Centennial City Carving was 1999, in honor of Dalian's 100 years of construction. A giant city carving was built on the southern seaside of Xinghai Square. The three-dimensional city carving covers an area of 5,000 square meters, 100 meters long and 50 meters wide, the same as an open book tiled on the coast.

There is also a lot of space to discover. They have creative image-building around the theme of the ocean from different cultural and ethnic perspectives. The traffic here is not very convenient. But there are few people. Walking by the sea. The air is fresh. There is free parking nearby.
