Zeng Guoqian's former residence Fuhoutang is located in Heye Town, Shuangfeng County, built in the four years of Tongzhi in Qing Dynasty (1865 AD). The whole building is like the structure of Beijing Courtyard, including the half-month pond in front of the door, the gate building, the main building of the Babentang and the public records, Park Ji, Fangji 3 collections, the lotus pond, the bird crane tower in the back mountain, the chess pavilion, the Chun Park Pavilion, and the Siyun Pavilion built at home by Zeng Guoqi in Xianfeng seven years, etc. It has a garden style, covering an area of more than 40,000 square meters and a construction area of 10,000 square meters. The essence of Fuhoutang is the library, which has collected more than 300,000 volumes, and is one of the largest private library in China. Enter from the side door, there is a big moon pond on the right hand side, and a big house on the left. There is a large lawn in the big house. Behind the house is a small mountain, you can overlook the house halfway around the mountain. There is a viewing building on the top of the mountain. The whole house gives the impression of being rich and proud.
