It's incredibly convenient for getting around, and there's a constant flow of people. Dining and shopping are also just a short walk away. The front desk is on the fifth floor. The entire hotel's style and details evoke a classic Hong Kong and Macau 'old money' aesthetic. The hotel's room service staff are very polite. One day, I noticed a cigarette smoke smell drifting into the bathroom from the adjacent room, which meant I had to keep the exhaust fan running continuously.

Hotel facilities were comprehensive. The indoor heated pool had crystal-clear water, and the changing rooms were clean and orderly. The staff provided professional and attentive service; front desk check-in was efficient and orderly, concierge staff proactively assisted with luggage, and room service was prompt and thorough. Other details were equally impressive: the guest room corridors were spacious and well-lit, the parking lot was well-managed and equipped with charging stations, the express checkout system was simple to use, the back garden offered a tranquil and elegant environment, and nearby amenities were convenient and comprehensive. Overall, Hengqin Bay Hotel maintains an admirable standard in both hardware maintenance and service quality, balancing comfortable experiences with practical convenience. It is indeed an ideal choice for a family vacation.

Evenings at the Executive Lounge were particularly delightful; enjoying expertly crafted drinks amidst soft music, overlooking the city as the lights came on, was truly the most luxurious way to unwind during my trip.

Her special hidden-menu concoctions immediately won over my friend and me, becoming a delightful little surprise during our trip. Location: The hotel is located near MixC, within walking distance of Longyan South Road's food street. It's conveniently located, making it easy to find great food. Food: The breakfast is extensive, featuring Chaoshan specialties. The Phoenix Dancong tea-infused scrambled eggs and the congee with freshly sliced beef were absolutely delicious. The only minor drawback was that by 9:30 AM on a weekend, the beef for the noodle soup station was already out and not being replenished, which felt a bit rushed. The dinner at the Executive Lounge was decent, good for a light taste. There were too few concierges at the entrance. When we checked out, there was no one available to help with luggage, which is something that could be improved. Overall, it's a good choice for both leisure trips with friends and business travel.

Our family vacation at the Zhuhai Wanghai Tower Hotel was a truly wonderful experience. The biggest surprise was the children's room design, featuring three large 'Octonauts' themed plush toys that thrilled the kids, as these were characters from their favorite cartoon. The hotel also thoughtfully provided a complimentary travel photography service. The photographer from Yiqi Travel Photography was very professional and skilled at capturing candid moments with the children. The photos turned out natural and exceeded our expectations, creating beautiful memories of our vacation. This added service was truly heartwarming. Special mention goes to the professional and attentive staff. Ms. Louie was very welcoming during check-in and later proactively sent WeChat messages detailing hotel facilities and dining times. This meticulous service made us feel incredibly valued. The hotel's amenities were also fantastic. The sea-view rooms offered expansive views, and the infinity pool and gym facilities were well-equipped. Although the weather was too cold for swimming, it would definitely be a great experience in the summer. Overall, this family vacation, spanning three rooms, was an amazing experience. The kids were happy, and the adults were relaxed. We would definitely choose this hotel again for our next vacation and highly recommend it to families with children!

My trip to Shanwei was truly satisfying. The hotel offered excellent service, was very clean, and had all the necessary facilities. Plus, there are so many delicious food options right downstairs on Er Malu Food Street.

As soon as we opened the curtains, we were greeted by a vast expanse of blue, and the sea breeze immediately put us in that relaxed vacation mood. The hotel environment was very clean, and the resort atmosphere was just perfect, making for a very comfortable stay. The service also deserves a special mention. Our butler, Kiki, was incredibly thoughtful. She proactively sent us some helpful tips, which saved us a lot of trouble. She was always quick to respond to any requests, making her super reliable. Overall, the experience was fantastic, absolutely no complaints. I'm already thinking about when I can come back next!
