Concorde is absolutely stunning, but it’s the people who make it truly special. From the moment we arrived we were greeted with genuine warmth, and every member of staff was friendly, attentive and professional without being stuffy.A delicious food and drinks , top Turkish coffee . I wanna say special Thank You to Mrs Tulay Basdemir she made are stay even more special her with recommendations and care.We can’t wait to return 🙂

This is our 2nd time to this hotel and once again it was truly amazing. One of us The best hotel we have stayed in and we have travelled all around the world. The service is impeccable and attention to detail superb. Special mention to the staff in the saffron a la carte restaurant who go above and beyond to make you feel special. Also the chateaubriand is out of this world. Would definitely barely highly recommend this hotel and cannot wait to go back.

Lovely hotel building and it is right next to the beach, only downside is that the aircon never seemed to work. It was on the lowest but it never cooled the room. Most of the staff were lovely and friendly, however the staff in the 10th floor restaurant could have been a bit friendlier and more responsive. The hotel has a nice pool area, with a good happy hour.

Beautiful facilities but they need to have more restaurants open during the off season. Lawns are constantly manicured. Can't imagine how busy it gets during summer. Fine dining restaurant was disappointing in both service and food... don't bother with the chateaubriand as I've had more tender fillets. The ala carte lunch was nice but also inconsistent. First day steak was good, next day a little tough. Buffets could have more rotating varieties though there were a lot of desserts which was probably the most impressive spread. Don't need to spend more than 5 days here though. We stayed for 4 and that was enough. Close to airport but on other side of main city.

Great hotel, good everything!!! Starting from location, the most beautiful mountains, green, and the sea 😍 it's just beauty!!! The hotel itself is large, green. A huge clean territory, lots of locations, places for walking. Big beach, lots of cheeslons, find free-no problem at any time. Food is above all praise!!! Very tasty, very much, very diverse. Every day with a new theme. A whole day at different locations, my food. About alcohol I can say only for wine, as I drink only it. Very tasty local wine, not a headache, no spots, very pleasant taste. Entertainment for children and adults from morning to evening, everyone can find a shower entertainment. The pools, very many, big. Very clean, there is a small aquapark. We lived in rooms in the garden, they were with new repairs, very clean and quiet. The hotel liked absolutely ALL!!!

Маленький бриллиант на побережье Гейнюка. Очень комфортно. Встречают как добрых друзей. Доброжелательный персонал. Проводится постоянная реновация каких-то объектов отеля. Ощущение длительного полноценного отдыха!

A wonderful place to stay, the staff are great and professional starting from the front desk, gust relations, activity teams, catering and restaurants and ending with the room service. Everyone was handling our requests with pleasure and a smile on face. I will definitely recommend it and will definitely visit this property again. Good hotel, large, beautiful, cozy territory, really liked it, minus one, food could be a bit better

Service was very good Reception was cooperative and helpful lobby was clean but a bit small and cozy no elevators except in main buildings and usually crowded. when it comes to a family room on the 4th floor in a second building without elevators and round staircase it is totally annoying. food was moderate compared to other resorts we stayed other facilities were convenient.
