The room is really well decorated and well furnished. The view from the room is spectacular too! There were scooters you can rent right in front of the building which is so convenient for you to ride around the Erhai Lake! There is also a 24 hrs convenience store in the building and food stalls opposite the building.

I had a very pleasant and relaxing stay at Aranya! The personal butler service by 管家阿军 was truly exceptional. He and his team were warm, thoughtful, and attentive to every little detail — making sure all my requests were taken care of with care and efficiency. The view of my room is breathtaking! Room is clean & super comfy. To top it off, they even surprised us with a beautifully prepared cake. Such heartfelt touches made the whole experience feel extra special. Right by Erhai Park, it's a quick 10-minute drive to the high-speed train station with no traffic. You can find places to eat right downstairs, which is super convenient. The room has a great view, and there's Bluetooth so you can play music. The front desk staff were always helpful. The only thing I think could be improved is the breakfast; for this price point, it was a bit underwhelming.

The family room's decor was incredibly thoughtful, and the cartoon theme was a huge hit with the kids. The bedding was clean and soft, and the space was roomy without feeling cramped. The included small tent and toys were such a considerate touch; my child absolutely loved playing with them. The bathroom even had kids' toiletries – they really paid attention to every detail. The staff were friendly and welcoming, making for an excellent stay. For families traveling with children, choosing this hotel makes everything so much easier. Highly recommended!

Seriously, this hotel is beyond amazing! I just wanted to book a hotel close to Dali Station for my last day, but I ended up having the most wonderful hotel experience of my 10-day Yunnan trip here. Miss Liang added me on WeChat a day in advance, thoughtfully asking about my arrival time. On the day itself, she was already waiting downstairs to greet me, helped carry my luggage upstairs, and explained everything about the hotel. The hotel itself is also perfect; being on the 19th floor offers an unobstructed view of the beautiful Erhai Lake. I booked a 'random' king room and was lucky enough to stay in the 'Lu' room. The view from the huge bay window is absolutely stunning – I felt like I could lie there all day. The bathroom has a wet/dry separation, and the disposable toiletries are very complete. There's also a super large soaking tub, though I didn't get a chance to try it due to time constraints. The restaurant offers 24-hour fruit and beverages, and I heard the breakfast is delicious, but I unfortunately mistook the breakfast time. I'll definitely try it next time! The hotel is located in the city center, close to several large shopping malls. It's less than a 10-minute taxi ride to Kunbai Department Store Taiye City, which is really convenient. On the day of my departure, Sister Liang arranged a complimentary shuttle service to the station for me. All in all, a perfect hotel experience, and the perfect Sister Liang~! I will definitely be back!!

The hotel's location is excellent, with the beautiful S-bay on the right and the ecological corridor on the left, offering stunning views! The room was clean and tidy, and we had a panoramic view of Erhai Lake! The staff's service was also top-notch! When we checked out, they even helped us plan our next travel destination and gave us a souvenir!

Backed by Cangshan Mountain and facing Erhai Lake, it offers a 270° panoramic view of Erhai Lake + the entire Dali Ancient City. The view is absolutely divine! It's a quiet oasis amidst the hustle and bustle, very close to the ancient city yet completely avoiding the crowds and noise. The public areas, courtyard, and terrace are all picture-perfect. The pure white, Instagrammable style combined with Wabi-sabi aesthetics feels both luxurious and timeless. Our room was spacious and comfortable, and the bedding was super soft. The toiletries and little details were all top-notch. The 24-hour butler service was attentive without being intrusive. Watching the clouds drift by during the day, chasing the orange sunset over the sea in the evening, and simply relaxing with the breeze at night – this is the true meaning of a Dali vacation ✨. This lakeside hotel in Dali is a real hidden gem! It faces Erhai Lake directly, and opening the window reveals stunning turquoise waters. The gentle lake breeze is incredibly soothing, and you're just a few steps away from feeling the lake's tranquility. The hotel's afternoon tea is a thoughtful touch – beautifully presented and delicious. Enjoying it from a scenic spot while admiring the lake view is pure bliss. The swing in the garden was an unexpected delight; swaying there while gazing at the sea and listening to the wind created such a wonderful atmosphere, perfect for amazing photos. The room was clean and comfortable with all the necessary amenities, and the service was meticulous and attentive. My entire experience was fantastic. It's perfect for both a relaxing getaway and for capturing some great photos. This hotel truly enhanced my wonderful time in Dali, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone visiting!

The room is spacious with a great view. The sunrise is beautiful, and you can walk right down to Erhai Lake. The west side of the lake (Haixi) is less windy and warmer. The east side (Haidong) is much windier and colder. I'd recommend staying on the west side. Haidong is nice for a visit though. You can watch the sunrise in the morning and then head to Haixi in the afternoon – for example, the sunset at Shuanglang is stunning, though it's a bit far. It's better to rent a car to get around. However, avoid driving during peak seasons like National Day or Chinese New Year; parking is impossible to find and expensive. Even parking an e-bike in Dali costs 3 yuan.

The overall service was excellent, and the environment was great too. They offer afternoon tea and evening milk, and the rooms even have oxygen concentrators. It's also convenient to get a taxi within Dukezong. Just one thing to note: because we had an early morning high-speed train, I repeatedly asked if airport transfer was available in the morning. The group chat replies all confirmed it was possible and a car would be provided. However, on the morning we were leaving, I messaged the group chat with no reply, and upon reaching the front desk, I found out no transfer car had been arranged! The front desk staff offered to call a taxi for us. I was quite anxious at the time and managed to hail a taxi myself within a few minutes, which was lucky. The front desk staff later reimbursed us for the taxi fare. All other services were absolutely fine. This is just a heads-up for others: if you need to catch an early high-speed train, remember to have a backup plan and allow extra time to avoid similar situations.
