We were in Vis and I’m vegan, so I figured I’d be stuck with salad. The waiter just made us a plate of starters and sides without us even asking. Nothing fancy, but fresh, some stuff was from their own garden. Honestly, just happy to get a warm meal that wasn’t bread and olives. Good spot to sit and watch people go by too.

Tuna and squid dishes were solid, well presented. Garden seating is a plus. Service handled everything without fuss. Prices run a bit high, but you're paying for the quality.

The grilled squid and clams in buzara sauce were done just right. Sat near the window, chairs were comfortable enough to linger over a glass of the house wine. €16 a litre felt fair for what you get. Service was friendly without hovering. A decent spot if you want a relaxed meal without fuss.

The courtyard with the fruit trees is such a nice spot to sit and chill with friends. Felt a bit hidden, which I liked. We stayed way longer than planned just talking. Food was good, nothing crazy, but the vibe made it worth it. Would come back for a lazy afternoon. 🌿

The grilled fish was spot on—crispy skin, juicy inside. Garden seating was nice but honestly I only care about the food. Would eat that fish again.

The veal in sauce was really good, tender and rich. House wine did the job too. Prices felt fair, definitely cheaper than other places on the island. Solid stop for grilled stuff.

The owner let us sit on beer crates while waiting for chairs—so chill. Local red wine was a solid pick too 🍷

Solid four cheese pizza. Rich but not too heavy. Local red wine went well with it. Sitting by the sea made it feel right. Nothing fancy, just good food and a nice view. Service was fine, nothing to complain about. Would come back if I'm in the area again.

The thin crust was so crispy, really stood out. I had the anchovy pizza with zucchini and capers—loved how the tangy sauce balanced everything. Sat on the terrace, nice view of the sea. Service was friendly enough, though they took a bit to bring the bill. Would come back for that crust alone.

Came for dinner, no reservation but got lucky with a table by the water. Tuna portion was solid, and the seafood platter for one came out grilled just right. That view of the monastery doesn't hurt either.

The welcome prosecco and fresh bread with tomato were a nice touch. Scallop pasta had plenty of plump ones, cooked just right. Nives took good care of us.

Came here on a quiet evening and grabbed a table on the rooftop. That view of the Spanish Fortress is something else. Had the beef tartare with foie gras—really well done, rich and balanced. Service was solid, not pushy. Price is a bit high, but you're paying for the setting and the quality. Would come back if I'm in the mood for something nicer.

The boar and handmade gnocchi were the standouts for me. Staff had this playful vibe that made the place feel cozy. Prices felt fair for what you get.

Stopped by for a quick lunch. Pizza was decent, crust had a nice chew. The waiter was running the whole place alone, still managed to be attentive. Right by the sea, which is always a plus. Only thing is it took a bit to get the bill, but I'd go back.

Stopped by for lunch — grilled fish was solid, well seasoned. Owner handled the order quick, no fuss. Decent spot if you're nearby and want something simple.

We came here twice while staying in Hvar. The chicken wings were really good, and the vegan burger too. Service was quick and friendly, which I appreciated. The cocktail list is long, and the staff actually know how to recommend something. Nice spot to just sit and relax without any hassle.

The riva spot is perfect for a long lazy breakfast. Marin's service was spot on, and their white wine pairing hit the mark.

Came here on a whim and honestly the seafood pizza did it for me. Crust had that nice char, toppings were generous. Price felt alright too, way better than the stuff near the harbor. Place was a bit busy but whatever, food came quick enough.

The beef tartare was really fresh, seasoned just right. I had the tuna steak too, cooked exactly how I asked. My only tiny complaint - the shrimp pasta could've used a bit more salt, but that's me being picky. Julia checked on us at the right moments without hovering. Nice to find a place that pays attention to ingredient quality.

Grilled veg and potato salad were actually really good. Just wish I'd known about the cash-only thing before I got there. Had to run to the ATM.

The pulled pork sandwich was good, but the bun was a bit dry. Onion rings were the real highlight though. Staff were friendly and prices felt fair for what you get. Solid enough spot if you're in the area and want something easy without fuss. I'd probably come back for those onion rings alone.

Stopped here for lunch after sailing in — mussels and fried calamari were really good. Staff even gave us a tip on docking the dinghy. Cool interior too, though it got a bit busy around 1pm.

The rumpsteak was spot on—juicy, decent flavor. Homemade potatoes were better than the usual sides you get around here. Sat on the terrace, sea view is nice. Staff friendly enough. Prices went up since I was last here, that stings a bit. Still a solid quick stop if you're nearby and want something decent without fuss.

First time here and the grilled fish was spot on. Fresh, simple, right by the water. Prices have gone up a bit, but that view makes up for it.

Been coming here for years. Burger and quesadilla are solid for a beach bar. Not fancy, but exactly what you want when you're by the water.

The falafel bowl was really good—fresh greens and plenty of it. Felt a bit pricey for a beach stall, but the quality made up for that. Sat at the counter, service was friendly and easy.

The burrito was solid—fresh veggies, good amount of filling. Salsa tasted homemade, which I appreciated. Not the most authentic Mexican I've had, but it works for a quick bite around here.

The gelato here is really good. I got the pistachio and it was creamy, not too sweet. Ingredients taste fresh, you can tell they don't mess around with artificial stuff. Portions are generous for the price. Only downside, the line can get long in the afternoon. But worth it if you're in the area.
