Picturesque! Visit Chania, the "most beautiful city in Crete". This is the second largest city on Crete, with history, beauty and food. The Venetians built the city here in 1252, and were occupied by Turkey and other countries, and merged into Greece in 1912. The most fascinating place in Hania is in the old town near the old port and is also the center of tourists to eat, drink and play. The famous Hania lighthouse is located at the end of the breakwater on the east side of the port entrance. Beside the west side of the lighthouse is the best-preserved fortress of the city's ancient castle, the Philkas 8, which was built by the Venetians. Historically a prison for Turks, it is now a museum of navigation, featuring exquisite models of sea ships, navigational tools, oil paintings and photographs of the Battle of Crete. Qusuk • Hassan • Pasha Mosque is located next to the harbor, because the building is similar to the octopus, it is also known as the "octopus mosque". This is one of the many mosques built by the Turks during the Ottoman rule of Hania, and the only one in existence. Its rich local style is very different from the surrounding Venetian style buildings. 9. Although the shape of the building is very personal, Its appearance is still very simple, the iconic large dome is a bit mottled outside, with a clear year-on-year mark, and it is its unique style that makes it able to stand out in all the buildings around the port. Now here is a handmade art exhibition hall. Walk along the harbor, enjoy the views of Venice from all angles, and find a small blue restaurant directly opposite the harbor to sit down and enjoy the beautiful scenery while enjoying the delicious food and the beautiful scenery. As we walked back, we saw several people descend from an abandoned circular earthen castle (the southwest corner of the old Venetian castle), and with curiosity we pushed back an hour and boarded the bus. Across the fort overlooking the city, there is another stunning view. Panoramic view of Hania: Venice harbor, lighthouse, houses of all colors, pink, red roof, church bell tower, old old town (video and beautiful pictures yesterday). A worthwhile trip!
