Le Terrasse de Pomone Review

This place is something out of the ordinary. The food is good, but what you remember best is the total dedication of the waiters. These guys RUN among the tables! They're not laid back, with a snotty parisian attitude. Instead, they are really trying to make sure that you get the food and drinks you ordered as quickly as possible. And with great smiles on their faces too!

BEWARE!!! This is a bait and switch. Sure they have a sign that takeout customers cannot use their chairs and tables, but the place was deserted and so after we'd clearly said we wanted our food TAKEOUT when the woman at the window directed us to sit down we thought it was a courtesy. IT WASN'T! They charged us from the sit down menu. I'd have given one star but the food was eatable.

Food was awful by ANY standards, but by French standards, they should be ashamed. Service was equally bad. Waiter forgot our water, forgot our dessert... didn't forget our bill, though - which he plunked down on our table before we were even finished!
