Sanchakou Town was an important distribution center for trade between China and Russia and the DPRK in the late Qing Dynasty. From this, people went to the two cities of Russia and Vladivostok to engage in folk trade, commonly known as "running dumplings". After the opening of Dongning Port in 1990, my town once again became a window for trade with Russia.
