"Overall, everything was good: the room itself was excellent, clean, and featured a great, comfortable shower. No issues at all with the cleanliness or the room setup.
However, the check-in process was a nightmare. The staff at the reception were openly rude and completely unwelcoming. We arrived just a bit early, but they flat out refused to check us in, without even trying to accommodate us or show some flexibility.
Because of this hostile attitude, the entire experience was ruined, even though the hotel itself is decent."

"Went through a decent checked in process. There is 24/7 front desk, so even though we arrive at 1am everything is fine.
Have a few words about the fan position in the room. It is placed right on top of the bed so there might be wind blowing into your face when you sleep. The team handled my feedback quickly and their efficiency is impressive."
