It was a wonderful stay! The apartment was very clean, spacious, and comfortable, with a beautiful view. All amenities were available, and the building felt extremely safe with secure access and security. The host was very friendly and responsive at all times. The price is excellent compared to others, and the location is great ..close to cafés and a nearby park. Highly recommended! 🌟

While traveling in Lijiang and Dali, this guesthouse was hands down the best accommodation experience of my entire trip. The front desk staff, both the guys and girls, were incredibly welcoming. They even upgraded our room for free during check-in. The bathroom was spotless and refreshing, and the cozy tatami bed was a dream. The entire room featured smart home technology, which was fantastic – everything was automated, no need to lift a finger. I hadn't planned much before coming to Dali, but the front desk attendant meticulously explained and recommended a touring itinerary. They were always responsive and ready to answer any questions we had. The best part is that the guesthouse is right by the ancient city, just a few minutes' walk away. After exploring the ancient city, we could come back and chat around a bonfire with everyone, which really made it feel like home. Before I even left, I brought some old friends I unexpectedly met during my travels to see the place. I'm already planning to stay here again if I get another chance to visit Dali.

This guesthouse is incredibly clean and well-equipped, and everything looks very new. Upon check-in, we received flower cakes, and at check-out, they even gave us tea. You can also enjoy free tea in the lobby, and the breakfast was delicious. We arrived quite late in Dali that day, but they thoughtfully arranged a car to pick us up and take us to the guesthouse. They even helped us retrieve a package that was delivered to a different station. All the rooms we booked were scenic view rooms, and the views were absolutely stunning! The top floor also offers an unparalleled view – definitely wake up early to catch the sunrise and Mount Cangshan from there! They even upgraded one of our rooms for free. Although the guesthouse doesn't have an elevator, they assisted us with our luggage during both check-in and check-out. Overall, our experience was fantastic; we felt incredibly well taken care of. If we get the chance to visit Dali again, we'll definitely be back! 👍

The environment is great and very clean, and the room is spacious. The owner even upgraded our room during the off-season. The breakfast was also delicious, and you can see Erhai Lake right when you open the curtains, which is lovely. I'll definitely come back if I have the chance next time.

The lobby and hallways are the most unique I've ever seen in a hotel. The room itself is also very spacious, and the underfloor heating was wonderfully warm. The front desk service was excellent; they even offered a Hada (a traditional ******* silk scarf) and helped carry my luggage to the room. The breakfast the next morning was also very rich and varied. So why only 4 stars for facilities? Because for a 1000-yuan hotel, you'd expect the shower's overhead spray to work properly. Everything else was perfect and deserves praise.

The breakfast offered a good variety, the environment was beautiful, and it was quiet at night. Coming during the off-season offered great value for money. They even gave out small gifts for Christmas, which was a thoughtful touch. **Environment:** The room was exceptionally clean, virtually right on Erhai Lake, and the balcony had a fantastic sea view. Breakfast was varied, the surroundings were lovely, and it was peaceful at night. Visiting in the off-season provided excellent value for money. They even had little Christmas gifts, which was a very thoughtful gesture. **Service:** The service was absolutely wonderful. They offered luggage transfer, the front desk and butler were super friendly, and they even assisted with laundry. Free water and beverages were supplied in the room. **Cleanliness:** Clean and odor-free, the room walls were sparkling white.

Before coming to Dali, I spent a lot of time comparing hotels and finally chose Pullman, opting against a B&B. It turned out to be a wise decision. I was traveling with my parents, and all of us were very satisfied. The front desk staff had an amazing attitude and proactively upgraded us to an executive floor. The concierge was enthusiastic and professional. We had a lot of luggage, and they handled everything for us. Our butler, Mary, was incredibly attentive, from recommending various itineraries and providing a hand-drawn hotel map to suggesting local delicacies and sending thoughtful daily greetings. She was both professional and warm. The hotel gym isn't huge but is very well-equipped. The breakfast was also delicious, with Dali specialties like Ersi (rice noodles), roasted Erkuai (rice cake), and Xidoufen (pea flour soup), all tasting great. Here's a small detail: I left my room card on the dining table. Before I even reached the elevator and realized my mistake, a kind lady from the restaurant came running to bring it to me. To sum up, among all the hotels I've experienced during my self-driving trip in Yunnan, I feel the Pullman staff have the best service attitude. From the front desk, concierge, and butler to the restaurant staff and even the cleaning crew, everyone was smiling and thoughtful towards guests. A huge thumbs-up! I hope you continue to maintain such high standards of service!

