Yuhai Building, located in Rui'an's pedestrian street and next to the lakeside park, is one of the four major collections in Zhejiang, built by Sun Yan, an important figure of ZTE of the Yongjia School in the late Qing Dynasty, and his father Sun Yanyan. The biggest feature of the whole building is the integration of ancient collections, excellent houses in southern Zhejiang and private gardens. The whole sits north and south, and the front and back two in, including Bai Jinzhai and Sun Yu let's former residence, left and right corridors, quiet courtyards, flowers and trees. Because Sun's father and son envied the Southern Song scholar Wang Yingxuan's rich writings, he named his own building with his huge book "Yuhai".
