Room (Superior King) was large, well set out and had lots of windows. Bed was extremely comfortable. Only negative was that a queen sized doona was on the king bed, which left it a bit on the small side. Bedding and pillows were all excellent of good quality. Staff were friendly,although when we asked for the doona to be replaced with a larger one, we were told upon returning to the hotel later that it had been done. It had not.
The main downside of this well-kept and attractive hotel is that there is no food or bar facilities, although they provide links to nearby cafes and other eateries. About 10 to 15 minutes walk takes you to to the main restaurant area of Manuka."

While the facilities aren't brand new, they are very well-maintained, making for a comfortable stay overall. I was particularly pleased with how spotless the room was and how fresh and clean the bedding felt. The service was warm and attentive, and the front desk was very responsive. The location is convenient, with plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. If some of the older equipment were updated, the experience would be even more perfect. All in all, it offers great value for money, and I'd definitely consider staying here again.

Hotel Realm in Canberra was extremely comfortable and had great amenities. The rooms felt modern, stylish, and recently renovated, with everything done to a high standard. The whole hotel has a really nice, polished feel and makes for a very relaxing stay. Honestly, it’s probably one of the best hotels in Canberra — highly recommend.

The main king bed was freshly made however there was also a single bed made up in the room also that appeared to have been slept in.
Didnt affect our stay though & overall we were quite happy.

Peace ElegeThe customer service was great, though i didn't have a need to call, i noticed there was no telephone in the room and I could not connect to YouTube or netflix from my device to their Television. Otherwise, i was satisfied.
