A wonderful stay! The room was absolutely gorgeous and well-designed. I was deeply impressed by the staff, who went above and beyond to help us. Best of all, it’s located very close to the high-speed train station, making our transit seamless and convenient. Would definitely come back!

It took only 20 minutes by taxi to get to Dounan Flower Market, which made buying fresh cut flowers super convenient. The front desk even proactively gave me a guide for sightseeing and dining in Chenggong. The room had great natural light, making it feel bright and spacious. It was a very hassle-free stay before catching my bus.

This review comes purely from my personal experience, and this place offers 100% amazing value for money! It completely redefined my perception of a guesthouse stay. I've always loved ******* culture, so when I came to the ******* area, I chose Sangzhu Boutique House. From the moment I walked in, the experience was fantastic. First, the butler warmly greeted me and presented me with a Hada (a traditional ceremonial scarf). Stepping further in, there were various lounge areas on both sides, and even a Thangka painting experience zone. Going one more level in, you'd find the front desk, with a beautifully decorated Tibetan-style reception area. After checking in, I proceeded to the accommodation area. I went up to the second floor, to a suite that had been upgraded. The traditional door lock opened to reveal ******* paintings and two exquisite ******* copper ornaments – truly stunning. Inside was the living room, where a welcome afternoon tea was laid out. The butter tea was delicious, and the yogurt, cookies, and other treats were all excellent. The bedroom was further inside. The side door to the bedroom led to a meticulously designed bathroom, with a copper bathtub and sink that felt incredibly authentic. The curtains and ceiling throughout the suite showcased a carefully crafted ******* style. The restaurant was also beautifully set up, with fresh flowers on the dining tables. The staff even taught us how to make Tsampa (a traditional ******* staple), which was a great experience. The butler service was impeccable. Every experience, from the hardware facilities to the decorations and arrangements, made me feel that a lot of thought and care had been put in, with a customer-centric philosophy. Absolutely exceptional value for money! Finally, due to altitude sickness, I had to leave earlier than planned. The staff immediately helped me with the check-out process and assisted with my luggage, which I greatly appreciated. Everything about this place left me extremely satisfied. For anyone who loves ******* culture and wants to experience it, I highly recommend coming here!

Stayed here for 2 nights, but in two different rooms, so I got to experience both. Overall, the hotel has a great view and a generally comfortable stay. It is a bit far from most main attractions, although it is relatively close to the railway station. There is a nearby bus station (Line 6), but getting to the Ancient Town and other popular areas is still quite far, so using Didi is often the easier option. The lobby also provides tea, coffee, and water, which is a nice touch. My first room was on the 2nd floor and felt very modern and new. The bed was especially comfortable, and everything felt fresh and well-designed — I really liked this room. My second room was on the 5th floor, and there is no lift in the building, so carrying luggage up the stairs can be quite tiring. The staff kindly helped me, which I really appreciated, especially since it was quite a lot of effort. This room had a nice view, but it felt a bit older compared to the first one, especially the bathroom. If I had to choose, I personally preferred the first room for its newer feel and comfort, but both stays were still pleasant in different ways.

The location is fantastic, right by Erhai Lake. The room was spotless and tidy, with solid wood furniture and stone carvings that gave it a wonderful traditional cultural feel. The toiletries and bedding were excellent, making for a very comfortable sleep. You can tell the owner put a lot of thought into the details; they don't compromise on quality of life. If you like peace and quiet, definitely choose a mountain-view room. You can also relax on the rooftop, gazing at the sea – it's perfect for both activity and tranquility. The service was also attentive and thoughtful. Highly recommended!

Seriously, Erhai Lake is right outside the door! And getting around is quite convenient, it's easy to hail a taxi. You do need to walk out a bit to catch a taxi, but it's not far. They offer pick-up and drop-off services for both check-in and check-out, which is great. It's also super convenient for cycling around Erhai Lake; just a short walk ahead and you'll find bike-sharing stations. The owners are all very friendly too, and the room is very clean.

