in Sunset Town, especially from the balcony. It’s a perfect spot to enjoy the sunset and the evening fireworks right from your room. 🌅🎆
There is no reception/front desk, but this wasn’t a problem for us. If you contact them in advance via WhatsApp or another messaging app, the staff will come and meet you and escort you to the apartment.
Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. The location, view, and balcony are definitely worth it, especially if you want to experience the beauty of Sunset Town. Highly recommended! ❤️

GGuest UserI stayed at the Radisson for 2 nights during my trip to Phu Quoc! At first, I kind of regretted not booking somewhere else, but once I experienced it, I loved it! The room condition was great, the breakfast wasn't bad, and the best part was the free resort buggy, which made it super easy to go back and forth to Grand World whenever I wanted. The staff were friendly, and although the gym was a bit far from the hotel, they gave me a buggy ride so I could get there and back comfortably. The hotel grounds are spacious with pretty walking paths, and the private beach was nice and quiet too!

SSheyMiraCheck-in was a bit challenging at first since it wasn’t very clear which Hillside building our unit was in. We initially entered one building and fortunately an agent was there to assist us, though we had to wait a few minutes before he returned. We also thought our booked unit was in the same building, but it turned out to be in another building a few steps away. Once settled in, the unit was clean, decent, and comfortable. We especially loved the balcony with sea views and the fireworks view, which made the stay extra special. Overall, we stayed comfortably and enjoyed the unit.
A few things that could be improved were the TV, which wasn’t working during our stay, and the internet connection, which was quite slow. But aside from these, the unit was clean and the view made up for it.

GGuest UserThe hotel is located by the sea in the Central District, very close to the airport and a quick taxi ride upon landing. The high-floor balcony room was spacious and clean, with no mosquitoes or unpleasant odors. The king-size bed was comfortable, the pillows and duvet were clean, and amenities were adequate, including a coffee machine. Watching the sunset from the balcony was very romantic. Breakfast was good with nice coffee, and we could head straight to the pool for a swim right after. The swimming pool was nice and clean. The hotel is just a few walks away from the night market, and there are many massage parlors nearby at reasonable prices. The largest King Kong Market is also not far away. Near King Kong Market, there is the OCSEN Beach Bar where you can watch a fire dance show; it's affordable, entertaining, interactive, and has an amazing atmosphere—highly recommended. When returning to the hotel late at night, there are small convenience stores at the corner where you can buy instant noodles for a late-night snack. Being in the Central District, it's convenient to go to Sunset Town in the south or Grand World in the north. The hotel is quite new, the staff are friendly, and it offers great value for money.

GGuest UserWe had a fantastic family stay at Mövenpick Resort Waverly Phu Quoc. From the moment we arrived, the resort impressed us with its beautiful beachfront location, spacious rooms, great swimming pools and relaxing atmosphere.
The room was clean, comfortable and well maintained, and the beach was perfect for enjoying the beautiful Phu Quoc sunsets. The breakfast had a great variety of both Vietnamese and international options, and the food was delicious.
What really stood out was the friendly and helpful staff. Everyone we met was welcoming and made our family feel comfortable throughout our stay. The resort is also very family-friendly, with plenty of space and facilities to enjoy.
Overall, it was a wonderful and relaxing experience. Mövenpick Waverly was one of the highlights of our Vietnam trip, and we would happily return to Phu Quoc and stay here again. Highly recommended! 🇻🇳🌴🏖️❤️
