VinPearl Thank you so much for having us and we would like to say that we all had a wonderful stay at your resort, the staff were all amazing and very pleasant to deal with throughout our stay. We also wanted to inform you of a few items that’s need attending to on villa 6043. -upstairs (bedroom 2) There is water leaking through the down light near balcony doors and there was no hot water in the bathroom. (past few days) -Our son cut foot in the pool as there are many missing pool tiles.. and the pool leakes, a lot.. like 150mm a day. We understand that you may not want people bringing their own food from the mainland to Cook in the villa, but microwave would be nice and /or cooking utensils. (to reheat leftovers) We also think that it would be a great idea to have chairs in the pool area so that all four, five or six of us could all sit out by the pool. We also had problems with not having enough towels and having to use our bath towels around the pool. The laundry service also seemed exorbitant. We worked out at 41 wash mid trip for the six of us would’ve cost over $500 so we washed our own clothes in the bath. Thanks for your time and once again the service was incredible and the staff were amazing.

This hotel offers incredible value for money. The rooms are spacious, and the views are absolutely stunning. You can explore the island and enjoy complimentary access to a private beach, kayaks, sand toys, beach towels, yoga, swimming rings, and even an airport shuttle (reservations required). Mud baths don't require a reservation, and pricing can be found in the provided image. The breakfast buffet is delicious and very extensive. For lunch and dinner, only à la carte options are available at the restaurant, which can be a bit pricier, but the food is excellent. The mini-bar in the room has drinks that are half the price of those at the restaurant, and you pay for everything when you check out. If you prefer not to eat on the island, you can take a ferry to the mainland, with departures every hour. Cleanliness: The dry area of the room was very clean. However, the wall tiles near the floor in the bathroom need a good scrub; they're a bit yellow and dirty. The outdoor shower, which has a lovely design, hasn't been well-maintained. There's also an issue with insects; even though the hotel addressed it once, I was still woken up by mosquito bites every day.

For our last night, I needed a place for my kids to rest, and this stay truly exceeded expectations. Its excellent location near Cam Ranh Airport made transportation extremely convenient, while the large, well maintained swimming pool was perfect for relaxing. The seamless scenery from the property to the beach is absolutely stunning and very photogenic. During this trip, I also stayed at Alma Resort and Mövenpick, but this place was just as impressive. I couldn’t stop taking photos. The room was spotlessly clean, spacious, and very comfortable, making it a perfect stay even for a short visit (though honestly, one night feels too short). If I hadn’t been traveling with kids, I would have loved to stay longer and fully enjoy the peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. Highly recommended for families looking for a convenient, beautiful, and great value stay near the airport.

Overall, it's a good value-for-money hotel. The breakfast is very generous, with a mix of Vietnamese and Western dishes. There's also a special Vietnamese pho station, and the menu changes daily. The location is decent, close to Hon Chong Promontory, and you step right out onto a coconut-lined beach. A Grab ride to the city center costs about 15 RMB. The hotel facilities are quite complete, with a nice gym and pool. The front desk also offers free beach towel rentals. Check-in and check-out took quite a while. I arrived early for check-in and had to wait a full hour, and check-out was very thorough.

The room was clean and the facilities were very new, with comfortable bedding. We spent three days relaxing at the hotel, and since there weren't many tourists, it was perfect for a vacation. The hotel breakfast was abundant, and the dishes were generally excellent; I could easily eat two bowls of noodles! There was a friendly, chubby server who had many cute little gestures. When he learned we were Chinese, he even showed us his phone wallpaper, which was a photo of him at the Bund in Shanghai. I don't recommend the beachfront restaurant; the food was mediocre and portions were small. The beach was clean with fine sand, and the waves were quite large. Nha Trang's temperature is ideal for a vacation, warm but not stifling, though the wind was incredibly strong—it felt like it was blowing us away! It's far from the city center. We didn't notice any restaurants nearby when we arrived, but apparently, some offer pick-up and drop-off services for hotel guests. We took Grab taxis to the city for all our meals.

The hotel is located on Hon Tre Island, offering a quieter environment compared to the city. The resort facilities are comprehensive, with lush greenery and beautiful flowers artfully arranged. The pool, beach, and ocean fulfill all vacation needs. It doesn't feel old or moldy; quite the opposite, it feels rather new, making me wonder if it's been renovated. The breakfast selection is incredibly varied and delicious. All the staff are exceptionally friendly, making for a fantastic stay.

An okay place to stay before an early flight. The room upgrade promised during booking wasn't given, and it seems they don't read requests either. We asked for a quiet room, but ended up 'enjoying' a concert. Since it's a condominium, pool towels aren't provided; you can only buy them. The hotel grounds are large and beautiful, but somehow lifeless. Upon arrival, we were taken to our building from the main reception by buggy, but for check-out, they said that service is only for arrival. However, you can order a taxi to this building.

I can say this hotel has a great location in Nha Trang, close to the bank and the cathedral, and only about a 10-minute walk to the beach. The hotel has a nice vibe and the room itself is comfortable. However, there were a few issues during my stay. I booked a queen bed but received two single beds. The staff tried to solve it by combining the beds, but the middle area was still uncomfortable to sleep on. There were also some concerns with room access. A cleaning staff member entered my room while I was inside. I assume the “Clean Room” button may not have worked and I didn’t activate the “Do Not Disturb” button, so that may have been the reason. However, on the second day, while I was leaving my room, a staff member tried to tap a card to enter my room in front of me and saying that I was supposed to check out. I showed my booking confirmation and she apologized. I also reported it to reception, but they also mentioned that Im gonna going to check out. 🤔 I believe better communication and awareness among staff would help prevent these situations. As a solo traveler, this made me quite concerned about the safety of my room. I still hope this case couldn’t happen again due to I honestly still prefer this hotel.

It's very far from everything. Even the large pool is a 25-30-minute walk by buggy. Breakfast was good, but dinner was a complete disappointment; nothing tasted good. Halfway through, a huge cockroach crawled onto the sofa behind my husband! The staff tried to catch it, ruining my mood and appetite, and the hotel didn't even apologize. It was unpleasant. We ordered an extra bottle of wine for dinner, but we were surprised to find they added a hefty fee on top. The menu price was one, but the actual price was 15% higher. Tea and coffee weren't provided until check-in. I booked a single villa with a pool, but we were actually put in a villa with three separate bedrooms, a kitchen/living room, and a shared pool. On our last day, the phone didn't work, and we had to scramble to find the staff and send a buggy for our luggage. We won't be going there again.
