I've stayed in many hotels, and it's rare to see one with such attention to detail. All the towels and bath towels had a faint scent of disinfectant, the sheets were clean, and they provided so many thoughtful little amenities that could really save you if you forgot something on your trip. They even proactively told us that the non-slip mats had been disinfected. There's a sign by the door showing the elevator direction (this is fantastic! I often forget which way the elevator is after leaving my room). We even received a fruit platter upon check-in and got a room upgrade. Absolutely superb!!!!

I originally booked for one day to see how the stay experience was. If it was not good, I was going to change it. Now there are so many hotels, so I renewed the reservation on the day of check-in. The environment was great, and the attentive service of the housekeeper Laura made me decide to continue living here. It was a great experience, which added points to the vacation. From the moment we arrived, we were struck by the hotel’s breathtaking grandeur and welcoming atmosphere, where elegance seamlessly blended with warmth and hospitality. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel at home, treating us not merely as guests but as valued visitors whose comfort truly mattered. The room itself was a spacious, cozy, and beautifully designed sanctuary, featuring soft, ocean-inspired tones, plush beds, and thoughtful touches that made it the perfect retreat after long, adventure-filled days. Every aspect of the hotel radiated excellence, from the spotless facilities to the exceptional service that seemed to anticipate every need. One of the highlights was the breakfast buffet, which offered a feast for the senses with its impressive variety, featuring flaky pastries, fresh fruits, hearty Western dishes, and authentic Chinese cuisine. Returning to our comfortable room that night, we knew one thing for sure: we would come back. My stay at the Hilton began with a wonderful experience the moment I stepped into the lobby. The subtle, calming fragrance in the air, the genuinely warm smiles from the staff, and the elegant, sophisticated art decor instantly washed away my travel fatigue. The guest room was spacious and bright, with a captivating city skyline view from the floor-to-ceiling windows. Hilton's signature 'Serenity Bed' truly lived up to its reputation; lying on it felt like being enveloped by clouds, ensuring a night of deep, restful sleep. Every detail exuded quality: the clean, soft bathrobes, perfectly ambient lighting, and the smart control system – everything was designed for ultimate comfort. The dining experience was an absolute highlight! The breakfast selection was unbelievably extensive, from freshly made omelets to local delicacies, every dish was exquisite and delicious. Evenings at the Executive Lounge were particularly delightful; enjoying expertly crafted drinks amidst soft music, overlooking the city as the lights came on, was truly the most luxurious way to unwind during my trip.

During a weekend trip to Shantou with my family, the Sheraton Shantou Longguang left me with a profound sense of comfort and stability. The hotel's location is superb, making both travel and dining incredibly convenient. The service was the highlight of this stay – from the proactive and natural room upgrade to the genuine and meticulous care from staff across all departments (including the front desk, floor attendants, and even the friendly smiles from the fruit station staff), it all truly showcased the art of hospitality. I must specifically mention the bathtub: in my many years of staying at various luxury hotels, it's no exaggeration to say this was the best bathtub experience! Its curves, depth, and material perfectly hit the sweet spot between comfort and ergonomics. The selection was clearly well thought out. Furthermore, the takeaway delivery service was handled very gracefully. The front desk patiently confirmed the order, and a robot swiftly delivered it to the room, proving both efficient and maintaining the food's warmth. Attention to detail was evident. The only drawback: as the hotel has been around for quite a few years, the style and wear and tear of some facilities felt a bit dated. Particularly, the room lighting system was dim, making the interior feel perpetually murky and unpleasant. If facilities cannot be updated promptly, the lighting system should be redesigned and adjusted. If future improvements are made in lighting design and renovation, the hotel's quality will undoubtedly reach new heights. Overall, this was a stay where the minor flaws were overshadowed by the positives. If I visit Shantou again in the future, this will still be my reliable choice.

For instance, property management proactively noticing an anomaly with an elderly person living alone and promptly checking in on them. 2. Timely and Efficient Quick problem response and flawless execution. For example, timely delivery of packages or rapid repair of malfunctions.

🏨 Great Stay at Zhuhai Charming Holiday Hotel! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a very pleasant stay at Zhuhai Charming Holiday Hotel. The location is excellent — right across from the Gongbei Port and just a short walk to Macau’s border, which makes it super convenient for travelers going between Zhuhai and Macau. The area is lively, with plenty of shops, restaurants, and malls nearby. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a nice city or sea view depending on the side you stay on. The bed was cozy, and all amenities were well provided. Housekeeping did a great job keeping everything tidy during my stay. The hotel staff were polite, professional, and helpful, especially at the front desk. Check-in and check-out were quick and easy. The breakfast buffet offered a good mix of Chinese and Western options, and the food quality was better than expected. Overall, Charming Holiday Hotel offers a perfect balance of comfort, convenience, and good value. It’s an ideal choice for anyone visiting Zhuhai, especially if you plan to visit Macau too. 🌟 Highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers! 🌟

This was a thoroughly satisfying stay in every aspect, so much so that I'd be willing to revisit Zhuhai just for Wanghailou Hotel. Location: It's within walking distance of Jingshan Park and City Balcony. Cross the road and head downstairs, and you're at Xianglu Bay Beach. The water here seems much cleaner than at Lovers' Avenue South, and on a clear day, you can capture stunning blue sea photos. An evening stroll along the beach is also very pleasant. Ambiance & Facilities: The hotel's design aesthetics are top-notch; both the lobby and the rooms are beautiful. The wet and dry areas in our room (Jingshan Wanglin Twin Room) were even separated by a corridor. The 20th-floor rooftop bar is open on weekends, with outdoor seating offering views of the Sun & Moon Bay. They even provide free telescopes, which saves you the cable car fare at Jingshan Park. The infinity pool on the 5th floor requires a room card for access and boasts amazing views. Service: Every staff member we encountered was incredibly nice and had a superb attitude, always ready to assist. Upon arrival, they helped with our luggage and directed us to the front desk. Regarding the two-night package: I booked the travel photography session late, but the hotel and the photography company still managed to coordinate and provided us with a half-hour session on the morning of our departure. We opted for the most basic package, which was short and not tiring. The photographer from Yiqi Travel Photography was efficient, capturing all the key spots, and the results were far from perfunctory. It was a very smart decision for Wanghailou Hotel to include this service.

The hotel has a great location with sea views from the window, and it's very close to Ermalu Pedestrian Street, making it convenient for finding food and getting around. The room facilities are a bit old, and the breakfast is quite simple.

Staying at Le Méridien Xiaojing Bay for a short getaway completely exceeded my expectations—the experience was truly exceptional! The hotel's location is absolutely stunning; just opening the window reveals a breathtaking blue ocean view, and I could watch the sunrise right from my balcony. I woke up to the sound of waves in the morning and enjoyed evening strolls along the seaside promenade. Every moment was a wonderfully therapeutic scene. The hotel's services and amenities were very thoughtful, and our butler, Lucas, was always responsive. Overall, this is the perfect spot for a weekend escape. I'm already looking forward to my next visit!
