The hotel lobby is on the 5th floor, but there's a concierge on the 1st floor where you can store large luggage. Breakfast is a Hong Kong Cafe de Coral set meal; you choose it at the front desk when you check in, and it's delivered directly to your room the next morning. The shower pressure is fantastic – really refreshing! The facilities are complete, and the hygiene is excellent. Great value for money, highly recommended!

I scoured countless guides before visiting Chimelong Ocean Kingdom and ultimately chose the Hengqin Bay Hotel. Turns out, it was a fantastic decision. First, let's talk about the location. While it's a bit of a distance from the park, transportation is a non-issue. You can take a boat or a shuttle bus, both running very frequently. Waiting with kids wasn't a problem at all. The boat ride itself felt quite special, and my little one absolutely loved it. Walking into the hotel lobby was a delightful surprise. NPCs (character mascots) immediately greeted us, shaking hands, high-fiving, and posing for photos. They were incredibly enthusiastic. My child is usually a bit shy, but even they couldn't stop giggling. If you're traveling with young children, this kind of atmosphere is truly welcoming. Regarding the room, we were lucky enough to get an upgrade to a Flamingo View Room. We could see the flamingos in the park right from our window – a beautiful sea of pink that captivated my child for quite a while. The room itself was spacious; we could easily open two large suitcases and still have plenty of room to move around, never feeling cramped. I have to specifically praise the hotel's butler service. After adding them on WeChat, any request I sent was met with an almost instant reply and always fulfilled. Whether it was asking for kids' slippers, extra water bottles, or shuttle times, everything was handled quickly, which made our stay much less stressful. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options. The desserts were both exquisite and delicious. I particularly recommend the freshly made egg pancakes – hot and fragrant. Both adults and children will find something to enjoy. Now, about the water park – honestly, it felt a bit lackluster. The facilities weren't extensive or particularly new. However, since it's included with the stay and doesn't require an extra ticket, it's fine for a casual stroll and splashing around with the kids. Just don't go in with high expectations. Overall, our experience at this hotel was very positive. Despite the mediocre water park, the convenient transportation, attentive service, and excellent family-friendly atmosphere mean I'd definitely consider staying here again for our next trip to Chimelong.

Highly recommended! I booked two rooms at the Zhuhai Charming Holiday Hotel (Gongbei Port High-Speed Railway Station Branch), and it was such a warm and thoughtful experience. They even decorated the room for a birthday and delivered a cake! A huge thank you to their staff for all their hard work. The location is fantastic – it's just a few minutes' walk from the hotel entrance to Gongbei Port. I'll definitely make time to stay here again. The breakfast was also quite substantial and worth sharing with everyone! ✌🏻

Our May Day trip to Zhuhai was made perfect by choosing the InterContinental Zhuhai. The entire experience was outstanding! The hotel's location is superb, right on Lovers' Road South, offering incredibly soothing panoramic sea views. You can directly gaze at the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge and the Macau night skyline. The room was spacious and clean, the bedding was comfortable, and the bathroom amenities were high-end. The smart facilities were a thoughtful touch. A special thank you to our butler, Cindy! Her service throughout our stay was incredibly attentive. She proactively contacted us before check-in to confirm our needs, and upon arrival, promptly delivered welcome fruits and helpful tips. Since we were traveling with a child, Cindy also arranged for children's amenities, paying attention to every detail. Whenever we had questions, she was quick to respond and resolve them, making us feel right at home. The breakfast was abundant and delicious, and the pool was clean and comfortable. Cindy also kindly reminded us during check-out, making the whole experience exceptional. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Zhuhai – highly recommended!

The hotel itself exudes an elegant and grand atmosphere, with the dignified and classic feel of an old-school five-star establishment. The rooms are comfortable and spotless, and the bedding was particularly satisfying, ensuring a wonderful night's sleep. However, what truly impressed me and prompted me to write this review was the impeccable and outstanding service from the front office team. During check-in, the front desk staff were not only highly efficient but, more importantly, genuinely enthusiastic. They proactively inquired about our itinerary and patiently and thoroughly introduced the hotel's unique facilities and local attractions, even thoughtfully providing a hand-drawn food map. This meticulous attention to detail significantly enhanced our overall check-in experience!

You can watch the sunrise in the morning and the glittering city lights at night; even the reflections on the water shimmer like precious jewels. The room is spacious and comfortable, and the service is incredibly warm and thoughtful. Celebrating my daughter's birthday with such a stunning view was an exceptional parent-child experience! The absolute highlight is the breathtaking 180-degree unobstructed sea view. At night, you can lie in bed and watch the illuminated Zhuhai Grand Theater, and wake up to the sunrise over the ocean – truly a 10/10 experience. The service attitude is also excellent, and the breakfast is quite lavish. Whether you're traveling with kids or on a business trip, this hotel is a solid choice. Highly recommended!

Came to Shanwei on a self-driving trip and stayed at the Baiman Hotel. The facilities are complete, and the hygiene is neat and clean. The environment is beautiful with a lovely sea view. The service was warm and attentive; they even gave us a free room upgrade, which was a nice touch! The hotel is also conveniently located near Er Malu Food Street, where everything is delicious.
