The most striking thing about this stay was the hotel's ambiance! The elegant lobby, with warm chandelier lighting and greenery, creates a relaxing atmosphere the moment you enter. The view from the room was stunning, with a verdant courtyard just outside the window. In the morning, you could hear birdsong, and at night, it was incredibly quiet. The room was thoughtfully decorated, with textured wooden furniture and fresh greenery. The air was odorless, and the cleanliness was meticulous, even the cracks in the tabletops were spotless. The carpeted hallways in the public areas were completely silent, and the elevator lobby was decorated with art, creating a sense of class. Staying here felt like living in a small garden, completely relaxing both physically and mentally. Those with a love for ambiance will truly love it!

Zhengzhou Haifei Hotel (Erqi Square Dennis David City Store) is amazing! It's right next to a shopping district and the subway, making travel and shopping super convenient. The room was clean and tidy, with a separate wet and dry area, and the giant projection screen was a huge bonus. The front desk staff were warm and thoughtful, and the value for money was excellent. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Zhengzhou!

The hotel lobby is located on the 48th floor, offering panoramic views of Zhengzhou city. It's conveniently close to Dongfeng Road Metro Station and the Henan Provincial Museum. The coffee and desserts at the Executive Lounge were quite good. My only complaint was that my room wasn't ready until well past 3 PM, which was really tiring after a long day. For dinner, we tried the hotel's buffet, priced at 238 RMB per person, and it was fantastic! Honestly, I don't know when it happened, but I've somehow become a loyal fan of the Wanda hotel chain! The service staff were very enthusiastic and friendly. Upon checkout, the manager even gave me a small 'Nini Dog' figurine?

Took a weekend train trek to Zhengzhou from Xi’an, and really enjoyed the kind locals of the city. Sofitel is an amazing place to stay. Vicky, Lily, and Hao welcomed me to check in early with a nice upgrade. Everyone is bilingual also. The lobby is beautiful and overlooks the restaurant while beneath sky dome lighting. Extremely clean place. Beds are comfortable and amenities are of many. The park nearby is a charming sight. Massage and spa available. In the center of everything as well, so one can trek in all directions for things to do. I chose the culture, creative, and street blocks on the west side. The train station is just 20 minutes. Museum is north and more attractions south. Historical park next to the property.

My boyfriend and I stayed in Zhengzhou for 4 days. On the first day, the front desk staff was very welcoming. They mentioned our room was a bit far, so they personally showed us to it. We checked in after we were satisfied. The environment was very comfortable and quiet. We also received cocktail vouchers, so my boyfriend and I each had a drink and enjoyed a pleasant buzz in the evening. The room was large and spacious with complete amenities, and complimentary mini-bar drinks were provided daily. There was even a bathtub, which my boyfriend and I enjoyed for two days. There's a snack street near the hotel. While I personally wasn't a fan, it was incredibly popular and bustling. Of course, snack streets across the country are pretty much the same; I can't comment on the taste since I didn't try anything, but if you like them, it's worth checking out. On the second, third, and fourth days, we visited attractions in cities around Zhengzhou, such as Wansui Mountain Wuxia City, Shaolin Temple, Longmen Grottoes, and Qingming Riverside Landscape Garden. These places were crowded, but prices were very reasonable. We didn't encounter any bad experiences. The total cost for our food, accommodation, activities, and shopping for these few days was 6000 RMB. On our way back, we made a detour to Pang Dong Lai in Xuchang – it was incredibly crowded! However, parking at Wenfeng Plaza nearby was truly hassle-free, with no queues. We even charged our electric car there. All in all, this was a very satisfying trip.

The hotel is very close to the high-speed rail, has its own independent small courtyard and hot spring pool, the room facilities are complete, the room is clean and tidy, very good! The lady also sent fruit, milk, red wine and added WeChat, saying that if you need anything, you can contact her at any time. She also handled check-in and check-out. The room was a bit 'run down,' and some light switches were even coming out of the wall. However, the price and location were quite reasonable. The elevator was a bit slow, and it was hard to wait for. The guesthouse rooms didn't offer both a washing machine and a refrigerator; you had to choose one... but I wanted both! There's a small plaza downstairs where kids can play, and a convenience store nearby, which is quite handy.

The toiletries are complete. The hot water in the bath is marked as hot spring water. The bed sheets and quilts have dark patterns, which are close to the body and have texture. There are battery cars to pick up and drop off tourists at about 200 to 300 meters from the ticket gate. Tourists from other hotels are sent to the ticket gate. It should be improved. The breakfast has local characteristics. There are spicy soup, fried vegetable boxes and other varieties. They are all delicious. Before leaving, I saw soft candies again. There are various colors and flavors. The taste is great. You can try them.
