Hotels With Spa in Brussels-Capital Region, Belgium

Location is not near city center, but there is some restaurants nearby. Room is clean and comfortable. But the toilet and the bath tub did not have separate door, a bit not convenient. Reception staffs are really nice and helpful. But the restaurants staffs are bad, not polite if you need to get something from them. We are having buffet dinner over there because my parents want to eat mussels, but it only appear 1 time that night. Not recommended the restaurant inside hotel.

Stunning hotel and excellent service. Beautiful pool (pre book your swim). Room service had a few issues but good overall. Excellent location right on the Rogier stop. Very equipped room. I'll be back.

Mooi hotel, goede ligging. Goed bereikbare parking. Uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet en mooie spa op de 25e verdieping. Kamers zijn ruim en uitgerust met alles wat noodzakelijk is voor een korte trip.

The hotel's location is pretty good, and the room size is very spacious. Although there's a subway station right across from the hotel, the trains aren't very frequent throughout the day, so you might need to transfer to get to the city center. Overall, though, it's still a decent option if you're looking for good value for money.

The room is spacious, clean and the beds are comfortable. Staff are friendly too ! On this level that we stayed, there is a gym and sauna room too. We really enjoyed our stay here. Will stay in this hotel again if were to travel to Belgium again. Highly recommended if you are looking for a good place to rest and easy travelling to places like Grand Place, Mont des Art, Brussels North Train Station, etc. This hotel is also near to the station Rogier, it is within walking distance. Hence, it is easy to travel to other places. Many shops and eateries nearby. There is a beautiful Starbucks nearby too. Do have a cup of coffee there and enjoy. If you are looking for soup noodles, you must try Pho Pho opposite Thon Hotel. The noodles and soup are very tasty!

The hotel is 15 minutes away from the airport and there is a Chinese consulate nearby. It was an old hotel before, but it was taken over by the Chinese. Chinese signs can be seen everywhere. The hotel breakfast includes Chinese fried noodles and white porridge, pickled mustard, and Western bread and cheese. . Most of the guests are airline employees. Compared with hotels booked in other cities, this one has the largest rooms.

Hotel is only a few minutes walk from Bruxelles Midi making it a good option for taking the Eurostar. While the hotel corridors smell of old smoke, the room itself smelt fine and was well presented. Only very basic tea/coffee facilities in the room.

Although Marriott is brand for leisure and convenience, and while trip remains the best, I feel basic facilities expected like sleepers, bath gown, tea/coffee quantity are compromised.

The overall stay was good with very warm welcome and tourist advice from the front desk staff (Martina) and the welcome drink corner. However, there are a few things that we wish the hotel could improve. First, the shower area is highly slippery. Thought the floor material for the shower area is not right for that purpose. Second, when we checked out, we asked the front desk staff (new ones that we haven’t met before) to help call a taxi for our family to the train station. The staff said the taxi should arrive in 20 min. After waiting for 20min, passing the time when the taxi should have arrived, we asked the staff to check the status of the taxi. Then the staff told us that the taxi would not come and there was no commitment from the taxi driver to take the order and advised us to call Uber by ourselves. We were astonished and disappointed as they should have told us earlier about the unreliability of calling a taxi. As the Uber required another 15min of wait, to make sure we could catch the train, we walked with our kids and heavy luggage all the way to the train station in a rainy and windy day!

The hotel's facilities are only rated 3 stars, and the room smells terrible. They didn't give me the room I requested, and I had to repeatedly request a cancellation before they finally gave me the room I requested. I asked them to open the window. There's something wrong with the hotel's procedures. I've traveled to over 60 countries, and every time I stayed at a hotel, my deposit was held in my account. But this hotel deposited the deposit into their own account. I need to contact the platform staff to discuss this matter.
