I checked into your hotel on January 11th, really looking forward to a warm and fun interaction with the hotel's mascot IP. However, the actual experience was a huge disappointment – 'Pi Pi' was cold and dismissive, and what was even more puzzling was that it only interacted with children, completely ignoring me, an 'adult friend.' This clear preferential treatment not only significantly diminished my interaction experience but also left me feeling quite let down, and at one point, I even questioned the quality of your hotel's service. Fortunately, when I stayed at your hotel again on January 24th, I was pleasantly surprised to find that the interaction experience had improved somewhat. This time, both 'Dou Ding' and 'Pi Pi' showed tremendous enthusiasm and friendliness. During the interaction, they not only initiated contact with me but also patiently chatted and took photos with me. Afterwards, they thoughtfully presented me with their autographs. The moment I received the autographs, I truly felt respected and valued. This wonderful experience was like a ray of warm sunshine in winter, dispelling my previous disappointment and making my stay exceptionally fulfilling. I hope they can maintain this enthusiasm every day; I believe it will help establish an excellent brand image for the hotel.

帶娃入住真的超出預期，必須全五星安利！房間格外寬敞，搭配超大落地窗，採光通透又明亮，屋裡還通了地暖，冬日裏暖意十足，孩子光腳跑跳都完全沒問題。智能馬桶乾淨又便捷，更驚喜的是還有浴缸，玩了一天回來，大人孩子都能舒舒服服泡個澡，解乏又愜意。 小院環境打理得特別好，清幽雅緻，飯後帶娃散步再合適不過。酒店位置也超讚，離清明上河園的迎賓門很近，還臨河，傍晚吹着河風散步，氛圍感拉滿。餐飲方面也十分省心，樓下就是餐廳，日常用餐不用奔波，早餐更是品類豐盛，兼顧大人和孩子的口味，完全能滿足親子出行的需求，停車非常方便，就在地下停車場，臨走時還贈送了小禮物，酒店還有兩衹狗，兩衹貓。這次住宿體驗太舒心了！

If I could give 11/10, I would. I came on the day of the heaviest snow this year. Just when I thought everything went wrong, it turned out to be memorable. Flight delay, then airport delayed flight parking due to the snow. My booked Didi (another app) driver left. Was stuck in the ONLY didi driver’s shared car making its way from Zhengzhou to Luoyang — he drove from 11pm to 5.30 am going at 40 to 50 km/h because the roads were iced up and slippery (even his car had slid through and hit the barriers twice) . The owner added the driver’s contact and waited up all night until the early morning for me to check in and carry the luggage up. The price, the location and the very nice owner make this homestay an excellent one — better than a hotel. There isn’t any elevators but the owner helps out with the luggage. The room is large and comfortable. He had turned on the heating for me before I arrived to warm up the room. The breakfast is delicious. The homestay is near to Luoyi Ancient city (a few minutes walk) and Luoyi Ancient City metro. His hand-drawn map highlights all the good spots. His daughter is adorable too.

Not far from the high-speed rail station, the room layout is quite unique, and the night view is excellent. It's spacious enough for two people to stay without bothering each other. The hot spring, in particular, is very clean; I didn't expect it to be a natural hot spring! The service is also superb, with staff frequently checking if the water temperature is comfortable. Apparently, they're building an outdoor hot spring in the courtyard of the capsule rooms soon, which sounds very promising.

This hotel near the high-speed rail station is a hidden gem! Public transport isn't the most convenient, but the free airport and high-speed rail transfers are a huge plus, and taxis are readily available. The room and bathroom on the 5th floor were massive. The door opened directly to the bed, so it would be perfect if there was a screen or wall to block it off. Breakfast was plentiful, and the portions at the Chinese restaurant were huge. The hotel itself is quite large, making it easy to get a little lost.

