Nice terrace and friendly service. The fact they grow their own veggies really shows in the food. My pasta was super fresh. But honestly, for the portion size, the price felt a bit steep.

Stopped by for a quick bite while passing through. The patio is really nice, makes for a pleasant stop. The food was decent, a perfectly fine option if you're in the area.

Modern, clean space. Good mix of vegan and meat options. Had the seitan steak, well prepared. Service was efficient. Prices are reasonable for the area. Convenient for a business lunch.

Giulia was our server. She really knows her stuff about the different doughs. Helped us pick the right one, and service was solid all night.

A cozy spot with nice jazz, and the focaccia sandwiches were good. The tables are a bit close together though.

Stumbled upon this spot! The food was so good, really felt like authentic local eats. Staff were super helpful, and honestly, the prices were a pleasant surprise. Perfect for a casual catch-up with friends.

Been coming here for years. Their cocktails are solid, always well-made. The hot chocolate was a bit on the thin side for my taste this time, but it was still fine. Service is always quick.

Been coming here for years, and their gelato is consistently the best in town. Simple, no-frills, just perfect quality every time.

The gazpacho with pét-nat was a great summer starter. Really refreshing. The flavors were so deep and layered, it was a nice surprise for a first visit.

Love the vibe here. It's in this gorgeous old building, feels rustic and cozy. Just a really relaxed, welcoming spot to unwind. The interior just works.

The Roman-style pizza is the reason I come. The crust is thin, crisp, and has a good chew. Toppings are fresh, simple. I just wish the slices were a bit bigger for the price.

Very good food, modern interpretation of traditional South Tyrolean food. Highly recommended. Very nice ambience…..,,,,, ………………

The pizza here is pretty good, and it's nice they're open past 9pm. Not many places in this area are. The crust was decent.

The breakfast brioche was huge and filling, especially for the price. Good spot if you're hungry.

Enjoyed a Saturday lunch very much. The great food is accompanied by excellent wine. The view of the valley spread out in front of you only added to the atmosphere, and the service was exceptional - an especially warm welcome, we had a great time -

The thing that set Core Osteria apart was the subtle creativeness with their menu offerings. Still focused on traditional with an added touch that made a big difference.

Excellent fresh food with an exceptional standard of waiter service who was helpful on choosing us the right dishes. With a great ambiance and good vibe in the restaurant
