The hotel is actually a boutique B&B. The facilities and room sizes are better in the town. The lake view from the window is beautiful, but the hotel is not in the most central location of the town. It is on the hillside. Fortunately, the whole town is not big, and it is less than 200 meters to the town center or the town entrance for the best photos and check-ins.

独行客-客Clean and quiet room, comfortable bed, walking distance to the train station and historic part of the city, restaurants, shops and a supermarket as well as public transportation are all nearby. Highly recommended.

Everything was perfect except that we had check-in at another hotel which is about 5 mins drive from where we booked. It would be nice to give us an information beforehand not surprise us by a little note on the property and told us to follow the location. There was no parking spot at all at the hotel we had to check-in. Good thing that I wasn't a solo traveller. I can't imagine how I could check-in since the check-in location is far from walking distance and there wasn't a spot to park at the check-in location.

Guest UserEverything was clean and very well-equipped; we really enjoyed our stay. There was even a bath set, scented candle, two welcome chocolates, a small moisturizing spray, and makeup towels—all included. The shower with its adjustable lighting was a real highlight. 😄
All the staff responded to our questions and requests promptly, courteously, and professionally. 👍 Two minor issues were noted immediately so they could be addressed promptly.
Breakfast was plentiful, and we could order additional items such as avocado toast, scrambled eggs, and soft-boiled eggs (at no extra charge). Any items that ran low were replenished upon request. Sitting outside under the awning was very pleasant in the summer heat.
The location is also fantastic, right in town, yet with hardly any traffic noise. You can reach Lake Mondsee in just a few minutes.
A private garage is available and very well-designed, although the parking spaces could be a bit wider and longer.
The price/performance ratio was good for us; we even seem to have saved some money through the booking service. However, the outstanding tourist tax, which has to be paid at check-out, could have been mentioned somewhere beforehand.
All in all, a top hotel for a relaxing holiday. 😎

Guest UserThe room was very spacious and the town views were impeccable. The breakfast selection was rich and varied. There were many fellow countrymen staying there, as well as kind-looking European elderly couples. The overall atmosphere felt very safe.
However! When I checked in, the front desk staff spoke so softly that even though her mouth was moving, I couldn't hear a single word. This one service issue unfortunately dragged down the overall experience.

Guest User1. The view is first-rate, with several restaurants, all with the best view of the lake. The food tastes good. The price is moderate. The layout of the building is also very thoughtful. 2. The hotel's lakeside swimming pool is kept at a constant temperature of 30 degrees, with a glass bottom, so it is not cold to swim, and it seems to be one with the lake. 3. The service is thoughtful. A manual is given upon check-in to show you how to get around the building. It is very clear. The front desk is also very enthusiastic. 4. The room facilities are a bit old, not big, and there is no kettle. The hygiene is OK.

The elderly couple took advantage of their daughter's vacation to travel to Austria. This time, they didn't drive, and specifically chose Bad Ischl in the Lake District for easy access to the surrounding area. They were lucky enough to stay at the Hotel Elizabeth for three consecutive nights. It was the first time for three adults to stay, including breakfast and dinner. When they placed the order, they thought the evenings would be a casual buffet, but to their surprise, they were served different three-course meals (appetizer + main course + dessert) each night, with good quality and not too much. It was quite unexpected. As an aside, the room received complimentary welcome water on the first night, but not afterwards; we had to boil water ourselves. Overall, they were satisfied with the hotel facilities and service.

KKQKThe room was quite cozy, with a guesthouse feel. It had a small balcony with mountain views and was right next to a beautiful little river. It was very close to the train station, within a ten-minute walk. The lady with glasses in the dining area was very nice and gentle. The price wasn't cheap, but the room was small. More importantly, for some reason, it felt very cramped. The bed was small, the bathroom felt a bit old, and it didn't feel very clean… and why was the trash can so far away?! I had to hold the sanitary napkin in my hand after using the toilet and throw it away! The front desk staff weren't very friendly to East Asians or people from non-English speaking countries; their attitude was a bit mean.

The hotel was okay overall, but you should book a lake-view room, as the view is beautiful. The soundproofing wasn't very good.
The staff's attitude was so-so. We brought our dog, and at 30 euros a day, the normal price, there were no pet supplies provided; we even had to ask the front desk for a pet mat.
They knocked on our door around 8 am, waking us up.
We ate dinner at the hotel, at the same table as breakfast, but the taste was very average. It looked beautiful, but the food was unappetizing and extremely salty.
The hotel sauna was okay, nothing special. In the evening, the lounge chairs were almost full, so we had to wait. The towels provided by the hotel were very thick, which was nice. It's not far from the town. Parking is free.

Breakfast has limited choice but quality is there over a buffet style. Pretty outdoor pool , sauna and chill area around the area. Also include a morning yoga session for my stay.
