Very satisfied with the hotel. First of all, the handsome guy at the front desk is very welcoming. The buffet in the restaurant is good👍 We stayed for 2 nights and ate in the restaurant every morning, lunch and dinner. It's clean and tidy, you can feel free to eat, and the room is clean and tidy. Various attractions are not far away. You can come back for a short break at noon. It’s a pity that I didn’t see the swans. I’ll come back next March

The place is absolutely stunning! The room is gorgeous, with a privileged view to the mountain. Decoration is flawless, either in the room and at the external areas. The restaurant has plenty of food types, a variety of options, including foreign food, all of them super delicious and clean! The room is clean, cozy, pretty, all the amenities in perfect conditions. I also highlight the pillows, as they also have many options you can choose. I didn’t choose any, I went for the one that was there available already, and OMG what a pillow! Seriously was one of the best pillows I’ve ever used in my life. I even wanted to buy one, but wasn’t for sale. This hotel is highly recommended, one of the best options (if not the best) around.

Christian's Hotel has the best service I have experienced at any hotel anywhere in the world. The staff were universally outstanding. It was impossible to single out any one staff member for special praise as they were all excellent. We felt like welcomed friends all the time. The cleanliness and design of the hotel are also of the highest quality. The only 'negatives' I have are that there is no lobby bar. The restaurant on the 18th floor gives great views. Surely a small section of the restaurant could be converted to provide a lobby bar? The location is also nothing great. There's nothing wrong with the location, there's just nothing great about it either. It's near a subway station, so getting to attrractions is easy, but there's nothing much in the area around the hotel, no great places to eat, no attractions to take a morning or evening walk to. Those aside, we would 100% definitely stay there again.

I have chosen this hotel by recomendation of my friend. It has very good position, not far from the train station and fast to arrive to the Longmen Grottoes. I had a room with panorama windows, spacious and big. With help of translating app we managed to talk to reception. Robot is bringing things to the door. We have received very positive service from the front desk ladies. Special thanks to them for hospitality. Thanks to the manager mrs. Zhu Yan. Only one recomendation is to make at least some floors no smoking for guests who are allergic and cannot support the smell. I would suggest also to add a bell boy or a man to help with luggage, ladies helped us but it is heavy to make them do it. They work hard already. I received very nice gifts: cookies, fans and candies from the front desk. Thank you! I will come back.

I don't recommend choosing breakfast at Sun Spring. Bath towels are placed in an open cabinet at the foot of the stairs, which feels unhygienic. So the towels are covered with smoke and dust. The room is not very clean, the slippers in the bathroom have false eyelashes from the previous guests, and the TV box is full of dust. I live in a third-floor view room, which is very beautiful! The air conditioning is cold enough, the bed is very comfortable, and you can see the beautiful scenery when you wake up. Looking down a little is the public toilet, and the shore bus station is next to it. It is very convenient to eat nearby, and you can also order takeout. It is recommended not to open the window because it will smell a bit. The day before yesterday, a group of people had a BBQ dinner, and they left without cleaning up the mess, which really affected the impression and accommodation experience. Poor auntie had to help them clean up the mess.

I would rate this hotel as average. Disappointed that no one at the registration desk spoke English. Room had a lovely view (12th floor) but wallpaper was torn and patched with large stickers. I had to ask for our room to be tidied (dump trash, fresh towels, more water bottles). Ladies at the breakfast buffet where very nice and welcoming -- knew basic English. The location is decent -- close to many restaurants, snack street/night market. Easy to get Didi or Taxi. Probably would not stay there again.

The hotel we chose for this family trip during the National Day Golden Week was great! Special thanks to the service staff Zhang He, who was very enthusiastic and patient and helped us a lot. The hotel environment is quiet and clean, and it is very comfortable to live in. My child was very happy as soon as he came in. The surrounding food is also very convenient, with all kinds of delicious food. In short, the stay experience is great and worth recommending!

The hotel is in a scenic area, the environment is quiet and great. Parking is convenient. You can walk to the bus stop for the scenic spot and it will take 6 or 7 minutes to get there. You can see Yuntai Mountain from the balcony, which is a great view in the morning. Although the facilities are not the latest, the environment is very warm. I would like to commend the housekeeping staff for cleaning the room well. The bed in the room is hard and comfortable to sleep on.

I found a small store that exceeded expectations after I lived. The location is very good. It is just after getting off the bus. The decoration is very Zen and elegant, and the photos are good-looking. The room looked simple, but it was very reasonable. The quilt was very comfortable, especially the pillows, which were super comfortable. The bathrobe is also pure cotton and it is very easy to wear. The boss service is super good, take us to see the room, recommend eating and playing.
