Right at the entrance of the scenic area, with unobstructed views, perfect for watching both sunrise and sunset. The 'starry sky room' was a bit of a letdown though; the ceiling doesn't open, and even with the side curtains open, the view isn't clear – you still have to go outside to see anything! The temperature difference between day and night is huge, but the hotel's floor heating worked really well. We checked into the starry sky room quite early (3:30 PM), and it was incredibly hot – the AC couldn't keep up, so we ended up sitting by the door to get some breeze. By night, it was very comfortable, not cold at all, and there was plenty of hot water. We booked without breakfast, but the hotel kindly gave us two complimentary meals! With no other food options in the scenic area, these breakfasts were a lifesaver. Overall, both the facilities and the natural landscape are quite good, and the off-peak price was reasonable. If you're coming, a standard room type would suffice; the starry sky room isn't really necessary.
What a wonderful guesthouse experience! We booked a twin room for our family of three, and even before check-in, the guesthouse proactively asked if we needed the beds pushed together, mentioning it would be safer for sleeping with a child – talk about attention to detail! The combined bed was spacious and sturdy, so we didn't have to worry about our child rolling off in their sleep, which gave us great peace of mind. The room had both floor heating and air conditioning. The floor heating kept the room incredibly warm; walking barefoot on the floor felt so cozy. The AC was also easy to adjust, making the entire room warm and comfortable, so we didn't have to worry about the chill from Sayram Lake at all. The breakfast was incredibly thoughtful, with a full spread including congee, freshly cooked noodles, various dishes, fruits, and yogurt. The ingredients were fresh and delicious, and our child absolutely loved it. The guesthouse's attentive service, excellent facilities, and hearty breakfast, combined with the breathtaking scenery of Sayram Lake, made this family trip absolutely bursting with happiness! I've already recommended it to friends traveling with kids, and we'll definitely stay here again next time we visit Sayram Lake.

[Five-star recommendation! ] Check-in experience is super surprise! The hotel room style is super choice and the design is full. Luo Jiawen at the front desk has in place and efficient and intimate. The room is clean and warm, the bedding is soft and comfortable, the sound insulation effect is great, and the night is good! Will definitely come again ~
The hotel is ideally located and conveniently connected to the ski resort in the centre of town. The bus was so convenient to sit outside the door, the room was spotless and the smart toilet was warm and especially sweet. Bottom line, brag about a waterfall shower. Getting back from skiing for a hot bath is super stress-relieving! The boss and the waiter were so enthusiastic that they would offer to help plan the route. The waiter even helped clean the skis. The most wonderful thing is lying in bed can see Rizhao Jinshan, mobile phone casually shoot postcards! Take a photo after clocking in, and what is more touching is the free laundry service in the laundry room -- dirty clothes are handed over to the cleaning lady. The next day was stunning and sent back to the room. Skied for seven days without worrying about changing the wash. Breakfast was so good that it wasn't repeated every day. Pastries, fruits, hot and cold vegetables, tomato and egg noodles were a huge favorite. Madness to all friends!
The room was nice and warm when we checked in at night. We could take a shower as soon as we checked in, but the second person might have to wait a while. Saw a beautiful sunset. You can turn on the heater when you go to bed at night, but it will still be a bit cold in the second half of the night.
The hotel is indeed close to Tianshan Tianchi, which is a plus. There are also the following problems. The facilities are a bit old and need to be renovated. The hot spring water quality is not good, it is very dirty, and the bath towels are hung everywhere. The hotel breakfast does not match the hotel grade. The only thing that tastes good is boiled ramen.
The most important thing is the service. It can be said that the hotel basically has no service. Maybe it is too busy and the service staff are a little emotional, or maybe it is the only hot spring hotel in the surrounding area, but every customer is innocent, and there will always be competitors. I hope the hotel management will pay attention to this issue.

