The hotel was beautiful, and my dad and I were very happy with our stay. The room was extremely clean. We tried the hot springs on the hotel's top floor and also at the shopping mall across the street, and the ones at the mall were definitely better. We booked the 'one night, two meals' package, and overall it was excellent value for money. Regarding transportation, I didn't research it thoroughly beforehand, but it turns out you can take a bus directly from Odawara, Hakone-Yumoto, and Gora stations, and it's free if you use the Hakone Free Pass. When we arrived, a Chinese ticket agent told us the Odawara bus was very crowded and suggested we take the H line from Hakone-Yumoto. There's also a bus that goes directly to the hotel from the Hakone Open-Air Museum. The hotel's own shuttle bus has a fixed schedule (see image below), and the pickup spot at Gora Station can be a bit tricky to find.

Conveniently close to Yokohama main few stations, and a 15min walk to Minatomirai and RedBrick Warehouse. Enjoyed the aesthetics and comfortable bed, versus the bog standard other small Japanese hotels. This is well designed and I felt very calm and at home. Great shower definitely!

Cleanliness: I wish there was a trash can in the bathroom. Environment: Overall very clean, similar style to Atour and Ji Hotel, and the view is decent. Service: Quite good, they greet you when you come in and out. Location is great, in an office building, but it was really hard to find the first time. I couldn't find the entrance from Tokyu below, and had to ask around a lot. However, it was super convenient afterward. There are also a few Chinese restaurants downstairs, and you can hear a lot of people speaking Chinese working in the building. It's more suitable for sleeping than a vacation feel (compared to Tokyu). The sofa in the room is quite comfortable, and the bed's firmness is good too.

The hotel is brand new, and the rooms are incredibly spacious. The hot spring is also excellent. The facilities are comprehensive, with a full range of skincare and beauty products provided. They even have massage chairs and a laundry room, which is a huge plus for long-term travelers.

It is a very Japanese-style hotel with tatami-style rooms. The rooms are very clean. The hot spring water is very smooth and easy to drain, so you can soak at any time. It includes dinner and breakfast, which are very rich, very Japanese, and very distinctive.

It was very convenient to get here from Haneda Airport 🛬. I just needed to transfer once on the subway 🚈 and arrived at Sakuragicho Station 🚉 in about 50 minutes. The hotel 🏨 is right across the street, just over the pedestrian bridge from the subway exit. The front desk is on the 5th floor, and check-in starts at 2 PM. Everything is handled via self-service machines, which are very user-friendly with language options and Chinese subtitles. After checking in, before getting on the elevator, there's a table where you can pick up toothbrushes 🪥, toothpaste, combs, razors 🪒, face masks, and toiletries, which is a really nice touch 👍. My room was on the 23rd floor, and this time I chose a twin-bed room with a night view 🌃. I feel like the twin rooms are a bit larger than the king-sized rooms! The room was clean and tidy, and I could see Yokohama Port and the Ferris wheel 🎡 right outside the window. The night view was even more beautiful. The hotel 🏨's location is excellent. Right outside the subway exit, there's a large supermarket and a shopping mall 🏬, making shopping 🛍️ and dining 🍽️ very convenient. The breakfast offers great value for money, and I highly recommend dining in the hotel 🍴. In the morning, you can enjoy delicious tuna, and the grilled mackerel is also a favorite of mine. There are also hot udon noodles 🍜 and miso soup, and the sushi 🍣 is quite good. The coffee ☕ is also tasty 😋. Check-out is also done via the self-service machine ✅, and there's a luggage storage area 🛅 on the same floor, which is very convenient.