The experience at Dali Songyun Banshan Hotel completely surpassed what I anticipated, and I especially want to commend our dedicated butler, Kevin. His service was professional, thoughtful, and truly top-notch! Even before we arrived, Kevin proactively contacted us to confirm our itinerary, discuss our needs, and even thoughtfully advised us on the weather and what to wear. Upon arrival, he was already waiting for us at the entrance, enthusiastically helped with our luggage, and swiftly handled the check-in process. He then meticulously explained the hotel facilities and how to use the smart devices in the room. He also thoughtfully recommended his favorite local eateries and lesser-known scenic spots, and the sightseeing route he planned for us was incredibly practical. During our stay, Kevin was incredibly responsive, practically replying to messages instantly and being available whenever we needed him. When I mentioned wanting breakfast on the room's balcony, he made sure the table was set up beforehand. When I casually expressed an interest in local experiences, he helped book a cycling trip around Erhai Lake and a tie-dye workshop, arranging everything perfectly. Upon departure, Kevin pre-arranged our transport, helped with our luggage, and escorted us all the way to the entrance – so warm and considerate. The hotel itself has an exceptional environment with panoramic views of Cangshan Mountain and Erhai Lake, and the facilities are of high quality. However, Kevin's service truly made this trip extra heartwarming and unforgettable. I highly recommend Songyun Banshan, and you can't go wrong asking for Butler Kevin. I will definitely choose this place again on my next visit to Dali!

The location of the homestay is good. It is very close to the ideal state and Jinsuo Island cruise ship terminal. The room is newly renovated. It is very beautiful and the picture of the reservation is exactly the same. The main thing is that although there are four floors, there is an elevator. The cleaning is also very clean. Every day, there is a cleaning process. Fruits and drinks are delivered. It is also very good to open the window and you can see the scenery of the Bohai Sea. The entrance is the hydrophilic plank road. The living room and small yard downstairs can be in a daze all day. Breakfast is a set meal. Rice noodles and soy milk porridge are very rich and taste good. The boss is very humorous and will recommend a place to play. Leave the flight this night. The takeaway in the lobby on the first floor actually gave me a bottle of wind, snow and moon haha and sent it to the airport.

Following the travel guide provided by the owner, we visited some incredibly scenic spots. The owner also recommended many delicious restaurants and snack bars that offered great taste at reasonable prices. The hotel's location is fantastic, with parking right outside and an elevator, which is super convenient for elderly guests and those with luggage. The owners, a husband and wife duo, are incredibly warm and attentive. They made sure we had plenty of bottled water, and our room was spotless and well-maintained. The decor is stylish and modern, perfect for couples, and the facilities are comprehensive. The hot water supply was excellent with strong water pressure, making for a very comfortable bath in the tub. The smart voice-controlled curtains opened up to a stunning sea view, which was a lovely touch. We were especially touched when the owner offered us a free ride to the airport for our late-night flight, as it was difficult for us to arrange transport with our elderly parents and children. Given the affordable price, the owners' exceptional hospitality, and the cleanliness, this hotel left a deep impression on us. If we ever come back to Dali, we'll definitely choose this place again.

This stay was incredibly comfortable; I never expected it to be this good! The hotel lobby was impeccably clean, every corner spotless, a truly pleasant sight. The walls were covered with numerous banners of appreciation, showing the owner and staff's dedication – no wonder everyone recommends it! The receptionist was exceptionally kind and welcoming, making check-in quick and easy. The view from the sixth floor was simply amazing; you could see the sea, and on a clear day, the sunlight filtering through the clouds created a beautiful Tyndall effect – perfect for taking stunning photos. The room had a mahjong table, perfect for relaxing with friends. Thankfully, the high floor meant playing wouldn't disturb other guests, making it comfortable and worry-free. The attention to detail was also excellent; the bathroom provided free disposable toilet seat covers, ensuring cleanliness and peace of mind. Driving was also very convenient, with free parking available, making parking hassle-free and easy. The overall environment is quiet and comfortable, with complete facilities and exceptionally attentive service. It's perfect for relaxing by the sea or a casual get-together with friends. The entire stay was pleasant and without a single unpleasant experience. I was very satisfied with the overall experience and would definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in the area. I highly recommend it to anyone planning a trip here.
