Very good place. Kids loves it. Place was big, we love it. We just wish the heater can heat the whole place, but unfortunately, it can only heat (warm) upstairs when its really cold. Also, there’s a strong smell when you open the door, between kitchen and toilet/shower room. Can’t describe the smell, but very strong. Also, if you will need to cook, you must bring your own pan/sauce pan as those ones inside the kitchen cupboard was rusty/old. We don’t mind it for 1 day stay though. We’ll definetely book again, one day 👍 #Room17

Stayed in cabin, shower was clean. Everything else needed a good scrub, especially the sinks, walls windows sills and skirting boards.. kitchen needed more utensils, pans ect. For the price and recent renovations i expected the cleanliness to be alot better. Housekeeping is only done every 3 days in cabins so more bins around the park would be handy to get rid of your own rubbish. Games room and park are great for the kids. We had dinner at the restraunt, the service wasn't great. The menu is small but the meals were ok.

We love the location and my kid loves swimming pool as well as their pizza and foods were great. The only thing that hotel rooms needs is microwave.

The location of the hotel is absolutely good. Each villa has its own name. The car is parked directly at the door. It is very convenient. The large floor-to-ceiling windows in the living room are facing the nut stone. You can enjoy it on the sofa or balcony. The kitchen equipment is all available. You can make your own dinner. There is a big bathtub in the room. It is very pleasant to go to bed and rest after soaking. The only downside is that the hotel's so-called breakfast is actually breakfast-included materials, all in the refrigerator, egg bacon, etc., but it is a bit unexpected to make it yourself.

Splendid experience at the Gorge Deluxe Room. Very clean and spacious with a lovely view of the river and hills nearby.  Plenty of hiking routes available nearby which is ideal for those looking for a good walking experience.  For dog lovers, walking Archie (the silo dog) is also a great add-on!  First time for us walking a dog at a 5-star hotel.

Hotel staff was really friendly and helpful. they were efficient in clearing up mess made by previous guest. Room was spacious and has good wifi connection. Spa is basically a bathtub jacuzzi in your washroom. definitely recommend

I stayed at Peppers Cradle Mountain Lodge from 8–10 December 2025 and had a truly wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, I felt relaxed, welcomed, and surrounded by nature. The lodge itself has a warm and cozy atmosphere, with beautiful views and easy access to the walking trails. My room was comfortable, clean, and thoughtfully designed — the perfect place to unwind after exploring the national park. I loved waking up to the peaceful sounds of the forest and seeing wildlife around the property. The staff were consistently friendly, attentive, and professional. They were always happy to help with recommendations and made the stay feel very personal. I also really enjoyed the food at the restaurant — delicious meals with a great selection, and lovely settings for both breakfast and dinner. What made this stay truly special was the combination of comfort and nature. It felt like a retreat, but still had all the conveniences I needed. I left feeling refreshed, inspired, and very happy with my time here. I would highly recommend Peppers Cradle Mountain Lodge to anyone visiting Cradle Mountain.

Lovely stay, we enjoyed very much, Ting the manager is really helpful and welcoming. My fur baby Bobbie had a really good time, just like home:)