GGuest UserThe hotel is in a good location, easy to find on the main road, with a parking lot, convenient parking. The room is spacious and has new facilities. The room is clean and sanitary. The bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, and the sink meets hotel standards. The bedding is also very good, and the sleep is very comfortable. The hotel has a washing machine for washing clothes, and the cost performance is very high. I stayed there for a few days while playing in Turpan. The Xinjiang girl at the hotel front desk was warm and polite, and the check-in experience was very good!
LLianqihangThe hotel has a parking lot and the rooms are spacious. The cleanliness is acceptable, but a wet/dry separation in the bathroom would be an improvement. The facilities are comprehensive, reflecting a management style and concept typical of larger hotels. The breakfast area is large with a wide variety of options. Overall, it's a great stay for the price. I hope the hotel continues to thrive.
WwinweingThe service at this hotel is absolutely excellent, and the hygiene is impeccable. They even offer complimentary porridge in the evenings, which is an incredibly thoughtful touch. One night, my child put clothes in the washing machine. The next morning, we were pleasantly surprised to find that the hotel staff had not only washed them but also taken them out, dried them, neatly folded them, put them in a bag, and clearly labeled it with our room number. This attention to detail saved us so much hassle and was truly reassuring.
All in all, the service at this Atour hotel is genuinely outstanding. Since I was traveling with my parents, they also upgraded our room, which made us feel truly valued and respected, particularly as retired military officers. If we ever return to Turpan, we will definitely choose this hotel again.
P.S. Parking is very convenient, and the on-site parking lot is very spacious!
ZZizhenyayaya~This hotel is pretty good, with a beautiful environment and clean, comfortable rooms.
It's located within a large estate, and on the day we arrived, it snowed heavily, creating incredibly beautiful scenery right on the hotel grounds. The hotel breakfast offered a fantastic variety. The Bo'erzhak (a local pastry) with Tianshan yogurt and jam was absolutely divine! We were so lucky; it snowed heavily on the morning of the 3rd, but by noon, we were able to enter the scenic area from Jiadengyu and enjoy a stunning blend of autumn and winter snowy landscapes. The underfloor heating in the room was super warm, so much so that for someone like me who gets hot easily, I actually had to turn it off at night and open a tiny crack in the window to be comfortable, haha!

GGuest UserThe biggest surprise of this trip to Yili! I didn't expect that there is such a luxurious, comfortable and well-equipped hotel in the scenic area, which can be compared with the five-star hotels in the city. The room is large, well-planned, quiet and comfortable, and I slept until dawn. The breakfast is rich and delicious.
Special praise for all the staff, warm and thoughtful, especially Zhang Yuze at the front desk, who also gave us food and fruits. Thank you very much, and I feel at home. I will stay here again if I have the opportunity to come next time, and I will recommend it to my friends. I hope Jinling Villa will get better and better!
HHuashilangziThe room is very clean, the facilities are complete, and the front desk lady is very enthusiastic. I feel like I'm at home. This time I came to Hami on a business trip and stayed at the Magic Cube Hotel. I felt that it was a very cost-effective experience. I will come again next time! !
KKuailetianshiThis is the hotel that I feel has the most cultural atmosphere and quality during this trip. It has a rich collection of books and a college feel. The security guard was very friendly and came to help us pick up our luggage from the car and send it to a place very close to the elevator. The front desk staff were polite and enthusiastic, which made me feel good. They upgraded the hotel to a room with an outdoor balcony for free. There was a beautiful river outside the balcony. I had a good sleep in the noisy Burqin. This hotel felt like home. In addition, the location of this hotel is very good, just steps away from Russian Love Street. If I have the opportunity to go to Burqin again in the future, I will definitely choose Jinshan Academy. Attached are two photos of the view from the balcony.
QQienichenThis is the most worthwhile stop on this trip to Xinjiang. The camp is located between pristine mountains. Looking up, you can see grasslands, forests, and peaks. When the weather is good, you can see snow-capped mountains in the distance. Just opening the door and seeing the snow-capped mountains is a pleasant surprise. The chubby marmots that can be seen everywhere are the favorite of children.
The service at the camp is also great. The housekeeper Shamu arranged all matters very considerately, so you don’t have to worry about it at all. The catering at the camp is particularly worth praising. I have stayed in many high-end homestays, and I often encounter homestays with good hardware but poor catering. The chef level of Kruger Wild Luxury Camp is absolutely online. Chinese and Western food, even a bowl of mixed noodles is amazing.
There are many self-funded projects in the camp. Horseback riding is highly recommended. The staff took us to ride horses through the jungle streams. The experience of riding horses while enjoying the beautiful scenery is really great.
GGuest UserThe hospitality and abundance of Xinjiang people are fully reflected in this B&B. As soon as we parked, the young men helped us with our luggage and checked us in. The B&B has two floors, and my mom and I stayed in the family room with our two children. We were pleasantly surprised to find a Haier Little Prodigy washing machine. The facilities were all new and elegant, blending ethnic and modern styles. We had dinner directly at the hotel at 9 pm, and every dish was to our liking. I'll definitely choose this place again!
