"The hotel is incredibly close to the train station. The rooms are spacious, and the ocean-view rooms offer a fantastic panorama, especially at night when the view outside the window is simply stunning – like something out of a movie, a true visual feast! The breakfast is high quality with a rich variety of options, including both Western and Japanese styles, and the food is excellent. You can easily walk to popular Yokohama attractions from the hotel, and there's a bus stop downstairs for trips to Chinatown."

"Room is enough space for luggage, but bed is just nice for 2 peoples only. I am very satisfied the service they provided. Location is very near to the town and easy to everywhere, convenient shop and restaurants between everywhere make you no need to travel to far places. Amenities is fully provided, this is perfect. Really recommend to everyone as overall the price for the hotel is cheap and reasonable. The breakfast is a set, I like the curry rice so much, it is the best choice from the 4 types of choice."

"Had an amazing stay at BLISSTIA Hakone Sengokuhara. The hotel atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing, surrounded by beautiful nature and perfect for a getaway in Hakone.
The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with modern Japanese design touches that made the stay extra special. The onsen experience was excellent — quiet, soothing, and very well maintained. Staff were kind, attentive, and provided wonderful hospitality throughout the stay. Breakfast and dinner were also delicious with high-quality ingredients and beautifully presented dishes. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Hakone and looking for a relaxing luxury experience. This trip went to stay at a unique hot spring hotel that has just opened. Rooms with natural hot springs and private gardens can watch movies in the open air in the private garden. Privacy is good to be protected! The Tsuruyoshigawa Hotel is hidden in the fishing village of the Manazuru Peninsula, the room is new, the garden and pond on the first floor are very nice, and it is very beautiful to relax and look at the pond while drinking coffee. The sunlight was illuminated by the surface of the water, making me feel relaxed at once. The most unforgettable thing was the smiles and warm and kind service of all the staff during the stay. Dinner and afternoon tea are unique to the seaside, and I was particularly impressed that there was such a luxurious dinner in the fishing village. All the staff at the restaurant were very polite, the service was fine and the food was really delicious and an extraordinary experience. I would like to go again if I have the opportunity.

I really liked the hotel. The price-quality ratio is perfect; I'd even say you could pay more for this comfort. The room was spacious and clean, with a forest view. Fresh linens, excellent breakfasts, and delicious coffee. A mountain lake is a 15-minute walk away. Free shuttle to the cable car. A great onsen. Traditional kemanos for visiting the onsen. Shared showers for women with plenty of skincare products. I would happily return to this hotel.

There are three Japanese-style rooms, all located on the second floor of the box burger restaurant, but it is quiet at night and you don't have to worry about being disturbed. The staff is very enthusiastic and patient, and speaks fluent English. Hot springs require reservations. One room has two reservation opportunities per night, one in the morning and one in the evening. After the reservation is successful, you can enjoy it alone. The room is made of wood, and the overall clean and elegant, but the sound insulation and stability are not very good. Guests in three rooms share a washbasin and toilet, and need to make their own beds (but it's very simple). It is suitable for guests who want to experience Japanese houses. Overall, it's good.

The hotel is cheap and good. It should be said that the room size is the largest among Japanese hotels. The room is clean and tidy, with complete facilities. There is a mountain view outside the window, and the field of vision is relatively wide. It is relatively comfortable to live there. As the flight was delayed, it was already early in the morning when we arrived at the hotel, but the staff was still very welcoming. It's just that the hotel does not have Chinese service, so you need to know a little Japanese to communicate.

The room is larger than the average business hotel Separate toilet and bathroom bathroom are very large
There is a big TV for you to watch AV for free
The underground fan only produces warm air. Once it is turned on, it is so hot that it sweats
The cold box keeps making a slight ringing due to internal frost
You can go out after check-in but you have to pay your room card to the front desk

The environment is very good, the hotel is a pleasant experience on the mountain. There are indoor hot springs in all rooms. We live in Room 11 and have a lot of space about 35 square meters. There is a lounge for a smooth drink and food in the hotel, and the breakfast is very good. Will come again next time.
