Our stay was absolutely fantastic! The hotel is located right in the heart of the city, making it incredibly convenient for getting around. The main shopping district is within walking distance, and there's ample parking, so driving was stress-free. Our room had an amazing view; we could enjoy a beautiful sea view right from our window. The environment was clean and elegant, and all the facilities were complete and brand new, including a fridge in the room which was handy for storing drinks. The hotel also boasts a swimming pool and a gym, both of high quality, perfect for leisure and exercise. The service was particularly attentive and thoughtful, always warm, meticulous, and quick to respond. When we first checked into a standard room, we were affected by construction noise from a municipal project. After providing feedback, the hotel immediately arranged to move us to a king-size room. Their handling was efficient and their attitude sincere. The new room was quiet and comfortable, making our experience truly excellent. Overall, it offers great value for money, suitable for both business trips and leisure vacations. I highly recommend it and will definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip!

the stay was pretty good overall, but the first room we checked in was moldy in some places, also some towels was slightly dirty, but they changed it the moment i pointed that out, the staff was really friendly and suggested other rooms to check in, they also let us check out a little later, since our flight was pretty late too, the breakfast wasn't bad, but the variety of food wasn't that big and mostly really oily

I booked a one-night stay in a sea-view room, which included breakfast for two, and tickets to the aquarium and water park. I was traveling with my parents, making us three people, so the third person needed to pay an additional 600 RMB, which also included the entrance tickets and breakfast. Upon check-in, the concierge added us on WeChat. Mermaid Yuki's service was truly excellent and very thoughtful! She provided all sorts of tips and guides on how to make the most of our stay at the hotel. Her explanations were incredibly detailed. We even received a welcome gift. The next morning, we chose to dine at the Saffron restaurant. We went at 8:30 AM, and it wasn't too crowded yet. The food selection was really extensive – highly recommended! Overall, our stay was very pleasant. The service was warm, attentive, and responsive. The hotel environment was also lovely; finally, we saw some blue skies!

Hilton Wenchang offers an opportunity to discover another curious side of Hainan. We could see Wenchang Space Launch site directly from our balcony. The beach was nearby, and we watched sunrises and sunsets there. The swimming pool was spotless clean, although only one pool out of there was open due to a low number of guests. A couple scenic spots are very close too, about 10 min drive. There has been a delicious breakfast every morning. The staff was polite and helpful. Jason He helped us with multiple needs, such as ordering medicine, finding restaurants, and booking a shuttle bus to Wenchang railway station. The latter is free, just need to book it in advance for a certain time period.

I saw this hotel on Xiaohongshu and it looked so beautiful. It's very close to the beach, and it's an easy walk to the bars at night, where there are lots of people singing by the beach. The hotel's soundproofing is excellent; as soon as you close the windows, there's no music noise. The ambiance was incredible! We bought two fireworks, and many people joined us in setting them off. Palm trees, fireworks, the beach, and waves – the atmosphere was absolutely perfect. The hotel offers shuttle service, and walking to places is also very convenient. The service attitude was super good. I'll definitely recommend this to my friends next time. The hotel's pool also makes for amazing photos.

Oubao Hotel: The ultimate family-friendly resort on Ocean Flower Island, an absolute delight! Taking my kids to Ocean Flower Island, Oubao Hotel truly delivered a ”dream vacation” experience that far exceeded our expectations! The hotel itself is a sight to behold, with four European-style castles encircled by a moat. When the lights come on at night, it feels like stepping into a fairy tale. The crystal bridge and spiral staircase in the lobby are incredibly photogenic, perfect for stunning pictures, and even the large lion statues at the entrance exude an impressive grandeur. We chose the ocean-themed room, which was even more amazing. With its aquatic blue tones and various marine creature decorations, my child shrieked with excitement the moment we walked in. The private balcony offers a glimpse of the entire Ocean Flower Island panorama, and the Y-shaped castle layout provides an exceptional viewing experience. Although the room wasn't massive, it was clean and tidy, with soft bedding and a separate wet and dry bathroom. The family room thoughtfully included a dedicated children's washbasin and small slippers, showing great attention to detail. A special thank you to the lobby manager, Han Chunchou, for his impeccable service. He was patient, explained everything clearly, and was handsome, gentle, and incredibly friendly. Fantastic! 👍

The hotel is located in the quieter area of wenchang, but very accessible with taxi (didi), taking 15-20 mins to get to the main city center. All rounded facilities including gym and swimming pool. Hotel staffs were helpful, friendly and professional, especially Raja, who provided exceptional care and attention to me and my family. Thank you Raja!

A dream vacation in the middle of the sea, Phoenix Island truly understands how to do a resort getaway! The moment I stepped onto Phoenix Island, Sanya’s iconic island experience, my expectations soared! The five iconic crescent-shaped buildings are stunning, and the island's exclusive shuttle service is always on call. Just across a bridge is the bustling city center, making it incredibly convenient to visit the First Market and Jiefang Road Pedestrian Street. Popular attractions like Coconut Dream Corridor and Luhuitou are also close by, so getting around is no problem at all. Even more delightful, the front desk attendant, Helen, thoughtfully upgraded my booked 55sqm sea-view room directly to a 120sqm sea-view family suite! Opening the window revealed an endless ocean vista. I woke up to the gentle sea breeze in the mornings and enjoyed the golden sunset and colorful clouds from the balcony in the evenings. Even while bathing, I could catch glimpses of the shimmering sea. The Villeroy & Boch bathroom fixtures in the room were exceptionally high quality, showcasing luxury in every detail – my impression was instantly elevated. Sky Lounge on the 33rd floor is also a must-visit spot. The 360-degree floor-to-ceiling windows offer panoramic views of the magnificent sea and sky. In the afternoon, I enjoyed a delicate afternoon tea, with the sea breeze carrying the scent of coconuts. In the evening, I sipped cocktails to the melodious tunes of the live band – the atmosphere was incredibly romantic and relaxing. From the warm welcome at check-in to the meticulous cleaning by the housekeeping staff, the entire service was thoughtful and professional. It's truly a quality hotel that has hosted guests for the CCTV Spring Festival Gala and Miss World contestants. Here, the poetic beauty of the stars and sea perfectly blends with the vibrant local life. Whether for a romantic honeymoon, a family trip with children, or a family gathering, everyone can create unforgettable memories. I'm already eagerly anticipating my next visit!

This stay was absolutely fantastic! The location is right in the city center, within walking distance to shopping malls and plenty of snack and dining options, making both eating and shopping super convenient. The room was clean and spacious, and the bedding was so soft and cozy, just like being at home. The AC temperature was perfect, and there was absolutely no noise at night, so I slept soundly. The front desk staff checked me in super fast. When I checked out, I realized I'd left my charger behind, so I called them, and the staff immediately helped mail it back to me—talk about efficiency! Plus, there were free drinks available. The value for money here is outstanding; I'll definitely choose this place again next time! Woohoo~
