Stopped by for a late afternoon treat. Got the Black Forest pavlova gelato &mdash; decent size scoop for the price, not one of those tiny portions you sometimes get. They also whipped up a custom smoothie when I asked, no fuss. Place is small but fine. Wouldn&#39;t go out of my way, but if you&#39;re nearby it does the job.

Sandwiches are decent and the coffee&rsquo;s actually hot, which you don&rsquo;t always get. Portion size was fair for the price. Gets busy but they keep the line moving.

Lovely spot for coffee&mdash;the lemon drizzle cake was proper good, not too sweet. Window seat has a nice view too. Wouldn&rsquo;t mind going back.

The garlic chilli chicken bhuna was solid. Staff knew the menu well and pointed me in the right direction without hovering. Place is right in the centre, so easy enough to get to. Portion was decent for the price. No complaints, but nothing that would make me go out of my way either. Fine if you&#39;re already in the area.

The steak on a stone was proper good. Beef quality is top notch, cooked it myself at the table. Bit pricey for what you get though.

We came in with a big group, kids and all, and they didn&#39;t mess up the orders. Food came out steady, no long gaps between courses. I had the burger, it was decent. The brownie with ice cream for dessert was the highlight though. Service was spot on for a busy Saturday. Place was a bit loud, but that&#39;s on us for bringing the whole clan.

The avocado and eggs on toast was decent, really hit the spot. Eggs benedict were fine too. Service was warm enough. Probably the best breakfast spot around southwest Donegal. I&#39;d go back next time I&#39;m in the area.

I was impressed by the quick service and the quality of the food at Driftwood. The tuna steak and fish and chips were standout dishes, and the desserts, while good, were served on hilariously large plates!

Came from Mexico and honestly didn&#39;t expect much, but the food was really good. Staff were on top of everything too. Just wish the seating was a bit more comfortable, my back was starting to feel it by the end.

Vegetarian options at dinner were solid, but lunch was hit or miss. Stuffed veg was decent, nothing to write home about. Quick enough for a lunch break though.

Pollo Diavolo had a proper kick to it, pizza was fresh too. Staff didn&#39;t rush us with the kids, which made things easy. Decent spot for a family feed.

Tried the afternoon tea last week. Scones were lovely, proper warm and buttery. Sandwiches fine, nothing special. Cakes fell a bit flat though, a bit dry for my liking. The dinner menu does look better, might give that a go next time.

Stopped in for a relaxed dinner and went for the chicken karahi&mdash;plenty of flavour, though I&#39;d say it leans rich. Tandoori roti was soft, good for scooping up the sauce. They bring out complimentary poppadoms and dips first, which I wasn&#39;t expecting. A lassi on the side balanced the heat nicely. Solid spot if you&#39;re in the area.

Stopped in just for a glass of wine before heading off, but honestly the food coming out of the kitchen looked unreal. Smelled even better. Cozy spot, proper festive buzz about the place. Staff were friendly enough, didn&#39;t feel rushed at all. Definitely going back to actually eat there soon.