We arrived at 2 AM, and the owner still came out to greet us, which was incredibly kind. Since we arrived so late, they even upgraded our room. The rooms here are really spacious, about three times the size of a typical hotel room. The room's location is also fantastic; the balcony offers an unobstructed sea view. If you're looking for a sea-view room, this is definitely the place to go!

I chose this place for my weekend getaway by Erhai Lake. The decor is full of exquisite details, and all the amenities are high-quality. The staff, from the lovely ladies at the front desk to the handsome guy on night duty, the auntie serving breakfast, and even the chef, were all incredibly thoughtful! Seriously, from the moment we arrived in the afternoon, starting with afternoon tea, everything felt so warm and welcoming. The latte art for afternoon tea was meticulously crafted, with rich, creamy foam. The cakes even matched the room's decor – how amazing is that?! We also had tremella soup in the evening. The rice noodles at breakfast were absolutely delicious! The accompanying whole grain staples included corn, pumpkin, sweet potato, tangyuan (glutinous rice balls), eggs, and bread. And the view? You get a panoramic vista of Erhai Lake! It's both serene and artistically vibrant! I really think their official description is too modest! The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable, and the toiletries, toilet, even the showerhead were all top-notch. The foot bath room even had a floor-to-ceiling window with an electric transparency function – that was a pleasant surprise! They had a Dyson hairdryer, wooden combs, and huge succulent potted plants. I'm so tired, I can't even praise them anymore. I have to complain again about their promotional video; it doesn't describe the place nearly as well as I just did. This place is truly worth coming back to for multiple vacations!

If I could, I’ll give a score of 100/10! This is such a fantastic experience staying here. What is so impressive is the SERVICE and the actual room facilities. The staff is soooooooo friendly and helpful - he basically helped me plan my itinerary every day because I came with zero plans and only wanted to relax. He helped me to plan my route and book a car for day use. And the driver is amazing too - he brought me to try 扎染 tie dye even when I didn’t know anything about it. He made sure I went to a local experience instead of expensive tourist trap. And he’s great at taking photos too! Back to the staff. He would understand what I’m interested in and then give suggestions that I’ll like. Amazing. And there is even a whole list of things to watch out for when visiting all the tourists attractions. When you arrive, they’ll also message you all the places to eat. There is also a convenience store right downstairs if you want to buy anything. They also gives you instructions if you want food delivery. So detailed!! And they are so proud of the fact that their rooms are exactly what it looked like on the app. So clean so new so amazing. Look at that view! You wake up to the view of the vast sea. And there is a giant bath tub for you to experience soaking in bubble bath (also given) at the same time. The toilets are always the make or break when travelling. And the toilets are amazing again. AUTOMATIC flush and the seat cover automatically opens and close. My goodness. And the shower has different outlets if you want some form of water acupuncture 🤣 very modern. And they even have a towel dryer/heater!!! You can dry anything small and it’ll be dry and crisp. Normally hotel pillows give me headaches. But not here! They have the latex foam pillow and also the normal fluffy pillows. It is so suitable and comfortable for me who is accustomed to memory foam pillows. How can accommodation get so detailed and excellent? Breakfast is another wonderful experience. You go the dining area and an aunty cooks porridge or noodles or meat buns or corn or sweet potatoes and serve them to you. There is even soya bean drink and fritters and lots of sauces and seasonings and small bites. And there is unlimited bottled beverages like honey jasmine tea or oolong tea and fruits and coffee. How do they even make a profit? And there is even a place to rest and relax and drink tea if you come with friends. I can’t wait to come back here with more friends and family and let me experience what I enjoyed so much here. Thank you to the staff and to the boss! 😁😍
