The hotel's location is excellent! 👍 The service attitude is great, facilities are complete, and transportation is convenient. Especially, there's a fantastic Malay restaurant (Restoran Nikmat 2) right behind it – highly recommended! After 11 PM, the hot water supply wasn't quite sufficient, only lukewarm. Also, there was a sewer odor in the bathroom. Hope these minor issues can be improved upon.

This is a great hotel located near the city center and very convenient for the airport. The facilities are excellent, with everything you need, including a swimming pool and fitness center. It's a good option for a quick overnight stay if you arrive late at night, though the breakfast is just okay. The front desk staff were fairly friendly. The scent in the elevator was a bit odd, though.

Facilities: All amenities are available. Cleanliness: Spotless and tidy. Environment: Prime downtown location, with a street full of massage parlors downstairs. The bar street is a 5-minute walk, and Gaya Street is 15 minutes away. Service: Warm and friendly. My only complaint is the excessive noise! The sea view from the room is breathtaking, but the noise from the bar street across the way goes on until after 2 AM!

The public areas were meticulously maintained, and the hallways were quiet and odor-free. The room had amazing natural light, a comfortable view, and good soundproofing, so I could get a peaceful, undisturbed rest after a long day out. 🛏️ Room Amenities The bedding was soft and skin-friendly, and the mattress was just the right firmness—I slept straight through the night! The bathroom had a dry/wet separation, hot water came out quickly, and the toiletries were high quality. The air conditioning, WiFi, and charging ports all worked great, meeting all my daily needs. As someone who pays attention to details, I was super satisfied. 💰 Value for Money Compared to other places of similar quality in the same area, the price was incredibly fair! New facilities, excellent hygiene, and attentive service—you get a high-quality experience without breaking the bank. Students and workers, just book it without hesitation; the value for money is absolutely legendary.

I originally booked for 3 nights, and it was like opening a mystery box when I saw the guesthouse – I was really pleased with how clean and nice it was. So I extended my stay for another 2 nights! It's also super convenient for walking to Gaya Street, Durian Street, the island hopping jetty (KK), and the night market near Atlantic Hotel. If I had to pick a downside, it's that because it's so close to Kota Kinabalu Airport (only a 10-minute drive), accommodations around Gaya Street will have some airplane noise.

I expected a great hotel stay and they delivered. All the staff were lovely. Thank you for that. My only issue is the lack of room information regarding what is available in the hotel. Normally I would expect marketing information and menus for restarunt and bar in the room. The TV does give room service menu but was not required. Fortunately we found Ben, the Concierge in the lobby who very kindly explained what we asked, and provided a map for the area. Very welcome. Thank you very much.

The location is super convenient, right next to Suria Sabah shopping mall. Shopping, groceries, and dining are all within easy reach. The DBKK jetty is a 3-5 minute walk away, making island hopping a breeze. Gaya Street is also a 6-10 minute walk, perfect for shopping and picking up local specialties. All in all, the location is excellent! (The best part is that you can find Shu Da Xia hotpot inside Suria Sabah, and there's another Sichuan restaurant next to Ya Yan. It's tough getting used to local food when traveling abroad, it's often too sweet, so having familiar Chinese food was a huge blessing!) The family room we booked for four was very spacious. On our first day, we were lucky to find a very pretty front desk lady who spoke Chinese, though she was the only one – the other staff only spoke English. Communication was smooth on the first day, and check-in was quick. We ran into her again on our last day, and she offered free luggage storage. I'd definitely stay here again next time. The buffet breakfast had limited variety, but it was enough to fill you up, and you could still find something you liked. (Don't set your expectations too high; it's not as lavish as the breakfasts offered in various hotels back home.) There's also a rooftop pool, which we unfortunately didn't get to use due to time constraints. We had a sea view from our room, which was a pleasant surprise!

The hotel is just a 10-minute walk from the beach, which is ranked as the third best sunset beach in the world. It's an older hotel with small balconies and a quiet atmosphere. The front desk was able to arrange an early check-in. They speak fluent English, but didn't understand any Chinese. There aren't many food stores nearby, and seafood is quite expensive. It's a convenient 10-kilometer taxi ride to the city center.

We had such a comfortable and enjoyable stay at this Apartment! The 4-room apartment was spacious, clean, and perfect for a big family or friends. Each room was well-maintained, with cozy beds and plenty of space for everyone to relax. The living area was bright and welcoming — a great spot for family/friends bonding after a day out. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy for us to prepare simple meals together. We also loved the balcony view, which added a nice touch of calm to our mornings. The location was convenient, walking distance to shopping mall, shops, restaurants, and attractions. The host was friendly, responsive, and thoughtful, making our stay even more pleasant. Overall, it felt like a home away from home — perfect for families or groups looking for comfort, convenience, and value. Highly recommended! 🌟🏡