Its second floor features a 'sky alley' perfect for photoshoots, and the decor indeed boasts an artistic flair. It cleverly integrates contemporary design within an antique architectural complex. 📌 The guest rooms are exquisite. I opted for a loft-style room this time, complete with a balcony offering a street view. The room's amenities are comprehensive and new. What's more, in this relatively cold and damp weather, the room temperature easily rises, making it warm and dry. ✅ **Butler Service** 📌 Even before check-in, the B&B's butler proactively contacted me to confirm my arrival time and provided clear directions to the location. 📌 For tourists, they patiently offer advice on attractions and dining. 📌 The overall service is very warm and welcoming. The hotel also provides Hanfu (traditional Chinese clothing) experiences and complimentary afternoon tea. If you have the interest and time, it would be a wonderful experience. 📌 The B&B offers breakfast on the first floor of the adjacent guesthouse, which is a cafe and restaurant. Afternoon tea is also served there. Breakfast is a set menu, and the kind auntie serving will thoughtfully inform you that you can ask for more if needed. 📌 The minibar in the room has complimentary drinks and snacks (I only remembered this after I left). ✅ **Photo Opportunities** 📌 Yunhuali B&B itself is a great spot for taking photos. The alley on the second floor offers picturesque scenes at every turn, providing numerous angles for great shots. 📌 The B&B is located near the Wenfen Pagoda within Luoyi Ancient City, making it very convenient for strolling and taking photos in the ancient city. ✅ **Tips** 📌 Yunhuali B&B Address: Building 7, Zhongjie Street, Luoyi Ancient City Scenic Area, Old Town. 📌 It's recommended to drive into the underground parking lot of the ancient city and be guided by the B&B butler, or walk approximately 200 meters from the East Gate of the ancient city.

I came here to recover and relax on my own. I had a Beautiful moonlight Apartment. The Service was Great. Since I had trouble breathing with dry heating air, I asked for a humidifier. They immediatly organized one 🙏🙏 my recovery was so fast. I just spend the day within this Apartment and my own privat hot spring in this cute Garden. I had everything for a tea ceremony and they provided every day fruits and wine. They even helped me organize Food delivery to the Room. The Food in the Restaurant was very healthy and delicious. It was nice to have a very private Place to calm down. I probably Will come back.

The facilities are new, and the room comes with complimentary tea bags! The disposable toiletries feel quite comprehensive, with toothbrushes, combs, shower caps, and a vanity kit. They even helped carry my luggage to the room. The breakfast was quite varied; they really thought of everything to cater to different tastes, which is a great touch.

雙人黃帝宮御温泉門票（入住期間多次入園）:温泉很不錯，比較大，池子也多，但是太熱了，室外的池子沒有泡，服務員有點少。12點會開室外的小童的水上樂園，小型，常温水，但是真的不太宣傳，一直沒告知，還是我們坐摩天輪的時候看到所以找過來，孩子很喜歡，但是那個地面和滑梯不太平整，屁股不友好，孩子泳褲滑破被迫離場哈哈哈。我們住的房間是3201，房間很大，大家記好房間號，位置真的很好，晚上9點窗户直接看到銀基動物王國的煙花秀和燈光秀。旁邊休息大廳有水果免費拿，記得拿，房間提供歡迎小食。早餐算是豐富，孩子夠了，米線還不錯。可以延遲2點退房，房間瓶裝水不夠可以加，還提供床欄。房間雖然暗，但是孩子很喜歡那個浴盆，泡澡泡了兩回，就是服務員真的不好找，雖然找到了會很熱情。另外，晚上點了**上的胖胖燒烤，排名第一，真的很好吃，沒想到這麼滿足，強烈推薦。

The hotel's location is excellent, right next to Lijinmen subway station. It's incredibly convenient for sightseeing, with the Lijinmen scenic area just across the road. Attractions like Yingtianmen, Mingtang Tiantang, and Jiuzhou Pool are all just a few minutes' walk away. Luoyi Ancient City is only one subway stop away. Although the hotel is at an intersection, it's very quiet at night, with absolutely no noise. The breakfast is served in individual portions and is delicious and filling. The front desk continuously provides warm bottled water, which you can take as much as you like. My stay here was fantastic!
