The ocean view from our 29th-floor room was absolutely stunning! The service was top-notch; despite our early arrival, the staff kindly prepared breakfast for us and arranged an early check-in. The location is perfect, right across from a vibrant food street and next to Erhai Park. Waking up to the sight of seagulls and the breathtaking views of Haixi and Haidong was a highlight. I’ll definitely be back!

It was a wonderful stay! The apartment was very clean, spacious, and comfortable, with a beautiful view. All amenities were available, and the building felt extremely safe with secure access and security. The host was very friendly and responsive at all times. The price is excellent compared to others, and the location is great ..close to cafés and a nearby park. Highly recommended! 🌟

We booked the Dali Molv Mountain Residence B&B because it's only 300 meters from Honglongjing Gate of Dali Ancient City, and being just outside the city walls made it convenient for us to park our car and unload luggage. As soon as we checked in, the friendly male and female receptionists eagerly led us to a large map of Dali and gave us a detailed introduction to local attractions and food recommendations. Fearing we might forget everything, they even sent us a text with the information. Stepping into our room, the first thing we noticed was the semi-open courtyard filled with tropical plants visible through the panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows, making us feel as if we were surrounded by nature. The sleek, modern minimalist decor and smart amenities were also very refreshing. Whether it was the exquisite afternoon tea after a long journey or gathering around the stove for tea after a tiring day of sightseeing, we felt a warm sense of home. The big ragdoll cat and two Shiba Inus also loved playing and cuddling with us. And the electric blanket was a godsend for sleeping soundly during winter in Dali... Dali remains beautiful and charming in winter. We'll definitely return to this windy city, to the romantic Dali, and we'll certainly stay at Molv B&B again. We'll also share our wonderful experience with our friends and family.

The location is indeed a bit out of the way, outside the ancient city, so you'll need navigation to find it. **Service:** Excellent! Throughout my stay, the staff's attitude in arranging things and helping me understand everything about the surroundings was superb. **Cleanliness:** The room was very clean. The hotel seems quite new, so the whole room felt great. The room they assigned me also had a view of the outside, essentially four floor-to-ceiling windows, and even a small balcony. It was really wonderful and beautiful. I'm Uncle Ben, a man from China who believes in kindness and charm, and I highly recommend this place.

The environment is great and very clean, and the room is spacious. The owner even upgraded our room during the off-season. The breakfast was also delicious, and you can see Erhai Lake right when you open the curtains, which is lovely. I'll definitely come back if I have the chance next time.

This hotel is incredibly well-designed, attracting many visitors who specifically come for coffee, Thangka painting experiences, and travel photography. We were there during Christmas, and the festive decorations made for some fantastic photo opportunities. The rooms have underfloor heating and oxygen concentrators, ensuring warmth in winter and helping with altitude sickness. The location is also excellent; you step out and immediately see Guishan Hill and the giant prayer wheel, making it very convenient for hiking and exploring Dukezong Ancient City on foot.

This hotel is right by the sea, and all the rooms facing Erhai Lake have balconies, perfect for watching the sunset and feeding seagulls without even leaving your room. The room itself is quite spacious; the one we booked even had an extra-large bathtub with a view. The downstairs restaurant is fantastic for photos. The hotel's location is near the northern part of Shuanglang Ancient Town's center. It's just a one or two-minute walk from the hotel entrance through an alley to the main street. What really stood out was the incredibly thoughtful and attentive service, which was especially heartwarming for a winter trip. Not only did they give us a small gift and warm bottled water at check-out, but every evening they also delivered warm drinks like milk or tremella soup to our room. The breakfast was also excellent. Each person gets a set meal, and the ingredients change daily, plus you can ask for refills if you need more. My only minor complaints are that there are two ongoing construction projects in the small alley where the hotel is located, which makes the external environment look a bit messy. Also, while the room was spacious enough, the soft furnishings could be laid out more logically. For example, there should be a rack or cabinet near the bathroom door for towels and clothes, and the sink area felt a bit cramped. Photo 1 is the balcony, Photo 2 is an interior view of the room. Choosing Pullman for the end of 2025 and the beginning of 2026 proved to be excellent value for money. As a luxury international chain hotel by Erhai Lake, my simple review can be summarized in three points. Firstly, the hotel quality: the location is superb, the new facilities offer a full sense of technology, and the bedding and bathrooms are impeccable. The electric blackout blinds are convenient and efficient. Secondly, the service: Front Office Manager Xiao Ma provided us with incredible surprises for our trip. From room upgrades to additional value-added experiences and travel planning, she genuinely cared for every guest. Lastly, the dining: We stayed for four days and had rice noodles at the Chinese restaurant and two meals at the Thai restaurant, which speaks volumes about the hotel's dining standards. Finally, the hotel's impressive wall of awards is truly well-deserved.

The garage offers free charging stations, and they even have their own independent parking lot. If you hand over your car keys at night, the front desk will charge your car for you. It's incredibly rare to find a guesthouse in Dali with both independent parking and charging stations. They also have their own restaurant with affordable prices and delicious food.

The highlight of this hotel is the breathtaking view from the room. The hotel ambience feels homey and comfortable. I rarely write reviews for my trips, but this hotel truly won my heart with its welcoming service and friendly receptionists. What surprised me the most was the hotel driver, Mr. Mars, who offered to take us to Dali Railway Station free of charge. As we needed to catch our train, he did his very best to get us there as quickly as possible. What an amazing and unforgettable service!