A charming small hotel with a Japanese-style atmosphere. Located in a residential district of Kawasaki, about a 10-minute walk from the train and metro stations. The rooms are very spacious and beautifully decorated in traditional Japanese style, featuring a raised futon bed. The large bathroom includes a whirlpool bathtub. Slippers, a bathrobe, and a Japanese kimono for walking around the property are provided in the room. The hotel does not have a traditional reception desk. On the ground floor, there's a cozy lounge where breakfast is served (simple pre-set meals—miso soup and a rice sandwich). A unique feature is the 24-hour access to a selection of several types of sake, drinks, juices, craft beer, and hot snacks in the hotel lobby—all included in the room rate. In summary, a modern hotel with authentic Japanese flair and the added bonus of free sake tasting. Highly recommended.

This hotel is right next to Lake Ashi, just a few minutes' walk from the shore. Outside the lobby, there's a hot spring foot bath where you can relax your body and mind after a day of sightseeing. The rooms are clean and tidy, and the bedding is soft and comfortable. There's also a small shop in the lobby selling Hakone specialties. Both the dinner and breakfast buffets offer a wide variety of dishes; I particularly enjoyed a certain grilled fish, and the desserts were plentiful – it was a feast for both the eyes and the palate! I hope to visit again. The hotel is very close to Togendai Ropeway Station and the Togendai Pirate Ship pier, just about a 7-8 minute walk from the back exit, making it very convenient for transportation.

The hotel is conveniently located directly across from the South Exit of JR Ofuna Station, about a 2-minute walk. It's super easy to get to Enoshima from here as Ofuna is the starting station for the Shonan Monorail. They offer breakfast, though the selection is a bit limited – enough to fill you up, but not much more. You'll find drugstores and convenience stores nearby, which is very handy. JR Ofuna Station also has a Starbucks and is connected to a shopping mall with a Uniqlo on the 5th floor and MUJI on the 6th, so it’s easy to pick up daily essentials. There are plenty of dining options in the area, from Japanese to Western cuisine. The hotel also has a laundry room on the 2nd floor, costing 500 yen for wash and dry. The staff, both at the front desk and housekeeping, are incredibly polite.

We reached at 1pm was told the check in time was 2pm. We came back at 2.10pm room not ready, we only got our room at 2.45pm . Check out time was 11am, when I requested to check out at 12noon I was told that if I am a hotel member it would be free. They would or should have enrol me as a member to give me the free late check out option. Instead the same lady that checked us in late charged us JPY1,000. Which I did bother to argue. Service in Japan now sucks especially with BIG cities!

GGuest UserBecause it was close to Togendai Port, we took the hotel's shuttle bus! It was the best. It was the best hot spring trip, as I could enjoy the open-air hot springs in peace. It was the best. The accommodations were cheaper than the surrounding area, but I was impressed by the high-quality hot springs and great location. It was the best.

GGuest UserThis is the best hotel I've ever stayed in. The location of the hotel is average. It's about 13 minutes' walk from the subway station. It's not close, but the experience after staying there is worth the money. The room is big and beautiful. The view outside the window is beautiful and very clean. The attitude of the waiter is unbelievable. You will experience services that you don't have in other places here. There are many surprises. If you care about service and experience, this room will definitely not be bad.

GGuest UserThe hotel is cheap and good. It should be said that the room size is the largest among Japanese hotels. The room is clean and tidy, with complete facilities. There is a mountain view outside the window, and the field of vision is relatively wide. It is relatively comfortable to live there. As the flight was delayed, it was already early in the morning when we arrived at the hotel, but the staff was still very welcoming. It's just that the hotel does not have Chinese service, so you need to know a little Japanese to communicate.

GGuest UserIt was good that it was relatively close to the station. Overall it was clean, but when I opened the lid to turn on the air conditioner, there was a lot of dust on it. I was surprised at first, thinking it was mold. There were various types of shampoo and conditioner for rent next to the front desk, and they also provided bath salts, which was very nice. It was close to the train tracks, so the noise of the trains was a bit annoying. The Hotel Metro sign on top of the hotel felt old-fashioned and like a love hotel, so I think it would be easier to use if it was more modern, such as by writing it in English. When I went out, there were so many people around that it was embarrassing. I've written a lot, but overall I'm satisfied. Thank you.
