This hotel offers incredible value for money with excellent service. The views are stunning. Tucked away from residential areas, it's a peaceful oasis. The airport transfer service is very well-organized; they check your flight details and arrange a timely pickup/drop-off, and the driver was great, helping with luggage. The restaurant food is good, especially the fried rice. Their seafood pho for breakfast is even better than what you find outside, with really fresh seafood. Most beachfront hotels I've stayed at boast 'private beaches,' but this one is lovely. It's quiet by the sea, and they share the beach with local residents. From the balcony, you can watch local children playing on the beach and in the sea. Nature belongs to everyone, and it was wonderful to see adults and kids enjoying themselves there. Facilities: The hotel has all the necessary facilities. The rooms are spacious, quiet, and offer beautiful views. Restaurant food is slightly pricier than outside but not excessively so, and the ambiance is nice, offering decent value for money. Cleanliness: It's clean. The pool is regularly used, and staff are constantly cleaning around it. Ambiance: A quiet haven amidst the hustle and bustle, with incredibly beautiful sea views. Service: The airport transfer service is excellent, and the restaurant staff are warm and polite.

I booked a stay at Night Sea Hotel for my sister’s birthday, and the experience was amazing. I requested a birthday decoration in her room, and the hotel team really delivered. The decorations were beautiful and created such a lovely surprise for her. They even prepared a birthday cake as a gift, which made her day even more special. My sister was truly happy, and I really appreciate the thoughtful effort from the hotel. Thank you, Night Sea Hotel, for making her birthday unforgettable. Highly recommended!

The hotel is located in a quiet, green area. You can't hear any traffic or noisy crowds. Nearby are two of the most beautiful beaches, Khem and Sao. They offer electric car rides to and from Sao, as it's too far to walk. There are no cafes, restaurants, or large stores nearby, just a few small shops and a very basic convenience store. The rooms are cozy and average in size. Each bungalow has four rooms – two on the first floor and two on the second. There's a small lake with fish on the hotel grounds. The pool is good and clean, and we always found enough sun loungers. We are happy with the hotel; it's inexpensive and offers good value for money. We don't like big, noisy hotels in touristy areas, and this one is quiet and peaceful, away from the hustle and bustle.

This hotel is conveniently located in the east, making it easy to get to Sunset Town in the south, Grand World Phu Quoc in the north, and the airport in the center. The best part is that it includes a really good breakfast, which is a huge plus since food in Phu Quoc can be quite expensive. This hotel definitely deserves a 5-star rating!

Not the first time that I’ve stayed there but this time there was quite a bit of garbage in the water and on the beach. While the garbage was not the hotels waste, it was sad to be in the ocean with all of the plastic bags etc around. Many of the guests there put forth a strong effort to clean it up, and there was effort from the hotel staff as well to get what was washed up, but sadly we felt like more could have been done (ie sweeping the beach). We also would like to note that the service around the beach/pool could have been better because they were sold out of many options for our entire stay. All of this would not deter me from staying again. The rooms are amazing, the bathrooms absolutely incredible, breakfast is great, the grounds are gorgeous. But it was sad to see the lack of care regarding the ocean that could have been easily cleaned.

We had a wonderful stay at Mövenpick Villas & Residences Phu Quoc travelling as a large family group with young children. The villa setup was excellent for families, spacious, comfortable and great for spending time together while still having privacy. The service throughout the resort was consistently warm and attentive. Staff were always friendly and helpful, and we really appreciated all the thoughtful family-friendly touches during our stay. The resort itself is beautiful and very relaxing with plenty of pools, beach access and facilities to enjoy. One unexpected highlight for our kids was the daily complimentary Chocolate Hour at the lobby lounge from 3–4pm which quickly became part of our daily routine. We also loved the Elements Spa, the cocktails at Waverly Lounge and the overall relaxed atmosphere throughout the property. The location is a little more peaceful and removed from the busy central areas of Phu Quoc which we personally enjoyed, although you will likely use taxis/Grab if wanting to explore further around the island. Overall, a fantastic resort for families, groups or anyone wanting a relaxing beach holiday with excellent hospitality and good facilities. We would happily return.

Just got back from Phu Quoc and honestly, staying at M Hotel made the trip even better 💙 The location is also super convenient! Close to restaurants, night market and LUA Spa etc., making it easy to explore the island without spending too much time on transportation. The room was clean, modern, and comfortable, with large windows that let in plenty of natural light. The infinity pool overlooking the sea was definitely one of my favorite spots in the hotel. Would I stay here again? Absolutely. If you’re looking for a hotel with a beautiful sea view, great location, and a relaxing vibe in Phu Quoc, M Hotel is definitely worth considering ✈️🌴

The price is quite affordable, and the hotel is only 15 minutes from the airport, making it super convenient for watching fireworks and taking the cable car. It's also not too far to go see the starfish. The room is fully equipped with modern amenities, and the Wi-Fi is strong. The reception staff speak English and are very helpful and attentive. The beach has stunning blue water, and the sunsets are absolutely incredible. In the evening, it's easy to get to the night market and enjoy cocktails at Sailing Club. It's a quiet place with excellent service, and the price is an absolute steal! I will definitely be back.

We have room facing the pool. Room is good for the price. Hotel only gave us one key and the key has to be put inside the slot in order to turn on the room electricity. So I was lockout a few times because the door closed and lock when I walked out to the balcony. Breakfast is not good. phở soup is bland. Porridge is not hot enough. Breakfast Food Selections are almost the same during our 3 nights stay. Beach is narrow. We didn’t spend time on the beach. Pool is nice, services are good. Except for the breakfast, overall ok for the price.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The bungalows are nice and clean, the staff is lovely and helpful, and the gardens are well-trimmed. The food was very good, and the beach area is well-maintained. The swimming pool is especially nice and clean However, the only downside was the sea/water quality. Unfortunately, there was plastic and garbage floating in the water, along with a bad smell. It seemed like waste from the surrounding area was washing up, which was disappointing. The waves were also quite high, making swimming less enjoyable. Overall, I still highly recommend this hotel
