Romantic Hotels in Henan, China

After arriving at Zhengzhou East Station, you can take a DiDi bus from the P5 parking lot. Our family of three took a DiDi there, and with the 9 RMB toll fee, it cost around 77 RMB. It was a bit far. The hotel is quite large, and the decor is decent. There were many staff members in the lobby, but only one person was handling check-ins. You have to scan and check in yourself. If there are multiple guests, you need to take photos of each person's ID and do a face scan for verification, which was not a great experience. A bunch of staff were just greeting people, but the actual check-in process is self-service. The room overall was okay, and breakfast was also fine. There were no giraffes to feed in winter. The hotel has a small train that goes to Yinji Animal Park, which is convenient. In the evening, we couldn't find a car to go out for dinner, so we took a small electric scooter. In the morning, there were DiDis available to go back to Zhengzhou city center.

I absolutely love Da Mei Bie Yuan B&B! The location is fantastic, just a few minutes' walk to Qingming Riverside Park. Living by the river is so idyllic. The courtyard has a wonderful atmosphere, with adorable cats and dogs—I love it! The rooms are fantastic, and the staff are incredibly warm and attentive. A truly wonderful experience!

This feels like the best Airbnb I've ever stayed in for this price. The attention to detail is excellent; even chain hotels often have flimsy slippers, but here, the disposable slippers are made of fleece, just like their towels. They even provide Jing Tian bottled water, and all the disposable cups are individually sealed in bags. The bath towels are also disposable. The whole place is just incredibly clean. I usually avoid using hotel kettles, but I'd trust the one here to be spotless. Plus, the entire room was very clean with no strange smells, and it's super close to the snack street and the subway station, which is incredibly convenient. The quality here far exceeds the price. My friends and I all agreed we'd definitely stay here again.

We had a very pleasant 4 night stay at the Banshan Siji Hotel in Luoyang. The resort is beautiful and secluded, away from all of the hustle and bustle of downtown Luoyang while remaining accessible. The location is very convenient to the high speed rail station, Longmen Grottoes, Guang Lin Temple and Peony Museum. It’s a bit further away to get to White Horse Temple, Lintang Gate and Luoyi Ancient City. However, the hotel offers a very convenient and comfortable private shuttle for train/airport transfer and a daily trips to or from town. Above all, I have to commend the team at this hotel for their excellent service and extremely friendly attitude. Everyone went out of their way to offer assistance for any of our needs and always with a smile. A huge bonus - they offered a complementary same-day laundry service which we used several times during our stay taking care of a major hassle on extended travels. From the reception, front desk, porters, drivers and housekeepers, we received top notch service rivalling hotels we’ve stayed at worldwide. The breakfast also deserves special mention. The selection was not as extensive as buffets at some major hotels but the quality was excellent and we found it to be more than enough to start each day before sightseeing. In addition to a small self serve area, you can order large bowls soup or noodles and they also provide a beautiful tray of delicacies. We very much enjoyed each day’s breakfast. Finally, the room we stayed in, with a private hot spring tub and private patio was spacious, clean, modern and beautiful. We enjoyed use the tub after full days of sightseeing to ease aching muscles and the bed was very comfortable. On our final night, we did experience a problem with a light switch not turn lights but the staff were quick to provide us another room so we could get to sleep. Another great example of their dedication to quality service. Overall, I was very pleased to have discovered this beautiful gem in Luoyang and it made our visit to this wonderful city that much more special and memorable.

Our first stop in Luoyang was this hotel, and it was pretty great. The family room was huge, and the whole place felt very new. Since we drove, it was a big plus that they have two levels of underground parking. It's about a 10-minute drive to the Longmen Grottoes, and there's a Quanshun Shopping Plaza about 3 kilometers away, also around a 10-minute drive. Getting to Luoyi Ancient City was quite congested, so after checking the navigation, we ended up taking the subway, and the station isn't far. If you're driving, the Luoyang Museum isn't far either. A highlight was the hotel restaurant; our kids tend to sleep in, and at other hotels, we'd eat first and then order takeout. But here, they thoughtfully provided takeout boxes for breakfast, which was fantastic! The breakfast itself was also good. Overall, it's a highly recommended hotel.

Even though it was the holiday and crowded, the homestay was directly in the center of the ancient city, making it really convenient to stay there. The staff members were kind and offered to buy us medicine when we were sick. Even with the language barrier, the hotel still tried its best to communicate using WeChat with us and was offering a really good experience for tourists like us. Overall, this homestay experience was amazing, since all of the staff members were extremely welcoming and kind.

Fantastic experience! The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming. It's perfect for couples or families looking for a getaway. The privacy is excellent, and the bed in the room is very comfortable. There's a restaurant, and if you don't feel like going out, you can order food to be delivered to your room – the taste is amazing! The outdoor hot spring is superb! Breakfast is plentiful. We missed out on the hot pot and soaking in the snow, which is a bit of a shame. The facilities are new, and the room comes with complimentary tea bags! The disposable toiletries feel quite comprehensive, with toothbrushes, combs, shower caps, and a vanity kit. They even helped carry my luggage to the room. The breakfast was quite varied; they really thought of everything to cater to different tastes, which is a great touch.

雙人黃帝宮御温泉門票（入住期間多次入園）:温泉很不錯，比較大，池子也多，但是太熱了，室外的池子沒有泡，服務員有點少。12點會開室外的小童的水上樂園，小型，常温水，但是真的不太宣傳，一直沒告知，還是我們坐摩天輪的時候看到所以找過來，孩子很喜歡，但是那個地面和滑梯不太平整，屁股不友好，孩子泳褲滑破被迫離場哈哈哈。我們住的房間是3201，房間很大，大家記好房間號，位置真的很好，晚上9點窗户直接看到銀基動物王國的煙花秀和燈光秀。旁邊休息大廳有水果免費拿，記得拿，房間提供歡迎小食。早餐算是豐富，孩子夠了，米線還不錯。可以延遲2點退房，房間瓶裝水不夠可以加，還提供床欄。房間雖然暗，但是孩子很喜歡那個浴盆，泡澡泡了兩回，就是服務員真的不好找，雖然找到了會很熱情。另外，晚上點了**上的胖胖燒烤，排名第一，真的很好吃，沒想到這麼滿足，強烈推薦。

This stay far exceeded my expectations! The hotel's location was fantastic; it's right by a subway entrance, making it incredibly convenient for exploring attractions and dining out. The room was spotless and tidy, the bedding was incredibly soft and comfortable, ensuring a wonderfully peaceful night's sleep with absolutely no noise disturbance. The biggest surprise was the exceptional front desk service. During check-in, they proactively upgraded our room and thoughtfully recommended local eateries nearby. Any questions we had were answered quickly and with great patience. Next time I visit this city, I'll definitely choose to stay here again.
