Marriott quality is always reliable. Hotel parking is free, and the front desk always has water for guests. I didn't have time to try the pool, but my sister enjoyed the afternoon tea. It's located very close to attractions like Love Post Office, Lighthouse, Fisher Girl Statue, and Jingshan Park. It would be great to ride the colorful and multi-person bikes if the weather wasn't so hot, but unfortunately, it was. The facilities are complete and clean, especially the sliding door design in the bathroom, which makes the space feel very open and bright – I even want to adopt it for my own home. It truly makes the room feel much more spacious.

My child loved it and wants to stay here again next time. Chimelong Ocean Kingdom has several hotels: Penguin Hotel, Spaceship Hotel, and Hengqin Bay. Each has its unique features. Hengqin Bay's main draws are its water park and dolphins. The water park opens at 9:30 AM, and that's when the dolphins are fed, allowing for close-up viewing. The package ticket offers unlimited entry to Ocean Kingdom for two days, which is incredibly good value. Especially in the hot summer, you can get tired after half a day of playing, so it's great for kids to return to the hotel to rest and then come back the next day to finish exploring. Plus, you get one-hour early entry, avoiding the 10 AM queues at the main Chimelong entrance by using the hotel's exclusive通道. Breakfast at the hotel is also very extensive, with a wide variety of steamed dim sum, noodles, and more. Everything is of excellent quality! My child had a blast eating and playing. Hengqin Bay is absolutely massive, divided into Dolphin and Seahorse sections. Upon entering, you're almost shocked to see about a dozen counters with staff checking people in – it gets incredibly crowded! Naturally, during breakfast, two large restaurants serve food simultaneously. There was a minor hiccup during check-in, but the concierge discreetly delivered four picture books and puzzles to the children, which was a very nice touch! We also had an experience ordering takeout. Everyone waited at the takeout handover point, and we were all assigned four-digit codes, making it feel like a secret agent rendezvous – quite amusing.

The hotel offers a great variety of activities, and our butler, Flora, received unanimous praise from both of us for her professionalism. @Flora's service was attentive, and she promptly responded to all our requests! The recommended 'Xiao Wan Travel Photography' is also super perfect for sisters who love to snap photos. In the evening, there are sunset activities on the beach, creating an absolutely amazing vibe for pictures. There are many dining options; the Food Gallery breakfast serves freshly made omelets and Cantonese dim sum, and the Thai food at Mi Yan is definitely worth trying, with its rich curry aroma. The room was clean and elegant, and opening the window revealed a large garden. We spent our free time strolling on the beach, enjoying the sea breeze at a leisurely pace – perfect for escaping the city and relaxing with friends.

Lacey methodically confirmed my estimated arrival time, thoroughly understood all my preferences for the floor, and confirmed my need for a non-smoking room🚭. As a solo traveler, I dislike noisy environments and hoped for a quiet, secluded room where I could peacefully daydream and enjoy the city views outside. Lacey kept these requests firmly in mind, reserving a room for me away from the elevator entrance to ensure tranquility. The road conditions on my drive to Zhuhai were complex and unpredictable🚙, making it difficult to pinpoint an exact arrival time. Throughout the multiple communications to adjust my arrival, Lacey remained patient and gentle, without a hint of impatience. Check-in upon arrival at the hotel was seamless. Opening the door to my room, I was immediately struck by the breathtaking high-altitude view🌆. The room itself was spacious and airy with excellent natural light, the soft furnishings were simple yet elegant, and the cleanliness was impeccable, with exquisite and complete toiletries. The hotel's butler service was on-call and responsive, quickly addressing any needs. The overall service felt just right – warm without being intrusive to personal space. The toiletries provided were complete and of good quality. The service throughout was exceptionally warm and attentive. The front desk staff were gentle and patient, and the check-in and check-out processes were quick and efficient, with no complicated steps. Any needs during my stay were promptly addressed by the staff, and the cleaning ladies were meticulous, proactively replenishing drinking water, tissues, and other supplies. The hotel's attention to detail was particularly thoughtful; the lighting and power outlet layout were well-designed, and the WiFi speed was stable and smooth, perfectly meeting both work and leisure needs. I booked this hotel based on its 'luxury' branding, expecting a similar level of service for special needs guests as I've experienced at other Hilton and Indigo properties in the same category. What I found was truly eye-opening. Upon arriving at night, there was no doorman or security, and the parking area outside was chaotic. I had specifically requested a shower chair when booking online, and reiterated it multiple times during check-in. Yet, it took ages to arrive after I checked in. It was only after calling the front desk and multiple nudges from Trip.com customer service that it finally showed up. Check-in itself took over 30 minutes; they couldn't find my booking when re-entering it. I had booked a sea-view room, but was assigned to the lowest floor. The 'sea view' was far from what the pictures depicted. Room amenities were also surprisingly sparse: no welcome fruit, an empty minibar, and only two lonely bottles of water. Honestly, even an Atour hotel offers more. While the hotel's hardware looks decent, service for guests with special needs felt like an afterthought. Despite its 'luxury' reputation, the responsiveness for basic accessibility features is worse than many standard chain hotels. Underneath its high-end luxury facade, the overall experience was severely disappointing. It's no wonder many other hotels nearby were fully booked while this one still had vacancies; I now completely understand why. My advice: don't gamble on this hotel's service.

The room was incredibly spacious with a unique layout. The bathtub by the window, along with the sink and shower, formed a long strip, while the toilet was separate near the door. This design made the room feel more like a suite, appearing larger than its actual size. The TV was a bit small, and I wasn't too fond of the somewhat dated city view from the window. The infinity pool was smaller than I expected, but the ocean view and sea breeze made it a fantastic experience. The gym was also on the smaller side and faced the rather run-down Gongbei Hotel. The welcome drink, an espresso I ordered, tasted great. Overall, it was an excellent stay, and I'd definitely come back!

Excellent sea-view hotel with fantastic views and a swimming pool. It's almost always fully booked, so our original room type wasn't available. The front desk staff were great and gave us a free upgrade. Hotel staff also helped deliver our food orders to the room. Very quiet and a wonderful experience. I would choose this hotel again next time.

This hotel offers incredible value for money! The facilities are all brand new, and the hygiene is top-notch. The front desk staff, especially the ladies, were super friendly and helpful. The location is also fantastic, making it very convenient to get to Hengqin Port and Chimelong. Best of all, the price is really affordable, and the experience is easily on par with a higher-end hotel like Hanting. I'll definitely be back!

Right across the road from the hotel is the beach, and it's a 2-3 minute walk to get into the water. You can cycle to attractions like the Love Post Office and the Zhuhai Fisher Girl statue. It's a 15-minute taxi ride to Gongbei Port, and also close to Jiuzhou Port for ferry connections, making it ideal for families traveling to/from Hong Kong and Macau. Our high-floor sea view room had floor-to-ceiling windows with great views of the sea and the sunset over the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macau Bridge – perfect for photos! The service was excellent. Highly recommended for families with kids.
