What is particularly worthy of praise is the hotel service. Before check-in, the hotel staff Jiujiu added her on WeChat. When I communicated with her about some minor issues, she responded immediately. Then I found that the entire hotel staff responded and handled the problems very quickly and patiently. , no matter what position or position, the service attitude is beyond many other five-star hotels. Rooms here are really popular! I hesitated because the prices were so high, and then the B-wing rooms were all gone, so I quickly booked a room in the A-wing. Turns out, the A-wing is more expensive for a reason! The breakfast area and even the B-wing itself are completely different the next day! The A-wing is in the same building as the front desk, and the rooms are fantastic. There were even four pairs of slippers inside! Saved me the trouble of having to go to the front desk to ask for slippers for the kids! When I checked in, I asked about adding breakfast, and they actually gave complimentary breakfast to my family, including the kids! Huge thanks to the front desk lady, Xiao Jiang! She even added me on WeChat and sent me the sunrise and sunset times (even though we ended up missing them). Though the room was a bit small, the layout was great, and it even had a window sill! It would be even better if there was a bay window cushion on it~ haha. The room also had two down jackets for guests to wear when going to see the sunrise – that's incredibly thoughtful! Compared to the B-wing where I stayed 7 years ago, I'd say, if you don't mind the extra 200, the A-wing is much better! Oh, and they also gave us a complimentary souvenir! Not sure if that's a special perk just for Chinese New Year.

The hotel environment is very good, walking into the lobby feels very warm, quiet, the front desk staff are very warm, wave to me, the lobby assistant Xiaohan also intimately welcomed the tea, the room arranged for me is very satisfied, put down the luggage and walked behind the hotel. The scenery in the back garden is beautiful. There is a lake next to it. It is said that it is a collapsed lake, but it is really beautiful. The waiter gave fruit at night. The bedding in the room is very comfortable and the facilities are complete. I will choose this hotel next time I come to Huaibei.

The bathroom featured a smart wet/dry separation, and the toiletries provided were all of good quality. The room was spotlessly clean, with attention to detail evident in every corner. The hotel's breakfast buffet offered a wide and rich variety, catering to both Chinese and Western tastes. With fresh fruits, delicious pastries, and local specialties, I was extremely satisfied with the meal. The surrounding area is also very well-connected, making it incredibly easy to get to attractions or find great places to eat. Without a doubt, Junting Hotel will be my first choice for my next trip!

The bedding is cozy, and the bathroom facilities are complete. The attention to detail and quality are top-notch, making it feel very much like home! The living room and bedroom are clearly separated, providing excellent privacy. It's perfect for enjoying the view, relaxing, or working. ✅ The service was efficient and warm. From check-in to room service, responses were prompt and the staff were friendly, making me feel truly valued. The food tasted great and was consistently high quality. The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, balancing both taste and experience. Overall, my stay was comfortable, relaxing, and of high quality – absolutely impeccable. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Hefei, and I will definitely stay here again next time!

The environment here is top-notch, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable, but what truly stands out is the service attitude. Among all the hotels I've stayed in at this level, this one is definitely among the best. Traveling with my little son, they had already provided kids' slippers and toothbrushes. I usually struggle to sleep well in hotels, but here, I slept soundly and peacefully!

Really enjoyed my time at the shilin hotel at the top of the mountains. The service was amazing, very friendly and helpful. They would send me very detailed information on what the weather was, the probability of seeing sunrise, sunset and cloud sea, and when to go see those things. Food at the restaurant was very good and varied. The location is also very centric to different hikes, as with the other hotels. The room was clean and had down jackets to use if needed, as well as a flashlight for when it gets dark outside for sunrise or sunset. Would definitely stay again.

Stayed here for two days this time, and The Langham overall was really great! 👍 Mindy, our butler, provided incredibly thoughtful service and took such good care of us during our stay. She was always quick to respond and answered every question we had. During the Chinese New Year, there were activities for the Spring Festival Garden Fair, and some of them were fantastic, like writing Spring Festival couplets, making rubbings of the 'Fu' character (good fortune), and crafting fish lanterns – very meaningful! 👍 The room was also arranged on a high floor with a pretty good view, and it was clean and tidy. Next time I visit, I'll definitely contact Mindy again!
